A
quorum.
Thank
you.
I
really
appreciate
everyone
making
the
effort
to
be
here
tonight
to
be
establishing
our
quorum.
We
have
one
item
on
the
agenda
tonight,
which
is
the
approval
of
the
charter
review
commission's
final
report
to
authorize
the
chair
to
make
any
technical
changes
and
authorize
the
chair
to
transmit
the
final
report
to
the
city
council.
B
I'm
going
to
start
tonight
just
by
reviewing
what's
happened
since
monday
and
then
I'll
ask
for
a
motion
to
that.
The
motion
that
I
just
read
to
approve
the
charter
review
commission
will
go
to
the
public
for
the
final
time
and
then
we'll
come
back
for
any
final
comments
and
a
vote.
B
I
don't
know
that
there's
any
big
discussion
here,
but
it's
not
because
I
want
to
review
everything
that
we've
already
done.
So
I
think
we're
ready
from
since
monday
to
quote
commissioner
calendar.
We
wanted
to
get
this
right
and
so
tonight
what
you
have
in
version
three
of
the
document
is
the
acceptance
of
all
of
the
edits
that
commissioners
submitted.
B
The
changes
that
we
made
from
monday
were
also
made.
So,
for
example,
commissioner
matsumura's
question
about
the
urgency
of
the
mayoral
date
change.
The
other
items
that
were
listed
in
our
memo
today
all
have
been
corrected
and
all
the
updates
that
you
asked
for
all
the
red
lines
edits
that
you
asked
for
are
made
the
other.
The
only
other
item
that
has
come
up
is,
commissioner.
B
Amador
has
asked
for
a
little
bit
more
time
on
her
edits
because
she's
just
not
feeling
well
and
commissioner
amador
just
wanted
to.
Let
you
know
all
the
edits
that
you
already
submitted
are
in
version
three,
so
my
guess
is
most
of
what
you've
wanted
to
do
is
already
in
there.
Maybe
there's
some
technical
ones,
and
if
the
motion
passes,
I
can
help
you
with
that
before
friday.
B
That
shouldn't
be
a
problem,
the
commission
did
receive
a
letter
today
or
yesterday
or
whenever
from
the
an
additional
letter
to
the
two
that
you
received
as
well.
My
my
take
on
it
is
it's
a
very
thoughtful
letter
and
it's
a
very
it's
really
great
that
they
had
the
concern
to
submit
that
to
us.
The
recommendation
has
been
passed
and
where
all
recommendations
have
to
go
back
to
the
city
council
for
their
review
and
their
study
and
their
all
the
different
pieces.
B
So
my
hope
is
that
we
can
pass
the
agenda
and
only
and
then
add
this
letter
to
it,
just
as
part
of
the
record,
because
that's
really
what
it
is
and
the
council,
if
it
takes
up
the
land
acknowledgement
issue,
will
need
to
reconcile
our
recommendations
to
whatever
the
public
tells
them
at
that
time
as
well.
So
I
don't
see
that
as
changing
anything,
I'm
I'm
really
grateful
to
the
tamiya
tribe
for
their
additional
input.
B
Just
like
we're
accepting
and
grateful
for
all
the
input
from
the
public
that
we've
received
over
these
last
11
months.
So
all
the
changes
that
you
wanted
since
monday,
the
civic
makers
has
been
working
on
them
yesterday
and
today,
and
the
three
o'clock
version
that
you
got
today
is
the
acceptance
of
all
your
changes
and
the
only
as
I
say,
the
only
one
that
was
that
maybe
some
technical
pieces
was
the
piece
that
commissioner
amador
had
asked
for
all
right.
B
So
if
that's
the
case,
then
I'd
ask
for
a
motion,
and
since
commissioner
marshman's
not
here,
I've
come
right
back
to
you
christian
point
this,
but
let's
get
a
motion
on
the
table
so
that
we
can
have
a
discussion.
