Good
news
is,
that
is
a
clean
opinion
and
also
that
there
were
no
prior
period
management
comments
that
need
to
be
addressed.
Nor
are
there
any
this
year
that
need
to
be
discussed.
Any
issues
they
found
were
small
enough
that
we
could
just
pass
on
I,
not
we,
the
Otters,
could
pass
on
Jeff
Brown
from
ashley
brown
is
here.
Cpas
is
here
he
is
the
auditor
and
he
can
answer
questions
about
the
actual
auditing
process
and
I'm
here
to
answering
questions
in
the
CAF
itself.
A
I'm
sure
you
had
an
opportunity
to
see
read
over
the
kafir
one
of
the
biggest
issues
that
you'll
see
this
year
compared
to
last
year
is
that
/
Gatsby
68
Government
Accounting
standard
mental
accounting
standards
board
number
68
required
us
to
book.
The
entire
unfunded
liability
of
the
three
pension
plans
as
three
defined
benefit
pension
plans
and
that
to
corporate
person
that'd
be
a
hit
to
the
bottom
line.
A
To
us,
it's
the
net
position
and
the
amount
of
liability
I
had
a
report
was
7.6
million,
approximately
for
the
governmental
activities
and
2.9
million
for
the
business
type
activities,
and
we
go
back
to
the
governmental
and
is
your
general
fund
schnap
anything
other
than
business
type.
Business
type
would
be
your
water
waste
water,
sanitation
building
and
that
type
of
thing,
so
that's
the
different
differential
and
we
had
booked
that
to
be
in
compliance.
A
I
was
able
to
offset
some
of
that
negative
hit
to
the
bottom
line
or
in
that
position
by
I,
found
some
wording
in
one
of
the
gas
bees.
That
said,
if
your
community
based
rated
on
your
other
pension
other
than
pension
liabilities,
you
weren't
required
to
book
them
and
I
book
them
in
the
past.
Thinking
that
I
was
required
to
discuss
with
the
auditors,
they
were
ok
with
it
and
so
I
reversed
that
booking
of
that
we
called
it
o
peb.
A
You
remember
we
discussed
it
years
ago,
and
so
that
gave
me
a
positive
hit
to
the
bottom
line
of
500
3,000
for
the
governmental
activities
and
280,000
for
the
business
type
activity,
so
that
was
a
positive
effect
on
that
position
as
opposed
to
a
negative
effect.
So
the
there
wasn't
anything
else
of
brand
exposure,
we're
looking
good.
It's
clean,
we've
got
it
done.
It
was
a
lot
of
work
because
this
new
guys
be
68.
A
Its
new
Jeff
tells
me
that
there
are
still
people
struggling
trying
to
get
there
Kaffirs
out
because
it
was
such
a
huge
change
in
a
requirement
and
some
people
are
going
to
be
taking
billions
of
dollars
of
so-called
hit
to
their
net
position.
We
were
talking
states
and
counties,
they're
huge,
huge
money,
so
ours
is
a
lot,
but
it's
not
like
some
of
the
places
I'm
here
to
answer
any
questions.
Jeff,
you
want
to
see,
say
something:
okay,.
B
A
Will
be
a
won't
because
they
are
fully
aware
of
what
has
happened
and
they
could
have
looked
at
her
kafir
at
any
time
in
the
past
and
seeing
how
much
our
unfunded
liability
was.
All
they
do
is
look
at
the
supplemental
information.
Instead,
now
we
actually
booked
it
to
the
bottom
line.
That's
that's
the
only
difference,
but
they
would
have
very
much
been
able
to
look
at
at
any
time
and
they
would
have
known
it
was
there.
So
no
it's
not
going
to
affect
us
at
all
and.
A
Was
a
an
implied
or
an
implicit
Oh
peb,
because
we
don't
pay
anything
to
for
retiree
insurance.
We
paid
no
other
benefits
at
all
for
retirees,
but
it
was
implicit
due
to
the
age
the
older
people
tend
to
use
insurance
more
and
because
of
it
that
we
were
required
book
it,
but
because
we're
community
rated,
we
have
enough.
A
A

F
B
Under
policy
and
legislation
like
do
have
one
thing
that
I
wanted
to
share
with
the
council
and
just
make
sure
we're
all
on
the
same
page,
I
have
been
appointed
to
be
on
the
florida
League
of
Cities
nominating
committee,
which
is
setting
the
second
vice-president
nominees
for
Florida's
liga
city's
executive
committee.
B
So
it
requires
a
one
night
stay
in
Jupiter
Florida,
so
I'm
planning
to
attend
that
I
was
hoping
to
be
reimbursed
for
from
the
city,
but
it's
not
pay
for
my
own
travel
expenses
and
then
I'm
also
planning
to
be
on
the
legend
of
the
environmental
legislative
committee
and
attend
the
legislative
conference.
If
you
so
please
well,.
