A
Didn't
have
any
flare
at
all:
it's
just
a
very
average
looking
ranch
house
I
thought
it
was
getting
to
be
a
bit
of
an
eyesore
and
I
wanted
something
really
pretty.
The
roots
of
this
tree
were
into
the
sewer
lines,
so
we
had
to
tear
up
the
driveway
and
the
walk
way
in
order
to
create
a
new
sewer
line.
So
then
that
started
the
whole
process
of
wanting
to
make
it
look
better
because
I
was
losing
my
driveway
in
my
walk
way
anyway.
The.
B
There
are
a
variety
of
plants
out
there
that
are
drought-tolerant
and,
if
they're
on
a
drip
system
and
on
a
timer
you're
using
less
water
watering,
less
frequently,
of
course,
which
helps
considerably.
We
also
cut
down
on
the
amount
of
lawn
that
was
here.
Originally,
it's
all
one
big
package,
but
I
think
there
are
little
individual
parts
of
it
that
are
just
sort
of
standouts
for
me,
replacing
outdated,
address
numbers
putting
in
larger
address
numbers,
new
lighting,
the
paint
of
course,
the
landscaping.
A
I
love
the
fact
that
she
was
able
to
reconfigure
eight
to
the
shape
that
enhanced
the
stairway
being
a
semi-circle
I
love
the
boulders,
I
love
the
little
trees,
I
just
really
like
living
here
when
I
won
the
award.
I
was
just
very
excited
about
it,
and
the
first
thing
I
did
was
call
Mary
and
tell
her
what
a
wonderful
job
she'd
done,
that
you
know
she
won
me.
The
beautification
award
of
San
Bruno
when.