I
I'll
ask
commissioner
dieppe
to
make
to
make
the
motion
to
approve
the
charter
review.
Commission
final
report
authorize
the
chair
to
make
any
technical
changes
and
authorize
the
chair
to
transmit
the
final
report
to
the
city
council.
B
And
could
I
get
a
second
tag,
commissioner
t
tran
seconded
first,
I
think
so
I'll.
Take
that
one
commissioner
fuentes.
G
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Okay,
so
well
number
one,
some
of
the
well
a
set
of
the
changes
that
I
submitted
are
not
in
the
final
draft.
So
I'm
not
sure
what
I
can
do
about
that,
but
I
just
want
to
make
a
note
that
I
had
given
lauren's
changes
more
than
once
and
the
the
page
page
77,
where
it
talks
about
the
I'm
sorry
yeah
77,
where
it
talks
about
the
specific
changes
to
the
to
the
charter.
B
Okay,
so
that
to
me
is
a
great
example
of
a
technical
error
that
we
can
that
we
can
fix.
Commissioner
fuentes,
I
understood
he
talked
to
you
today
and
that
you
had
signed
off
on
it.
So
if
there's
still,
if
there's
still
a
technical
change,
I'm
happy
to
make
that
correction.
B
Okay,
but
let's
go
to
the
public.
So
then
we'll
come
back
for
a
discussion
with
the
commissioners.
The
clerk
can
call
the
because
everybody
go
on
mute,
make
sure
everyone's
on
mute.
So
we
can
hear
from
the
public
and
the
clerk
can
call
the
first
speaker.
A
E
Thank
you,
commissioners.
Sorry,
if
you
might
hear
an
intercom
I'm
at
the
airport,
so
I
wanted
to
thank
you
for
your
dedication
and
your
hard
work
and
tenacity
and
commitment
to
this
process.
E
You
know
I
learned
a
tremendous
amount
about
our
democratic
process
and
I
know
there
was
laughter
tears
aggression
in
the
last
12
months,
because
we
met
every
single
day
for
the
last
12
months
or
a
day
in
the
12
months,
and
the
changes
that
we're
submitting,
I
I
know,
are
unprecedented
in
san
jose
after
a
very
unprecedented
year,
and
you
know
the
entire
world
went
on
lockdown
and
all
over
the
world
people
protested
for
black
lives
and
all
over
the
world.
The
youth
led
the
global
protest
for
a
current
climate
crisis.
E
So
I'm
really
proud
that
san
jose
has
chosen
to
listen
and
reflect
what
they've,
seen
and
heard
and
with
such
broad
sweeping
changes.
It
only
makes
sense
because
the
world
and
san
jose
has
changed
tremendously
since
1986,
so
I'm
really
proud
of
the
city.
I'm
really
proud
of
this
commission
for
stepping
forward
with
so
many
important
issues.
I
know
that
this
is
only
part.
E
H
Thanks
for
the
words
of
the
previous
speaker,
that
that
helps
to
see
what
I
think
you
know
for
my
own
self,
I
wish
I
knew
greater
depth
what
you
guys
worked
on,
but
I
tried
to
help
contribute
in
a
small
way
where
I
can
and
to
offer
one
final
time.
H
Necklace
and
have
any
additional
things
needed
to
be
done
by
december
10th.
That
would
be
three
or
four
days
before
the
council
just
an
option
and
another
option
is
that
to
be
considering.
I
We
did
lose
him.
His
audio
was
breaking
up
right.
I
H
Boy,
thank
you
so
much.
I'm
really
sorry.
I
will
try
to
pick
up
where
I
left
off
yeah
to
consider
the
january.
If
we
need
to
consider.
H
You
know
you
know
january
through
through
early
spring.
You
know
it
is
possibly
of
having
the
charter
commission
needs
to
work
on
legal
language
issues
for
the
june
and
november
ballots.
