A
B
A
T'me
resolution
authorizing
the
closure
of
San
Mateo
avenue
between
jenna
van
and
sylvan
avenue
on
sundays,
from
october
25th,
2009
through
november
22nd
2009
between
7am
and
4pm
for
farmers
market.
This
is
for
an
extension
of
time
on
the
farmers
market.
I
just
wanted
to
congratulate
the
Chamber
of
Commerce
and
the
great
job
and
the
operators
of
the
farmers
market
that
they've
done
down
there
and
a
success
that
it's
been.
A
B
You
through--the
chair
a
couple
items
on
this
as
well
check
what
the
mayor
said.
Yes,
a
success
going
down,
there
I
think
it's
a
very
positive
attribute
to
the
to
the
community
and
to
the
the
Avenue
from
my
understanding
from
staff,
and
they
can
correct
me
if
I'm
wrong.
This
was
a
question
that
came
up
from
some
of
the
citizens.
That
I'm
going
to
bring
forward
is
one
a
concern
had
been
when
we
initiated
this
was
over
time
and
some
challenging
budgetary
times
was
there
going
to
be
over
time?
B
We
said
no,
but
again
was
it
really
going
to
be,
and
as
of
today's
date,
I'm
understanding
that
there
is
been
no
over
time
spent
on
city
staff
before
the
farmers
market,
that
is
on
tomato
Avenue.
Also
in
the
report
it
does
to
stipulate
as
far
as
a
porta
potti,
which,
when
we
met
with
the
subcommittee
weeds,
we
had
gone
and
thought
a
business
teaming
up
with
them
was
a
more
viable
opportunity
than
a
porta
potti.
B
Maybe
that
should
be
reflected
in
the
report
because
it
states
where
the
porta-potties
should
be
and
which
may
be
should
be
so
that
the
option
is
available,
and
so
it's
listed
in
the
report.
The
only
other
two
quick
items
were
there
was
some
question
in
regards
to
the
emergency,
access
and
availability
for
emergency
vehicles
to
get
down
they're,
whether
that
meets
the
criteria
and
then
just
to
ensure
that
the
securing
of
the
booths
are
appropriate
for
safety
reasons.
There
were
some
concerns
from
residents
in
regards
to
dialogs
I.
