decisions
in

the
municipal
code
provides

procedures
for
legal
protests

the
city
council

rezonings
and
pre-zonings.

council

accordance

clarify
mr
applications
on
file
planning
staff
has
communicated
this
to
mr
schwack
on
several
occasions
over
the
last
two
and
a
half
years.
First,
mr
sowak
has
two
inactive
planning
applications
on
file
since
2016,
and
he
is
proposing
a
different
work
of
scope
of
work
than
what
is
on
file.
Currently.

If
he
wishes
to
proceed
with
the
new
scope
of
work,
he
will
need
to
submit
a
new
plan
development
permit
application
with
a
revised
project,
description
plans,
documents
and
fees.
He'll
also
need
to
submit
a
new
tentative
map
application
package

new
subdivision
project
description.

last

clearance
was
adopted
in
1984
and
new

analysis