If
that
is
the
case,
you
know
good
luck.
You
can
be
a
good
instrument
to
talk
to
the
equity
roundtable,
the
kovid
19
economic
forum
and
the
reimagined
task
force.
That's
going
on
right
now.
H
You
can
continue
that
good
work
together
and
collaboration
and
and
to
have
that
option
available
just
to
say
it
for
you
guys
to
decide.
Hopefully
that
can
be
my
good
role
here
now
and
what
you
guys
have
to
consider
to
make
things
easier
and
less
pressurized
for
yourself
and
more
clear
thanks
again
for
the
years
worth
of
work
and
it'll
be
nice
to
see
all
your
influences
in
upcoming
commissions
and
and
for
the
future
of
san
jose
thanks.
J
J
I've
been
working
with
the
maloney
tribe
since
1980
the
alma
mutsun
tribe
since
1988,
in
alone,
across
no
nestle
nation.
Since
1992.,
I
was
also
involved
with
the
congressional
created
advisory
council
on
california,
indian
policy
from
1992
to
98
and
I'm
speaking
in
response
to
the
letter
submitted
by
tamiya
nation,
which
is
a
fictitious
organization
that
was
created
in
2020
and
compared
to
the
maloney
tribe,
which
had
previous
unambiguous
federal
recognition
as
a
federally
recognized
tribe,
beginning
in
1906..
J
It
is
one
family
that
is
trying
to
create
a
fictitious
tribe
and
the
fact
that
it's
trying
to
do
harm
to
a
documented
bia-documented
indian
community
is
kind
of
an
outrageous
thing
to
do
so.
I
just
wanted
to
posit
that
with
the
commission
and
hopefully
you'll
review
the
documentation
that
was
submitted.
Thank
you.
K
Yeah
also
from
horseshoe,
I
was
really
discouraged
by
a
letter
that
was
submitted
like
at
the
like
the
last
hour.
I
I
read
it
with
respect
to
the
domination
first
of
all,
tamiya
is
fouled
with
an
h,
not
it's
t-h-a,
so
that
struck
my
interest
number
one,
that
the
spelling
is
incorrect.
Number
two
is
that
I
was
actually
there
when
that
site
was
dug
up,
and
so
the
there's.
K
What
he's
talking
about
is
like
regional
names,
but
these
are
the
lonely
people,
and
so,
if
this
person
wants
to
like
sideways
that,
like
at
the
11th
hour,
you
had
your
chance
there's
no
way
that
you
did
not
know
what
time
it
was
or
what
was
happening
here.
It's
just
it's
unconscionable
that
you
would
not
know
that
all
of
a
sudden
you
hurt
this
week
and
you
wanted
to
submit
something.
K
So
while
I
respect
your
assertion
in
in
in
the
defense
of
your
people
in
terms
of
of
of
land
acknowledgements,
it's
it's
it's
sorely
lacking
in
a
lot
of
different
areas
and
the
spelling
is
what
got
me
on
that
one.
K
So
these
are
little
like
clues
that
people
that
are
educated
around
these
areas
know
how
to
spot
something
like
that,
and
so
I'm
employing
you
to
like
very
like
take
some
caution
with
these
documents
that
you
produced,
because
lawrence
was
just
caught
in
all
kinds
of
lies.
Man.
F
Thank
you
very
much.
My
name
is
donald
team
lopez
and
I'm
the
chairman
of
the
yamamoto
tribal
band.
Our
tribe,
is
comprised
of
the
descendants
who
were
taking
the
missions.
San
juan
bautista
and
santa
cruz,
members
of
our
tribe
are
lived
in
the
tomian
territory
and
we're
also
taking
the
mission
sam
santa
clara.
F
We
support
the
muwakma
in
this
case.
The
letter
is
from
kirita
luna
giri
lu,
kanina,
luna
giri
was
a
tribal
council
member
of
our
tribe
up
until
december
of
2020,
when
she
resigned
and
a
month
later
she
began
her
tummy
and
nation.
