This recording of the October 6 virtual outreach event provides guidance on how to apply to be a member the Community Stabilization and Opportunities Pathways Fund Commission.

Established by City Council the Community Stabilization and Opportunity Pathways Fund Commission consist of 13 voting members and one alternate member, who will guide the Community Stabilization and Opportunity Pathways Fund (“Fund”).

The Fund is the largest component of the community benefits outlined in the Downtown West Development Agreement with Google. The Fund is intended to uplift under-resourced communities in San José through these two program areas, community stabilization and opportunity pathways.
