San Bruno Public Works Week May 2013
trt: 2:41
A
Hello,
my
name
is
Mark
Reinhardt
I'm,
the
water
system
of
conservation
manager
to
the
city
sampurna
Public
Works
week,
is
to
recognize
all
the
hard
workers
for
the
city
san
bruno
in
other
cities
throughout
our
nation.
This
is
the
first
year
that
we
invited
any
school
to
participate
in
public
works
week.
A
We
felt
that
it
would
be
a
great
way,
a
great
Avenue
to
to
get
the
younger
generation
involved
and
actually
seen
what's
going
on
day
to
day
out
there
public
works,
and
we
think
it's
very
successful
to
have
that
this
year
make
sure
we're
going
to
invite
a
couple
more
schools
and
get
some
more.
The
young
young
people
Indian
here
and
demonstrate
with
the
workers
do
every
day
we
have
a
video
camera
set
up
for
pursuer.
A
It's
set
up
in
an
assertive
lateral
and
it
shows
basically
the
offsets
and
the
sewer,
laterals
and
also
in
the
mains.
We
also
have
a
hose
reel.
Here's
above-ground
system
for
the
water.
If
we
have
earthquake
or
someone
kind
of
disaster
that
we
can't
utilize
our
underground
utilities,
can
we
can
jump
in
above-ground,
a
hydrogen
a
hydrant?
We
have
a
light
tower
for
night
work,
the
water
apartment
and
sometimes
sanitation,
division
work
at
night
and
they
have
to
fix
pipes
in
and
that
it
illuminates
the
whole
area
where
they're
working.
A
We
also
have
the
old-style
meters,
water
meters
and
the
new
style
looking
into
the
future
that
are
higher
efficiency
and
also
keep
30
years
of
data
on
the
meter.
You
also,
we
have
a
display
on
our
one
of
our
water
trucks,
there's
a
crane
holding
that
piece
of
pipe
in
it's
basically
Sean
during
a
leak
or
some
kind
of
repair
out
in
the
system.
They
would
use
that
type
of
voice
to
get
out
the
piece
of
pipe
in
the
valve
we're
going
to
do
the
same
demonstration
next
year
and
I.