She
cannot
be
recognized
as
a
as
a
continuous
tribe.
She
cannot
be
recognized
as
an
historic
tribe.
F
She
is
a
newly
developed
tribe
with
less
than
one
year
as
tribal
as
as
a
tribal
chair
of
that
tribe.
We
recognize
as
being
the
historic
and
tribal
er
and
historic
and
continuous
tribe
for
for
the
tamiyan
territories
and
the
tribune
nation.
We
ask
you
to
respect
that
historic
status
as
well.
Thank
you
very
much.
L
Today,
my
name
is
kanina
gary.
I
am
chairwoman
for
tommy
nation
and
we
are
the
only
indigenous
tribe
with
direct
lineal
descent
to
the
san
jose
area
and
the
direct
descendant
of
tulum
chief
from
san
antonio
rancheria,
which
is
eastern
san
jose
down
to
coyote
valley
in
yayate,
from
san
juan
batista
rancho,
ria,
which
is
part
of
the
larger
rancheria
of
san
carlos,
from
western
san
jose
down
to
coyote
valley.
Tamiya
families
have
lived
in
coyote
valley
for
at
least
ten
thousand
years.
L
I
read
several
comments
from
people
supporting
the
moabma
tribe.
First
of
all,
mo
means
miwok
people.
I
study
linguistics
at
the
university
of
california,
uc
davis
and
I
I
actually
worked
on
my
grandmother's
language
and
published
a
600
page
dictionary.
I
am
very
versed
on
languages,
especially
what
so-called
baloney
languages
right.
There
is
no
elongated
tribe.
Anybody
who
uses
the
term
alone
doesn't
understand
the
dynamics
of
our
communities.
L
Mr
leventhal's
comments
about
us
being
illegitimate.
He
has
no
claim
to
that.
Mulweckma
cannot
prove
that
they're
from
san
jose.
Please
ask
them
for
the
documentation.
They
provided
a
petition
to
the
bureau
of
indian
affairs.
They
were
denied.
L
I
mean
really
because
they
were
trying
to
create
this
empire
of
baloney
nations
and
really
land
grabbing
other
tribes,
their
their
tribal
aboriginal
lands,
including
san
francisco,
which
is
that
on
my
tush,
which
is
currently
the
association
of
nametouch,
tribe
and
tamyan
nation.
Now
my
family
has
been
around
forever
and
our
tribe
is,
you
know:
we've
been
organizing.
Since
2000.
we
sent
in
a
letter
a
petition
to
petition
for
federal
recognition,
a
letter
of
intent
in
1999.
I
Gomez,
I'm
a
former
council
member
for
the
moat
money
tribe,
and
I
would
like
the
commission
and
the
city
of
san
jose
to
please
accept
the
milwaukee
maloney
tribe
land
acknowledgement.
We
are
the
aboriginal
people,
the
central,
the
san
francisco
bay
area,
including
the
samian
area.
I've
been
I've,
served
the
tribal
council
for
24
years,
never
heard
of
the
thamia
nation.
I
knew
this
quote.
Unquote
chairwoman,
as
amma
mutsun,
as
chairman
vel
lopez,
stated
she
never
participated
in
our
community
was
never
moved
out
of
the
area.
I
So
now
all
of
a
sudden
she's
a
pop-up
tribe.
Please
don't
be
confused
by
her
lack
of
facts
on
her
connection
to
the
area,
and
I
just
want
you
to.
Please
accept
the
information
that
the
tribe
has
submitted,
because
there
are
definitely
facts
there.
In
the
letter
that
was
sent
to
you
today.
Thank
you
for
your
consideration.
