The
meeting-
and
I
just
wanted
to
inform-
inform
the
public
that
we
already
had
open
forum
in
the
afternoon
meeting,
so
we're
not
going
to
have
open
forum
at
the
end
of
this
land
use
section
of
the
meeting
all
right
so
tony.
If
you
can
call
roll
call,
please.

A
E
Yes,
thank
you.
Vice
mayor
chris
burton
director
of
planning
building
code
enforcement
joined
by
robert
manford
deputy
director
for
planning
just
as
a
reminder,
this
is
the
cambrian
park
plaza
project,
so
we
were
just
recently
with
you
for
city
council
back
in
august
to
approve
the
pre-zoning
for
this
annexation
and
certify
the
environmental
impact
report
that
also
sort
of
took
action
to
initiate
the
annexation.
E
So
tonight's
hearing
is
to
order
that
annexation
with
the
county,
following
that
we'll
coordinate
with
lafco
on
the
the
completion
and
certification
of
the
annexation
and
then
we'll
bring
forward
the
plan
development
permit
and
the
tentative
map
to
a
director's
hearing.
Once
that's
done
just
as
a
reminder,
it's
two
parcels
that
we're
incorporating
into
the
city
the
for
a
total
of
19.92
acres
right
there
at
the
corner
of
camden
and
union
avenue
and
staff's
available
for
questions
as
needed.
C
Right
we're
gonna
now
go
to
members
of
the
public.
F
F
Our
members
scored
it
very
highly
on
many
categories
and
are
delighted
that
the
developer
has
agreed
to
increase
the
affordable
housing
from
zero
units
to
then
15
to
then
30
and
finally,
when
the
council
voted
on
it
weeks
ago,
50
units
huge
huge,
huge
thanks
to
council
member
foley
for
continuing
to
push
a
vibrant,
mixed-use,
affordable
project.
It's
going
to
be
a
very
lively
part
of
our
city
that
people
will,
both
in
the
neighborhood
and
from
other
parts
of
town
come
to
visit,
enjoy,
spend
money,
recreate
eat,
etc.
F
Very
supportive
of
the
memo
that
you
all
put
forward
before
the
project
was
approved
and
many
of
those
last
changes,
I
think,
will
make
the
project
better.
So
again,
thank
you,
councilmember
foley
for
your
excellent
community
engagement
and
balancing
so
many
competing
and
important
interests
in
your
district
to
get
a
very
good
mix
use
project
going.
We
look
forward
to
seeing
more
of
these
in
other
parts
of
the
city
and
thank
you
for
staff
for
sticking
with
this
project.
G
As
I
said,
then
that
we
would
be
coming
back
to
the
to
the
council
to
approve
the
annexation,
which
we
then
go
to
lafco
the
regional
board
to
approve
annexation
so
that
we
can
then
move
forward
to
the
next
step.
I
did
submit
a
so
so
really.
Hopefully
this
will
get
unanimous
approval.
Like
the
initial
plan.
Development
permit
got
initial
pla,
unanimous
approval.
This
is
just
the
next
step
in
the
process.
This
does
not
annex
any
residential
property,
none
of
the
homes,
only
the
commercial
property
that
is
cambrian
park
plaza.
C
All
right,
it's
been
moved
and
seconded
council
member
jimenez.
I
see
your
hands
up.
