From YouTube: Council Meeting 03 02 2015
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
B
Let's
pray
father
we're
grateful
for
your
presence
this
evening
Lord.
We
ask
your
blessing
on
this
meeting
Lord
for
our
mayor
and
for
the
City
Council
Lord
for
each
and
every
agenda
item.
We
pray
that
you
would
have
your
hand
in
it.
God
we
pray
that
you
would
help
keep
us
safe
with
this
weather.
That's
coming
in
Christ's
name,
we
pray,
amen.
A
D
D
A
Okay,
at
this
time,
I
will
look
for
a
motion
in
a
second
for
approval
of
the
consent
agenda
motion
by
Bruce
second,
by
Russ
any
questions
or
concerns
on
any
changes.
Hearing
none
I
will
look
for
council
action.
All
those
in
favor,
say:
aye
opposed
motion
carried
number
two
approval.
The
agenda
I
have
a
couple
of
things
that
I
need
to
change,
I
need
to
add
resolution
1506.
Was
it
15:06
to
the
agenda
for
approval
I'd?
A
Also
for
number
six,
it
has
first
rediem
ordinance
number
1507
how
many
in
the
regulation
of
portable
sides
that's
actually
incorrectly
written
in
there.
It
should
read
first
reading
of
ordinance,
1507
regulating
the
sale
and
advertisement
of
goods
in
the
Parks
and
Rec
for
city
of
Watertown.
Is
that
correct,
Stan,
okay
and
then
would
be
first
reading,
but
I
just
want
you
to
what.
A
A
C
This
is
something
that
any
urban
renewal
district
that
is
considered
a
taxing
authority
by
state
statute
has
to
give
the
governing
body
and
accounting
for
any
of
the
activities
that
they
did
over
the
last
year
and
then
also
a
financial
statement.
This
gets
turned
into
the
state
after
this
meeting.
You
don't
need
to
take
any
action
on
it.
It's
just
something
that
we're
required
to
do
so.
C
You
have
a
comparative
set
of
financial
statements
comparing
last
year
or
last
year,
2013
to
2014,
and
then
you
also
have
a
list
of
activities
that
were
done
and
thanks
to
Beth
and
Randy,
they
provided
that
I.
Don't
really
have
anything
else
to
say
if
Randy
and
Beth,
if
you
guys
want
to
say
anything
about
the
the
highlights
you
sure
can
or
if
you
guys
have
any
questions
about
any
of
the
financials
or
the
highlights
some
between
the
three
of
us.
Hopefully
we
can
answer
them.
F
F
A
Okay,
well,
thank
you.
We
will
you
don't
need
any
action
on
that
in
my
correct
all
right
number:
four
application:
this
is
kind
of
a
weird
one
when
you
list
to
it:
application
for
a
transfer
and
ownership
of
retail
on
off
sale.
Malt
beverage
license
from
freedom,
value,
Centers,
Inc
inactive
at
six;
fifteen
nine
thousand
selfies
to
freedom,
value,
Centers,
Inc
inactive
at
the
same
location.
This
is
the
time
when
we
will
open
up
the
public
hearing.
A
E
A
Strange
so
what's
the
purpose
of
it
was
kind
of
it
seems
kind
of
what
I
have
written
down
here
is
that
the
license
is
being
purchased
by
new
owners,
I
believe
there's
four
or
five
new
owners
that
are
buying
this
license,
but
the
corporation
name
is
staying
the
same.
That's
why
we're
doing
it
this
way
it
caught
me
off
guard
it
first
here.
E
C
C
Yep,
the
one
they're
gonna
continue
using
at
the
same
location,
they're
gonna
call
it
the
same
and
any
time
that
you
have
new
owners.
They
have
to
go
through
the
same
background
information,
and
so
the
only
way
that
we
can
do
that
is
by
initiating
a
transfer.
So
they
are
basically
transferring
ownership.
They
just
aren't
changing
the
name
of
the
corporation.
They
just
they
purchased
it
as
is
and
they're
keeping
it
just
different
people
see.
A
Okay,
any
other
questions
on
it.
Hearing
none
I
will
look
for
counsel
action.
All
those
in
favor,
say:
aye
opposed
motion
carried
number
five
application
for
a
transfer
and
ownership
of
retail
on
off
sale.
Malt
beverage
license
from
freedom,
value,
Centers,
Inc,
doing
business
as
gold,
mine,
25,
West,
Kemp
to
freedom,
value,
Centers,
Inc,
doing
business
at
gold
mine
at
the
same
location.
