it
just
seems
to
me

a
big
contingency
on
this
project
that
was
exceeded,
even
though
the
construction
contract

contractor,
came
in
lower
than
me
than
the
bid.
So
what
concerns
me
is
that
we
set
a
construction
contingency
and
it's

succeeded.

mean
it
was
very
clear,
laid
out

on

the
staff
report,
that
this
project
had
a
construct

a
budget
of
329
thousand
dollars
of
which
the
construction
contingency
was
50.
Almost
fifty
five
thousand
dollars,
the
actual
the
actual
expenses
came
out
to
be
49
thousand
dollars
in
construction
management
and
inspection.
That
was
not
in
the
budget
and
then
seventy
six
hundred
dollars
in
in-house
design,
which
was
not
in
the
budget.

seems
very
unusual
to
have

thousand
dollars
in
construction
management
and
inspection
for
sidewalk
work,
and
I'm