M
M
Our
tribe
is
the
documented
tribe
in
the
san
francisco
bay
area
and
the
research
that
has
been
done
on
the
tribe
by
ellen
leventhal
and
other
academic
anthropologists
from
the
different
institutions
around
the
bay
area
has
documented
that
alma
and
costano
and
eslan
nation
are
the
three
legitimate
tribes
in
the
san
francisco
bay
area
that
show
his
ties
to
him
and
and
historical
tribes,
so
what's
happening
here.
M
I
can
only
give
an
analogy,
and
the
analogy
is:
if
a
city
council
member
doesn't
decide
that
they
don't
like
public
policies
that
the
mayor
is
making,
so
does
that
give
them
the
right
to
break
away
and
start
a
new
city
or
start
a
new
charter?
N
Language
I
would
like
to
clarify
that
it
is
a
white
macho
genial
word,
I'm
happy
that
this
person
has
discovered
something
about
herself,
but
I
would
like
to
dispute
that
there
is
not
a
tamiya
nation
that
exists.
This
is
a
made-up
tribe
that
is
trying
to
bully
her
way
into
our
tribal
area,
and
we
have
a
long-standing
relationship
with
santa
clara
university
berkeley,
stanford
san
jose
state.
N
We've
done
many
archaeological
reports
that
has
our
ethno
history.
That
documents
well
into
thousands
of
years
of
our
connection
to
the
san
jose
santa
clara
area,
and
I
would
like
to
refute
anything
she
would
said
today.
I
would
like
for
the
charter
to
respectfully
consider
our
land
acknowledgement
as
the
aboriginal
tribe
of
the
san
francisco
bay
area
for
the
san
jose
charter.
Thank
you.
So
much.
O
Can
you
hear
me
yes,
dear
commissioner,
we
are
asking
on
behalf
of
the
melechma.
O
The
descendants
of
this
territory
that
we
are
all
are
occupying
that
they
dismiss
the
recognition
of
the
tamiyan
nation
as
the
proof
of
tribal
leadership.
Val
lopez
has
done
long
long
work
and
has
recognition
with
the
relative
identification
as
working
under
the
ama
real
current.
The
history
goes
far
back
as
I
am
the
son
of
gerald
geraldine.
O
O
Under
alan
leventhal
in
1982,
there's
murals
there
we
have
schools,
we
have
recognition
under
state
senators,
mayors
on
a
state
level,
on
a
federal
level.
We
have
been
trying
and
trying
to
get
our
identification
back
due
to
this
other
type
of
genocide.
We
are
going
through
with
recognize
recognition.
O
P
Dominguez
good
evening,
my
name
is
julie,
dominguez,
I'm
also
a
tribal
member
of
the
wek
maloney
tribe
of
the
san
francisco
bay
area.
The
caller
before
me
was
also
my
older
brother,
my
taka
joey,
and
just
kind
of
want
to
echo
what
a
lot
of
my
fellow
tribal
members
and
chairwoman
have
mentioned-
that
I
asked
the
commission
to
please.
P
You
know,
take
into
consideration
the
documents
that
were
put
before
you,
I'm
also
a
dedicated
community
member,
and
I
have
been
you
know
as
raised
for
my
mother,
geraldine
garcia,
who
has
also
worked.
You
know
with
the
tribe
in
declaring
you
know
with
maloney
tribe,
and
that
this
is
the
regional
area
tamiya,
not
a
nation.
You
know.
All
I
can
say
is
that
I
see
it
a
lot
more
happening
now
with
today's
technology
that
anybody
can
create
a
map
and
put
their
name
in.
P
You
know
like
say
that
this
is
their
area,
but
the
proof
is
within
the
documentation.
So
again,
I
just
hope
that
you
review
it
and
to
the
people
that
you
know
submitted
the
letter
you
know
going
against
our
people.
I
just
hope
that
you
realize
that
you
know
truly
find
for
yourself
who
you
really
are
connect
to
your
own
people
and
understand
that
you
know
this
could
be
a
good
fight
for
for
everyone
to
live
in
unity
within
these
areas,
but
do
it
in
respect.
