San Bruno Planning Commission Meeting March 20, 2012
6A. City Staff Discussion
B
B
That
works,
update
on
development
activity,
cedar
cedar,
Mills
on
the
corner
of
cedar
and
pepper.
Miriam
was
nice
enough
to
show
me
there's
a
DIN.
The
paper
here,
they're
they're
finished
with
their
model
homes,
we're
almost
ready
to
sign
the
certificate
occupancy
for
those,
so
they're,
going
to
start
showing
those
and
they've
started
construction
and
about
a
half
a
half
a
dozen
others,
so
those
should
actually
be
completed.
Eight.
It's
amazing
how
quickly
they
build
these.
B
They
build
them
about
3-4
months
because
they
do
a
lot
of
the
construction
off
site
and
then
put
it
together
on
site.
So
that's
going
up
in
glenview,
our
first
family
moved
home
about
two
weeks
ago.
We
should
have
about
another
four
or
so
families
move
in
within
the
next
month.
So
that's
kind
of
the
first
phase,
there's
another
there's
a
total
of
about
15
homes
under
construction
right
now,
another
for
that
should
break
ground
relatively
soon
and
another
five
or
so
that
are
working
with
architects.
B
The
city,
as
you
know,
there's
a
number
of
lots
that
are
owned
by
pge.
That
is
part
of
the
settlement
agreement
we
turned
over
to
the
city.
I
think
there's
about
five
of
them
at
this
point,
so
that's
something
that
we're
going
to
have
a
neighborhood
meetings
with
to
see
how
those
laws
should
be
reused
demand.
B
That's
Laura's
actually
been
in
contact
with
their
architect.
Their
architect
has
turned
in
conceptual
plans
for
that
too,
just
rewrite
be
renovated
into
a
restaurant,
not
the
one
that
was
approved
a
few
years
ago
since
that
time
that
got
went
into
foreclosure
and
these
new
owners
bought
it
from
the
bank
and
now
they're
just
doing
more
modest
renovation
inside
and
out,
but
it
was
probably
going
to
go
to
Architectural
Review
Committee
relatively
soon.