B
B
And
Jim
birch
from
city
of
cape
coral
is
has
submitted
his
name,
so
it's
possible
that
we
would
have
somebody
from
Southwest,
Florida
and
I.
Don't
think,
we've
really
ever
had
anybody
in
the
leadership
of
Florida
League
of
Cities
from
Southwest
Florida,
so
we'll
see
how
it,
how
it
pans
out
and
the
actual
nomination
and
boat
is
at
the
Florida
League
of
Cities
conference.
So
we'll
we'll
all
find
out
then
may.

B
G
Good
morning
my
name
is
Robert
choice
for
the
record.
I
had
a
few
questions
but
I
understand.
This
is
a
comment
section
only
so
I'm
going
to
ask
you
to
just
ponder
my
questions
as
thought:
I
moved
to
Punta
Gorda
for
its
peace
and
tranquility
I
appreciate
everything
that
the
board
and
the
members
have
done
with
reference
to
that,
it's
a
beautiful
place
to
live.
You
guys
are
doing
a
wonderful
job.
I
do
I
want
to
bring
up
one
point.
G
There
was
an
article
on
a
paper
the
other
day
with
reference
to
the
airport
and
taxpayer
dollars
that
have
been
spent
for
the
airport
protection
for
fire
protection
at
the
airport.
I
think
that's
pretty
disgusting
that
we're
paying
for
that.
The
airport
is
supposed
to
be
self-sustaining.
I'd
like
you
to
think
about
that
and
something
that
may
be
that
you
guys
can
do
for
us
to
prevent
that
from
happening
in
the
future
and
perhaps
anything
else,
that's
being
done
at
the
airport
reference
the
taxpayer
dollars.
G
G
Everybody
really
needs
to
sit
and
take
a
hard
look
at
all
of
that
and
how
it's
going
to
affect
everybody
sitting
out
here
on
the
floor
and
everything
that
you're
going
to
be
doing
in
the
future
for
us.
So
please
think
hard
about
that
and
everything
that's
going
on
at
that
Airport.
It's
very
important
to
all
of
us
sitting
out
of
here.
Thank
you.
H
Mary
council
William
tears
with
the
bull
and
tarpon
again.
Thank
you
so
much
for
hearing
us
today
and
thank
you
for
your
support
of
small
businesses
here.
First
of
all,
it
means
a
lot
to
so
many
of
us
number
one
that
you
heard
us
a
number
one.
Your
support,
all
of
you
that
that's
that's
a
big
thing
to
a
lot
of
us
there's
a
couple
of
things
that
were
brought
up
and
I
just
want
to
make
myself
available.
I
know
it's
been
a
long
meeting.
I
want
to
keep
it
any
longer.
H
There
are
several
different
types
of
food
truck
licenses
in
the
state
of
Florida.
There
are
some
that
are
self-sufficient,
which
do
not
require
you
to
be
tied
to
a
restaurant.
That
means
you
have
to
have
hot
water,
storage
tanks
and
things
of
that
nature
and
you
can
operate
fully
solely
out
of
your
truck.
So
I
think
that
that
was
11
contention
of
confusion
earlier,
but
I
just
want
to
say
that
I'll
make
myself
available
to
two
questions
or
if
I
can
help
with
with
construction
of
this
law.
H
I
spoke
with
the
counselor
win
for
a
second
outside
I.
Think
I
have
some
ideas
of
how
we
can
also
help
to
raise
revenue
through
this
through
this
bill.
So
if
there's
anything
that
I
can
do
or
answer
any
questions,
please
call
me
mr.
community
knows
how
to
get
a
hold
of
me
out.
I'd
be
glad
to
be
a
part
of
helping
put
this
together,
but
thank
you
so
much
for
your
support
means
a
lot
to
a
small
business
owner.
So
thank
you
very
much.
I'll.
E
H
E
H
I
be,
and
that's
a
really
good
point,
there's
there's
some
things
in
there
that
I
think
cause
you
to
do
double
work.
We
we
are
inspected
by
the
state
several
times
of
year,
so
I
think
that
that
there
are
some
things
that
would
allow
the
city
to
basically,
maybe
do
I
had
mentioned
one
time
doing
some
type
of
a
medallion
thing
for
the
city
of
Punta
Gorda,
where,
if
we
are
able
to
operate
in
the
city
of
Punta
Gorda,
we
pay
a
yearly
fee,
receive
a
medallion
from
you.
H
That
would
also
give
us
the
opportunity,
when
we
bring
these
trucks
and
for
all
these
festivals,
that
we
do
every
you
know
every
so
many
months
that
are
outside
of
the
city
of
Punta
Gorda
that
don't
operate.
They
would
be
required
to
receive
thats
a
medallion
so
that
they're
paying
the
same
fee
as
we
are
to
operate
in
our
city
and
not
just
being
invited
in
several
times
of
year
and
paying
nothing
so
that
we
receive
nothing
back
from
from
a
lot
of
these.
