But

tell
us
your
name
in
your
street.
Please.
B
Good
evening,
honorable
mayor
council,
staff
and
friends
I
have
walked
every
San
Bruno
neighborhood,
while
running
for
City
Council
this
year.
It
has
been
a
great
experience
when
I
first
started
working
here
in
2001.
A
number
of
neighborhoods
had
parking
problems,
but
now
more
and
more
areas
are
being
affected.
I
have
heard
from
many
residents
from
all
over
town
in
the
avenues
mills
park,
san
anselmo,
valleywood
summit
Elston
and
many
others.
There
are
just
too
many
cars
following
are
some
of
the
ideas
that
should
be
considered
to
improve
the
parking
problems
for
our
residents.
B
They're
obvious
one
permitted
parking,
the
San
Bruno
traffic
safety
parking
committee
discussed
permitted
parking
in
a
neighborhood
at
its
August
fifth
2015
meeting
I
suggest
ornement
neighborhoods
be
contacted
to
let
the
residents
decide
if
a
permitted
parking
program
is
for
them.
Extensive
community
outreach
is
needed
to
hear
and
understand
each
neighborhoods
problems.
How
much
will
the
permits
cost?
What
hours
will
the
permits
be
valid?
How
much,
how
much
or
how
many
limousines
are
allowed
on
the
streets?
B
And
if
I
don't
drive
a
car
can
I
ran
out
my
driveway
additional
driveway
space
can
be
created
by
widening
the
driveway
approach
to
allow
additional
cars
we
parked
along
the
side.
The
cost
to
the
resident
could
be
significantly
lowered
by
including
part
of
that
concrete
work
in
the
city,
sidewalk
repair
program
now
I
know
this
is
possible
because
I
managed
the
sidewalk
repair
program
for
a
couple
years.
B
The
other
thing
that
the
city
should
consider
is
to
paint
the
parking
spaces
in
these
areas,
because
currently
people
could
park
in
the
middle
and
take
up
two
places
instead
of
just
take
up
two
spaces.
Instead
of
allowing
two
cars
to
park
there,
another
option
is
to
consider
a
car
sharing
company
like
Zipcar
or
city
share,
to
operate
in
some
of
the
neighborhoods,
where
these
companies
charge
a
customer
or
fee,
but
it's
only
for
when
the
car
is
used.
B
So
it's
something
outside
of
the
box
and
it's
just
just
another
tool
that
we
should
consider
and
a
number
of
properties
have
in
Opera
inoperable
vehicles
inside
on
the
driveways
and
the
city
should
look
at
finding
a
way
to
encourage
the
residents
to
sell,
donate
or
fix
these
vehicles.
So
there's
more
on
street
parking
by
now,
all
the
voters
should
have
their
balance
for
those
that
are
undecided.
I
want
to
stress
tonight
that
we
have
to
be
thinking
outside
the
box
to
solve
the
problems.
I
urge
you
to
vote.
B
C
Evening,
mr.
mayor
and
city
council,
my
name
is
ice
and
a
low
tide.
I
reside
on
Pine
Street
I
want
to
start
off
by
saying
thank
you
to
miss
O'connell
for
the
beautification
award.
I
spoke
to
Vicki
before
you
announce
the
awards,
because
I
nominated
399,
pine
street
and
I
wanted
to
encourage
and
compel
you
to
at
least
give
like
a
little
letter
of
appreciation
to
everyone
who
will
notice
that
they
have
a
beautiful
front
yard.
C
So
I
don't
know
if
you
already
do
that,
but
it's
just
a
nice
thing
for
everyone
who
you
presented
earlier
today
in
your
nice
presentation.
I
have
a
suggestion
about
the
overpass
that
is
across
from
Angus
when
you
go
to
7-eleven
and
artichoke
Joe's,
sometimes
there's
graffiti
there,
and
it
looks
very
plain
so
I
think
that
a
nice
idea
would
be
if
maybe
some
money
can
go
towards.
C
Maybe
having
like
teenagers
from
cappuccino.
Parkside
st.
Roberts
come
up
with
some
art
that
could
maybe
be
made
murals
on
those
plain
brown
walls
that
are
sometimes
graffiti.
That
could
be
low
cost
and
maybe
some
of
our
money
that
we
received
from
the
PG&E
explosions
can
go
towards
that.
