senior
center
celebrated
its
35th
anniversary
last
month
to
continue
the
celebration.
The
35
year
old
movie,
moonstruck,
will
be
shown
on
friday
february
25th.
This
romantic
comedy
star,
cher,
nicholas
cage
and
olympia.
Dukakis,
the
movie
received
six
academy
award
nominations
and
won
three
come
to
the
free
viewing
of
the
movie
moonstruck
on
friday
february
25th
at
9
30
in
the
morning.

Difficulty
breathing
can
be
uncomfortable
and
downright
scary,
people
with
copd
struggle
with
each
breath
and
it
makes
life
a
struggle
come
to
a
presentation
on
copd
that
will
include
breathing
exercises
on
wednesday
february
23rd
at
10
30
a.m.
The
presentation
will
be
led
by
a
representative
from
breathe.

learn
about
lifestyle
changes
and
breathing
exercises
that
can
help
you
breathe
easier.

the
chance

develop
and
select
san
bruno's
first
district
based
elections
map
the
district
formation
process
began
in
2021
and
san
bruno
has
hosted
three
city
council,
public
hearings
and
two
community
workshops.
So
far.
If
you
haven't
had
a
chance
to
participate
in
the
process,
yet
don't
worry,
there
is
still
time
to
get
involved.

district
formation
public
hearing
will
be
held
on
tuesday
february
22nd
at
the
city
council
meeting
via
zoom
meeting

and
other
information

the
districting
process

recognize
february,
as
black
history
month,
the
san
bruno
library
is
holding
a
nine-week
series
of
thursday
story
times
with
muriel
johnson
live
via
zoom
every
thursday.
In
february
and
march
muriel
will
share
traditional
folk
tales
and
songs
from
the
black
american
african
diaspora
register
for
the
zoom
link
at
storytimes.san
library.

marks
the
80th
anniversary
of
the
signing
of
executive
order
9066
by
president
franklin
d,
roosevelt
a
wartime
order
which
authorized
the
forcible
removal
and
incarceration
of
120
000
japanese
americans
from
their
communities
in
the
western
united
states,
including
san
mateo
county,
in
conjunction
with
the
redwood
city
and
the
south,
san
francisco,
public
libraries,
the
san
bernardino
public
library,
is
hosting
a
month-long
series
of
programs.

Exploring
these
past
injustices
called
confronting
history
stories
of
internment
here
are
some
of
the
programs
included
in
the
series
on
wednesday
february
16th.
The
library
will
host
a
virtual
screening
of
the
documentary
called
first
to
go,
followed
by
a
question
and
answer
session
with
the
director.

the
first
san
francisco
japanese
prisoner,
taken
by
the
fbi
following
the
executive
order.
The
documentary
will
screen
at
6
pm
on
wednesday
february
16th
on
thursday
february
10th
join
award-winning
author
naomi
hirohara,
as
she
discusses
her
book
clark
and
division,
a
mystery
set
against
the
backdrop
of
one
family's
relocation
to
chicago
after
their
imprisonment
at
manzanar.
There
are
many
more
programs
for
different
age
groups.
Teens
interested
in
the
topic
can
join
a
discussion
about
the
book.
This
time
will
be
different
by
misa
segura
and
we
are
not

by

about
graphic
novel
displacement
by
author
kiku
hughes
and
for
younger
children.
The
library
will
share

school
assembly
is
suitable
for
younger
children,
elementary
school
students
and
interested
adults.
The

event
will

the
book

at
the
library
while
supplies

for
an
additional
3165
new
residential
units,
and
the
city
wants
you
to
help
shape
the
plan
later
this
month.
The
city
will
be
posting
a
survey
on
our
website
that
can
be
taken
by
residents,
business
owners,
workers
and
others
who
want
to
share
their
ideas
on
how
to
plan
for
this
additional
housing
in
san
bruno.

and
will
greatly
assist
decision
makers
as
they
consider
housing,
site
locations
and
housing
policies
for
the
city
so

the
lookout
for

survey.