B
Thank
you.
We
have
a
motion
on
that.
Thank
you,
members
of
the
public
for
your
input.
We
have
a
motion
on
the
floor
for
the
approval
of
the
the
charter
review
commission's
final
report.
I
will
go
to
commissioner
fuentes
and
then
christopher
segal,
christopher
fuentes,.
G
Thank
you,
let's
see.
Well,
I'm
just
going
to
comment
on
the
public
comment
that
we
just
heard,
and
I
know
that
that
mark
vanni
has
provided
some
some
opinion
on
on
this
issue,
and
and
after
I
make
a
comment,
I
would
really
like
mark
fannie
to
hear
this.
I
mean
to
hear
this.
I
would
really
like
mr
vani
to
to
share
his
thoughts
with
us.
At
some
point.
G
G
I
don't
believe
it's
it's
unusual
that
tonight
we
heard
from
other
parts
of
the
other
other
individuals
from
the
from
the
indigenous
native
community,
sharing
other
thoughts
and
and
other
concerns
and
and
personally
I'll,
be
very
honest
and
say
that
it's
very
regrettable
that
that
we
are
not
going
to
take
the
time
if
we,
if
we
complete
this
motion
and
and
we
this
is
our
last
meeting.
G
It's
very
regrettable
to
me
that
we
do
not
take
the
time
to
to
fully
study
and
understand
the
comments
that
were
made
tonight,
giving
us
additional
information
about
the
recommendation
of
the
land
acknowledgement
for
the
milwaukee
alone.
Tribe.
I
mean.
Certainly,
I
support
our
recommendation,
but
I
really
feel
very
concerned
that
we've
heard
other
other
thoughts
from
the
community
tonight
and
I
want
to
make
sure
that
somehow
we
acknowledge
that
in
our
report
and
also
pass
on
that
information
to
the
city
council
and
let
them
know
with
that.
G
We
did
hear
from
other
parts
of
our
community
in
our
local
community
san
jose
and
and
asked
them
to
to
continue
the
dialogue
that
could
have
started
tonight.
Among
a
broader
part
of
the
native
american
community.
C
Thank
you.
My
comment
was
just
on
the
report.
I
do
see
that
there
are
several
additions
that
I
had
made
to
the
final
report
that
are
not
in
there
and
I'm
wondering
if
the
chair
and
and
lawrence
told
me
that
he
actually
would
add
all
of
my
edits
and
and
so
I'm
wondering
if
we
could
treat
this
as
a
technical
glitch
yeah
that
that
we
could
then
you
know
add.
Very
specifically,
I
had
a
response
to
page
93.
C
Under
the
climate
there
was
a
response,
a
three
pa
three
paragraph
response
to
arguments
against
the
climate
action
commission,
so
the
whole
climate
action
commission
there's
what
are
the
arguments
against
it?
I
listed
the
what
the
argument
is.
Our
response
number.
B
C
C
D
A
Thank
you
chair
everyone's
gonna
throw
a
wrench
into
this
I'm
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
we
do
stick
the
technical
edits,
because
if
we
start
adding
substantive
response
arguments,
I
think
that's
more
appropriate
for
dissenting
or
a
minority
opinion
that
has
been
to
include
it
directly
into
the
the
reports
themselves.
A
D
I
just
want
to
let
you
know,
commissioner,
about
someone
is
in
the
attendees.
Listen
is
waiting
to
be
let
in
could
we
let
kelly
in.
B
Commissioner
matsumura,
thank
you
welcome
if
apologies
no
problem
question
about
somewhere
that
the
motions
on
the
floor
to
approve
the
charter
commission's
final
report,
did
you
have
any
comments?
Did
you
want
to
make
any
comments.