Another
thing
I
wanted
to
bring
up
with
something
that
I
brought
up
in
the
past,
but
seems
nothing
has
been
able
to
happen.
C
Councilmember
ibera,
you
once
worked
with
jose
sanchez
at
Skyline
College
about
making
some
shuttles
that
go
from
skyline
to
CSM
to
Kenyatta
for
this
college.
Students
that
live
here
in
San,
Bruno
I
think
that's
a
great
idea
that
maybe
redwood
city,
san
mateo
and
san
bruno
can
collaborate
on.
Because
last
time
I
spoke
about
this,
the
Senior
Center
already
got
shuttles.
C
What
about
Skyline
College
last
thing
that
I
want
to
mention,
or
not
the
last
thing,
but
when
Larry
was
mayor,
I
thought
that
we
needed
a
am
a
what's
it
like
a
law,
commissioner,
to
prevent
corruption
on
law
enforcement.
That's
here
in
San,
Bruno
I
had
a
negative
experience
again
and
last
time.
I
was
here.
I
gave
you
all
a
packet
and
my
email
address,
and
none
of
you
responded
to
me
so
I
feel,
like
it
kind
of
fell
on
deaf
ears.
C
When
I
was
asking
you
all
for
your
help,
which
is
why
I
want
to
encourage
the
residents
of
San
Bruno
to
vote
for
my
friend
Marty
Medina,
because
I
think
he
is
the
best
candidate
and
he's
so
passionate
about
his
views
and
improving
our
community
that
he
is
running
again,
except
not
against
mr.
ibera
and
medina,
but
miss
O'connell
and
said
mr.
Salazar.
C
Here
I
got
my
vote
in
mail
ballot.
So
I
want
to
encourage
everyone
also
to
vote
no
on
measure
our
and
you
I
think
we
should
select
as
a
community
who,
we
think
is
the
best
city
clerk
as
well
as
well
as
treasurer
someone
we
know
and
trust
and
on
a
last
note,
I
want
to
say
to
Governor
Jerry
Brown.
If
he
sees
this
I
am
so
disappointed
on.
You
vetoing
the
CPUC
measures
that
the
city
of
san
bruno
and
other
communities
put
forth
regarding
the
PG&E
explosions,
Governor
Brown,
lieutenant
Newsom.
C
That
veto
was
such
a
disappointment
and
I'm
going
to
do
my
part
and
write
in
to
my
local
representatives,
Jackie
Speier,
boxer
Feinstein,
as
well
as
Newsom
and
brown,
about
maybe
giving
us
some
grant
funds
to
commemorate
what
had
happened
when
the
Japanese
concentration
camps
were
here
in
San.
Bruno
I
definitely
support
that
and
think
that,
if
we
don't
get
a
grant,
maybe
some
of
our
PG&E
funds
can
go
towards
that
worthy
cause.
Thank
you
and
good
evening.
Everyone,
okay.
D
Murphy
canes
Avenue,
Thank,
You,
Council
and
Mayor
I
would
like
to
ask
the
counselor
to
please
the
council
to
please
get
three
independent
appraisals
of
the
crossing
property
that
we
all
alone
from
reputable
realtor's
dealing
in
commercial
real
estate
and
by
independent
I,
don't
mean
when
paid
for
by
OTO,
like
they
paid
for
the
study.
You
won't
let
the
public
see.
D
Second
I
would
like
the
council
to
explain
to
the
people
of
San
Bruno
how
OTO
development
can
build
for
hotels
in
the
bay
area,
south
and
south
san
francisco,
belmont,
palo,
alto
and
redwood
city
with
no
subsidies,
and
yet
we
are
giving
them
our
land
for
one
dollar.
Would
you
please
explain
to
the
public
what
you
know
these
other
four
cities
don't
know?
D
And
lastly,
please
in
the
future,
when
I
email,
a
question
or
ask
the
question
of
the
mayor
or
a
member
of
the
City
Council,
would
you
kindly
answer
yourself
and
not
have
the
city
attorney
answer
for
you?
It
gives
me
the
impression
that
you're
hiding
behind
a
lawyer
and
I'm
sure
that
it's
not
your
intent.
Thank
you
very
much.
Thank.
