B
My
name
is

lucky
I
live
on
fleetwood,
dr
honorable
mayor
councilmembers,
happy
new
year.
Let's
start
off
our
meetings
on
the
right
foot
this
year,
just
as
there's
a
little
note
here
that
says
on
this
speaker's
platform
to
move
you
move
up
to
the
microphone
so
that
you
can
be
heard
I.
Ask
that
all
of
you
do
the
same.
I
understand
you've
been
asked
to
do
that.
B
Your
microphone
should
be
about
this
distance
from
your
faces
so
that
you
can
be
heard
now.
You
don't
realize
it
while
you're
sitting
here,
but
when
you're
on
TV.
You
can't
hear
some
of
you
at
all,
especially
those
of
you
that
are
soft-spoken
number
two
I
ask
you
to
introduce
all
of
our
speakers.
We're
asked
to
introduce
ourselves
up
here.
Please
introduce
the
members
of
the
of
the
staff
that
come
to
speak.
We
don't
know
who
they
are
on
television.
B
Why
had
they
been
cut
down
earlier?
I
was
stopped
on
the
street
by
the
swings
who
live
on
Sequoia,
and
they
said
mr.
lucky.
Aren't
you
a
taxpayer?
I
said:
yes,
I
am
well.
They
said
that
hasn't
the
City
Council
gotten
back
to
you
on
your
repeated
requests
to
for
an
explanation
as
to
why
that
tree
was
cut
down
and
when
a
new
one
will
be
planted.
I
said
no,
yes,
I
am
a
taxpayer.
Thank
you.
Thank.