At
this
time,
I
will
open
the
public
hearing.
If
there's
anyone
here
that
wants
to
speak
in
favor
of
or
against
this
hearing,
none
I
will
close.
F
A
By
Randy,
second,
by
L
there
any
questions
on
this
one
hearing,
none
I
will
look
for
council
action.
All
those
in
favor,
say:
aye
opposed
motion
carried
first
reading
of
ordinance,
number
1507
amending
the
regulation,
actually,
it's
regulating
in
the
sale
and
advertisement
of
goods
for
the
parks
and
recreation
and
in
for
the
city
of
Watertown.
Now
this
is
just
first
reading.
So
there's
really
not
a
lot
to
talk
about
on
this
particular
one,
and
that
will
come
back
to
you
next
next
council
meeting
for
second
reading,
where
we
can
talk
about
it.
G
Jays
in
the
audience
as
well
and
gum,
he
might
be
able
to
talk
a
little
more
at
length
but
minders.
My
understanding
is
that
that
the
Park
and
Rec
board
was
approached
with
regard
to
folks,
showing
up
at
parks
and
offering
things
for
sale
and
and
the
board
just
not
knowing
about
it
and
wanting
to
just
have
some
control
mechanism,
so
that
does
happen.
They
have
some
control
over
where
and
when.
H
A
F
A
A
G
On
that,
if
I
could
I
think,
depending
on
what
kind
of
activity
are
engaged
in,
it
would
probably
either
be
a
peddlers
license
or
a
transient
merchants
license.
That
would
come
with
its
charge
from
the
finance
office,
but
the
park
and
Rec
board
I,
don't
believe,
is
gonna
make
a
charge
for
it.
They're
just
gonna
have
to
show
proof
of
license
and
then
come
and
show
it
say
to
the
board
we'd
like
to
be
at
this
spot
at
this
date.
It.
I
A
Thanks
Jay
thank
you
number
seven.
First
reading
of
ordinance
number
1505
amending
the
zoning
district
boundaries
by
rezoning,
twelve
Lots
and
the
ka
Kay's
addition
from
r1
single-family
residential
district
to
our
two
single-family
attached
residential
district.
Now
Sarah,
you
do
have
some
supporting
documents
on
that.
If
you
want
to
just
show
us
quick
and
again,
this
is
just
first
reading.
K
A
A
Okay,
well
thanks,
sir
we're
gonna
move
on
to
number
eight
first
reading
of
ordinance
number
1506
amending
the
zoning
district
boundaries
by
rezoning
property
adjacent
to
4th
Avenue
Southwest
from
I
two
heavy
industrial
industrial
district
to
I,
1,
light
industrial
district
and
again,
first
reading.
But
sir.
If
you
want
to
just
kind
of
show
us
that
and
give
us
a
little
heads-up.
K
K
A
So
yeah
any
questions
on
that
from
you.
Folks,
okay,
hearing,
none
we're
gonna
move
on
number
9
presentation
of
the
preliminary
2014
city
financial
report.
This
is
the
report
Shelly
just
went
through
and
I
will
ask
for
a
motion
in
a
second
for
discussion.
Oh
you
don't
need
anything:
okay,
nice,
okay,.
A
C
C
The
utilities
do
I,
don't
know
what
their
software
has
for,
adding
that
kind
of
a
bill
are
kind
of
a
charge
to
it,
and
then
that
would
also,
if
somebody
didn't
agree
with
that
and
wanted
to
appeal
it,
they
would
still
have
to
pay
it
or
they
would
get
their
utilities
turned
off
and
I'm,
not
sure
that
that
that's
probably
the
the
best
route
to
go
because
then
we'd
have
some
other
issues
and
there
would
be
issuing
credits
so
I,
don't
know
that.
C
A
Know
Shelly
a
you
and
I
had
talked
today
just
a
little
bit.
I
know
that
mr.
mcclain
isn't
here
and
he
was
asking
if
his
you
know
his
particular
situation
and
they
have
a
ton
of
rentals
in
town
and
one
of
the
ways
they
used
to
do
it
year
and
a
half
or
two
years
ago.
Is
that
when
now
mind
you,
they
own
all
their
properties
and
when
people
rent
they
didn't
put
the
utilities
into
their
names.
A
So
once
the
utilities
came
out
of
there,
the
folks
left
it
went
into
their
name
and
at
that
particular
time
the
utilities
then
stopped
charging
for
sewer
and
water.
For
us,
that
was
my
understanding
and
then,
when
it
came
back
into
the
customers
name,
they
would
get
charged
again
and
you
had
a
concern
with
that.
