report.
It
went
to
most
of
the
Planning
Commission,

most
of
the
city
council,
except
the
mayor
and
jaha
cummings
kind
of
a
strange
distribution
of
that
the
rely.
The
revised
staff
report
included
significant
deficiencies
regarding
the
architectural
consistency
where
the
2040
comprehensive
plan,
the
deficiencies
are
quite
remarkable,
yet
the
staff
report
still
recommends
proceeding
to
the
Planning
Commission
and
the
council.

has

unused
portion
of
the
alley
for
nearly
50

is
bordered
by
West
Virginia

Only
half
the
alley
is
accessible
by

and
is
used
by
Punta
Gorda
Villas.

access

has

us

cannot
accommodate.

the
bylaws
we
had
reorganized
the
information
we're
trying
to
increase
the
consistency
of
all
of
our
bylaws,
so
we've
had
adjusted
the
term
language.
We've
included
the
requirement
for
members
to
become
familiar
with
policies
and
procedures
in
the
board
member
handbook
and
to
attend
any
mandatory
training.

terminology
for
officers
to
chair

vice
chair
changes
that
were
made
specifically

Planning
Commission

we
replaced

with
the
