Original Timeslot ended in duration. Restarting
A
Things
that
need
to
happen
in
order
for
you
to
be
compliant
with
the
the
short-term
rental
by
law,
so
I'm
not
necessarily
so
invested
in
understanding
exactly
where
you're
living.
For
what
amount
of
time,
I
think
there's
a
limitation
on
our
bylaw
that
we
should
be
able
to
have
clear
guidelines
in
terms
of
how
many
days
per
month
and
or
how
many
days
per
year,
one
is
able
to
rent
out
under
the
short-term
rental
bylaw.
A
So
that
is
something
that
I'm
taking
away
from
this,
but
ultimately
it's
clear
that
there
is
a
lack
of
compliance
when
it
comes
to
this
particular
business.
License
as
it
relates
to
this
address
and
so
I'll,
be
supporting
the
motion
on
the
floor,
and
I
do
wish
the
defendant
ryan
mcmillan
the
very
best
and
hope
that
things
settle
down
personally,
of
course,
but
this
is
the
responsibility
I
would
say,
of
this
business
license
hearing
to
uphold
the
recommendation
from
the
chief
licensed
inspector,
so
I'll
be
doing
that
today.
B
Thank
you,
councillor
bligh,
and
for
myself
I
I
will
also
be
supporting
the
motion.
That's
been
tabled.
Similarly,
I've
been
compelled
by
the
information
that's
been
presented
this
evening
as
part
of
the
business
license,
hearing
and
they're.
B
Indeed,
if
we're
dealing
strictly
with
the
bylaw
itself,
that
there
is
a
lack
of
compliance
and
and
like
counselor,
bligh
empathize
with
the
licensee
with
respect
to
his
personal
circumstances,
but
recognizing,
as
our
counsel
noted,
the
onus
being
on
the
license
holder
here
and
and
and
again
that
noting
that
it's
there's
not
information
with
respect
to
the
principal
residence,
and
so
I
will
also
be
supporting
the
motion,
and
so
I
am
simply
going
to
call
a
verbal
vote
on
this,
because
there
are
only
three
of
us
here
on
the
panel.
A
B
That
motion
carries
thank
you.
That
brings
us
the
end
and
thank
you
ryan
for
presenting
this
evening
as
well,
and
our
staff
who've
also
been
here
this
evening.
I
will
just
seek
a
motion
to
adjourn
at
this
time.
Motion.
