Governor
Jerry
Brown
made
some
bold
declarations
about
California's
drought
conditions
near
the
end
of
April.
He
pointed
out
that
the
extreme
drought
conditions
that
we
are
experiencing
are
only
going
to
get
worse
as
the
driest
months
of
the
year
or
just
ahead
with
summer
on
the
horizon,
he
urged
city
and
county
governments
to
enact
stringent
water
restrictions,
mostly
aimed
at
reducing
outdoor
irrigation.
In
response
to
this,
the
city
of
San
Bruno
has
put
together
a
watering
schedule
and
other
requirements
in
order
to
reach
the
twenty-five
percent
statewide
reduction
goal.

Outdoor
irrigation
is
limited
to
two
days
per
week,
according
to
the
following
schedule.
If
you
have
an
audit
dress,
where
your
property
has
no
address,
you
can
water
your
yard,
on
Mondays
and
Thursdays.
If
you
have
an
even
address,
you
can
water,
your
yard,
on
Tuesdays
and
Fridays,
no
watering
is
allowed
between
the
hours
of
9am
and
4pm
do
not
water
during
or
48
hours
after
any
measurable
precipitation.

If
you
wash
your
vehicle
with
the
hose,
you
must
use
an
automatic
shutoff.
Nozzle
do
not
use
a
hose
to
clean
off
the
sides
of
buildings,
sidewalks
or
other
surfaces.
In
the
case
of
repeat,
violations
of
these
water
restrictions,
property
owners
may
be
subject
to
a
fine
of
up
to
fifty
dollars
for
the
first
offense
one
hundred
dollars
for
the
second
violation
and
two
hundred
and
fifty
dollars
for
each
violation
within
the
same
year.
In
addition,
each
day
any
violation
is
committed
will
be
considered
a
separate
offense.
