This
is
the
last
report
tonight,
and
the
purpose
of
this
report
is
to
provide
you
with
background
information
on
the
condition
of
the
pavement
for
the
upcoming.
This
information
is
provided
to
you
in
before
the
next
Monday
study
session
for
the
proposed
capital
improvement
plan
on
the
capital
improvement
plan.

pavement
management
is
a
asset
management
process
that
incorporates
lifecycle
costs
and
plans
repaired
to
optimize.
All

pavement
condition

tool
to
develop
long-term
funding,
alternative
and
difference
investment
level

future
pavement
condition
for
our
system.

March
of
last
year,
you
were
provided
with
the
latest
update
of
the
payment
management
report
based
on
last
December
field
survey.
This
year
the
updated
report
came
out
based
on
this
latest
report.
Our
overall
payment
condition
is
in
a
sphere
with
a
60
PCI
over
on
also
is
included
in
the
report
possible
investment
alternatives.
If
the
city
will
maintain
our
current
level
of
investment
of
point
8
you're
in
average
yearly
investment
in
our
system,
investment
level,
which
is
included
in
our
proposed
CI
p,
based
on
the
available
transportation
funds.

order
for
us
to
be
able
to
maintain
the
overall
payment
condition
at
the
existing
level,
then
the
city
would
need
to
invest
in
our
system,
in
average
about
1.8
million
eur
buyer
in
our
system,
MTC
set
a
region
by
goal
for
payment
condition
for
the
whole
region.
That
goal
is
75,
which
is
good
to
get
to
that
level.
The
city
would
need
to
invest
in
average
about
3.1
million
in
yearly
basis
in
our
system,
but
you
have
also

to
the

conditions
in

jurisdictions

now

gone

every

jurisdictions

ours
to
go
and
assess
the
conditions
of
the
roadways?

as
an
annual
update

MTC
requirement,

each
agency

to
update
the
overall
system
survey,
each
five
years
and
the
art
areas
and
the
collectors
each
second
year.
That's
why
the
city
of
data
/
report
this
year,
two
years
from
last
time,
MTC
always
show
that
report
as
rolling
three-year
average.
That's
why
they
are
showing
on
yearly
basis,
even
if
the
reports
are
coming
out
only
just
for
those
time
periods
and
that's
why
some
time
those
reports
are
little
bit
conflicting
with
the
exact
number
shown
in
our
earlier
report
versus
the
region-wide
rolling
three
years
average.