B
N
The
importance
of
expediently
treating
the
mayor
election
timing
has
been
addressed
and
you
know
I
share
commissioner
fuentes's
sentiments
about
making
sure
to
convey
to
city
council
the
information
we
received
from
the
public
about
the
land,
acknowledgement
and
yeah
other
than
that.
I
support
what
I've
been
able
to
hear
so
far
and
really
appreciate
everybody's
work.
B
Thank
you
so,
yes,
the
the
letter
that
we
received
would
be
part
of
the
record
because
it
I'll
like
all
our
letters
from
the
public,
so
the
council
would
definitely
be
able
to
get
that
all
right.
Any
other
final
questions
or
comments.
B
A
I'll
call
everyone
who's
absent
just
once
more.
In
case
they
hop
on
barbara
marshman.
A
C
D
B
Thank
you,
commissioners,
so
again,
just
on
the
technical
side,
if
there
are
technical
changes
or
anything
that
you
see,
please
email
those
to
me
as
soon
as
you
can.
We
are
on
deadline
to
have
the
whole
report
submitted
by
friday
to
the
council.
So
if
there
are
individuals
who
have
dissenting
pieces
make
sure
that
those
get
in
by
noon
on
friday,
any
dissension
letters
have
your
name
on
them
and
they're
just
they're,
not
editable,
because
they're
just
coming
directly
from
you
and
are
added
to
the
appendix.
B
Are
there
any
other
questions
about
the
technical
parts?
The
only
question
I
had
from
this
is
the
city
clerk
available.
I
We're
going
to
do
adobe
sign,
that's
we
have
it's
the
easiest
signing
program
to
use
and
it
is
officially
recognized
by
the
city
as
appropriate.
H
B
Sign
to
electronically
sign
that
is
going
to
be
part
of
the
record,
so
it
will
be.
You
saw
the
signature
page
will
be
on
there
as
soon
as
you
get
that
I
would
hope
you
would
do
it
so
that
we
can
continue
to
move
that
forward
as
well.
Commissioner
amador.
D
Once
we
send
you
those
technical
issues,
when
should
we
expect
those
changes
to
be
made
by
friday
by
friday,
okay
and
if
we
do
not
see
them,
because
I
just
I
worked
on
my
some
of
my
technicalities
and
send
them
out
to
lawrence,
but
I
still
don't
see
them
reflected
and
I'm
a
little
worried
that
you
know.
D
I
send
them
out
before
noon
today,.
B
Okay,
then
then,
if
he
has
them,
he
wouldn't
have
changed
them.
My
guess
is
yet
so
as
long
as
we
have
them,
we
can
make
those
changes.
I
We
also
veronica,
you
had
emailed
us,
we
received
something
around,
but
we
saw
that
you
sent
it
around
11,
but
we
didn't
get
it
till
three.
So
it's
possible,
he
got
it
past.
The
new
deadline.
B
That's
probably
what
happened
just
from
just
getting
through
the
system
got
it:
okay,
yeah,
but
just
the
fact
that
you've
said
them.
Commissioner,
amador
means
that
we
can
follow
up
on
all
right.
Anything
else.
B
Saying
none,
then
I
would
just
again
thank
you
for
your
service
to
our
city.
This
begins
a
process
now
and
we
will
complete
our
service
on
friday
when
we
submit
our
final
report
to
the
council,
it
will
be
heard
on
december
14th
at
city
council
and
any
as
of
december
3rd.
B
The
commission
is
disbanded,
so
the
brown
act
no
longer
applies
to
commissioners,
so
you
can
talk
amongst
yourselves
or
whatever
you'd
like
to
do
after
friday,
in
terms
of
our
commission
being
completed,
and
our
service
to
the
city
for
this
process
has
been
completed.
Thank
you
all
for
your
efforts,
your
work,
your
diligence,
your
intelligence
and
your
really
your
kindness
to
making
sure
that
we
we're
serious
about
this
process.
So
thank
you
all
and
we
are
adjourned.
