respond
to
the
public.
Testimony.

staff
questions
and
discuss
the

If
you

these

Commission's
action
on
rezoning,
pre,
zonings
general
plan
amendments
and
code
amendments
is
only
advisory
to
the
City
Council.
The
City
Council
will
hold
public
hearings
on
these
items.
B
Section
twenty
point:
one:
twenty
point:
four
hundred
of
the
Municipal
Code
provides
the
procedures
for
legal
protests
of
the
City
Council
on
reasonings
and
pries
awnings.
The
Planning
Commission's
action
on
conditional
use
permits
is
appealable
to
the
City
Council
in
accordance
with
section
twenty
point:
100
point:
220
of
the
municipal
code
agendas
and
a
binder
of
all
staff
reports
have
been
placed
on
the
table
near
the
door
for
your
convenience.
Thank
you.
A
Item
that
is
public
comment,
the
time
during
this
meeting,
where
anyone
from
the
public
who
would
like
to
speak
on
something
that
is
not
on
the
agenda
can
do
so.
So
is
there
anyone
seeing
none
we'll
move
on
to
item
three
deferrals
and
removals
from
the
calendar
and
we
have
one
item
anything
from
staff.
C
A
Motion
by
Peter
Allen,
which
also
shows
that
he
has
arrived
if
they're
second
on
that
motion,
that
is
a
second
by
commissioner,
yes,
Nate,
so
is
there
any
discussion
on
the
motion?
Anyone
want
to
speak
to
their
motion.
All
right.
Can
we
set
up
the
voting
thing
or
shall
we
do
roll
call
yeah?
It
works.
Congratulations!
A
C
A
quick
update
for
item
4a.
This
is
file
number
CP
1804,
when
staff
just
wanted
to
acknowledge
an
email
that
was
sent
to
the
Planning
Commission
earlier.
To
note
that
there
was
a
minor
change
to
the
landscape
plan
to
switch
tree
species
other
than
that
staff
continues
to
recommend
approval
on
both
items
on
the
consent,
calendar
and.
B
A
So
that
is
the
consent
calendar
moving
on
to
the
public
hearing,
which
there
are
no
items,
so
we're
gonna
go
to
number
six,
which
is
referrals
from
City,
Council,
board
commissions
or
other
agencies,
and
there
are
no
items
which
brings
us
to
number
seven
good
and
welfare,
so
we
will
tick
through
these.
Is
there
a
report
from
the
City
Council.
D
B
B
D
B
7
C
excuse
me
7b
on
page
4
of
6.
There
is
no
vote.
Actually
it
says
seven
zero,
so
we're
okay
on
that
one.
It
appears.
So
this
is
item
7c.
Now
on
the
vote.
It
says
at
the
bottom
of
that
item
it
says
Commissioner,
Griswold
seconded
the
motion.
The
vote
was
5
to
Ballard
and
Allen
opposed
Commissioner
Allen
made
the
motion
I
believe
so
he's
probably
not
going
to
pose
his
own
motion.
It
was
Bonilla
that
did
instead,
so
it
should
read
Ballard
and
Bonilla
opposed
and
other
than
that
I
don't
have
any
changes.
D
Just
a
just
correcting
a
cup
a
few
typos
on
our
Evans
7a
under
the
action
Commissioner
Griswolds
name
is
misspelled
as
well
as
commissioner
yasin
his
name.
So
if
you
could
add
in
a
W
to
Griswold
in
an
eat,
esmie
excellent
I
know
these
were
done
like
today,
so
I
apologize
for
calling
them
out,
but
we
want
to
make
sure
they're,
right
and
I
believe
you
already
have
7c
I.
Don't
think
that
there
were
any
other
issues.
No,
that's.
A
All
right
motion
carries
unanimously
moving
on
to
subcommittee
formation
reports,
an
outstanding
business.
Is
there
anything
on
this
item,
seeing
nothing
we
will
move
on
to
the
Commission
calendar
and
study
sessions
there?
Anything
we
wanted
to
discuss
here.
It
looks
like
the
agenda
for
the
retreat
is
listed,
did
stuff
want
to
add
anything,
or
this
is
just
for
us
to
review
yep
just.