Right.
C
That
the
concern
is
is
that
that
does
not
follow
the
sewer
and
garbage
policy
that
you
have
in
front
of
you.
They
had
no
authorization
from
the
governing
body
to
do
that
and
they
just
kind
of
took
it
into
their
own
hands
to
do
it.
The
other
concern
was
is
that
we
were
finding
multiple
accounts
that
they
would
forget
to
turn
those
services
back
on,
and
there
was
one
property
that
had
changed
hands
two
or
three
times
and
had
gone
over
two
years
and
never
had
sewer
and
garbage
turn
back
on.
C
A
E
C
They
they
could,
but
that
that
doesn't
lessen
the
load.
Then
we're
sending
out
a
hundred
different
bills
and
we
kind
of
have
that
problem
now,
with
with
different
spills
and
people
who
hit
stop
signs,
they
just
decide
not
to
pay
it
and
there's
there's
no
teeth
in
that.
So
if
they
said
I,
don't
really
want
to
pay
that
we
add
finance
charges
and
it
sits
there
for
six
months
to
a
year
and
then
we
ask
the
council
to
write
them
off
and
and.
E
To
me
to
me
as
I
discussed
it,
it
would
be,
I
want
to
come
in
and
say:
I've
got
a
property.
Now
that's
unused
and
I
want
to
have
the
garbage
and
the
sewer,
reduced
and
I've
had
it
empty
for
two
months.
Here's
my
application!
Here's
my
thirty
bucks
for
my
application!
I!
Don't
get
that
back!
You
can
still
say
no,
because
you've
found
that
there
was
evidence
that
it
was
used.
But
if
there
isn't
any
water
usage,
then
that
then
you
tell
the
utilities
that
go
ahead
and
take
those
off
but
deed
away.
E
E
That's
still
on
them,
I
mean,
if
the
rule
is
that
there's
no
there's
no
water
usage
and
that
we
talked
about
that.
There's
no
way
to
handle
electrical
because
of
the
situation
where
they
need
to
keep
the
heat
on.
So
that's
not
a
that's,
not
an
obvious
I.
Just
don't
know.
We
need
to
throw
everything
out
over
over
one
scenario
or
the
scenario
that's
been.
The
problem.
D
What
we're
changing
here
is
the
option.
The
option
is
I
asked
for
a
credit
which
has
caused
us
a
lot
of
grief
here
or
the
option
now.
Is
you
just
shut
your
water
off?
So
if
you're
leaving
town
you
shut
your
water
off
and
it
fixes
all
the
other
problems
so
you're,
switching
it
from
get
a
credit
after
the
fact
to
now,
your
option
is
to
shut
the
water
off
and
it
fixes
the
other
problem.
Is
that
summarize?
It
well
well.
F
C
But
that's
where
the
electric
comes
in
and
that
that's
where
we
we
can't
tell
besides
I'm
saying
trust
me
it's
empty
and
you
know
so
there
again
and
it
it
doesn't
really
solve
the
the
issue
that
we're
having
in
in
the
finance
office,
which
is
brought
with
this
request,
is
and
and
the
utilities
when
they
call
the
utilities
and
ask
for
four
credits,
because
they're
they're
going
south
that
they
have
a
vacant
apartment.
The
utilities
has
a
minimum
on
every
one
of
their
services
and
they
say
I'm
sorry,
but
we
don't
do
that.
C
You
know
you
will
pay
the
minimum
charge,
whether
you
use
the
services
or
not,
and
we're
just
asking
that
the
same
goes
with
with
the
sewer
and
garbage
that
if
you
have
the
services
turned
on
and
you
don't
have.
The
water
turned
off.
You're
gonna
pay
these
minimum
charges,
whether
you
use
it
or
not.
So
this
is.
J
Last
time
you
talked
about
the
fact
that
you
went
from
I'm
just
gonna
give
an
example
from
three
a
month
to
three
hundred
a
month.
I
know
I'm,
exaggerating
the
numbers.
So
what
we've
done
here
with
this
is
to
reverse
that
trend,
so
that
now
we're
not
going
to
have
the
staff
running
around
trying
to
figure
all
these
things
out,
and
people
abusing
the
staff
and
things
like
that.
So
as
I
read
through
this,
it
looks
to
me
like
if
this
is
pretty.
This
is
pretty
good.
J
C
It
is,
and
the
other
thing
is
is,
is
there
still
is
if
they
want
to
appeal
to
the
City
Council,
that's
still
written
in
there,
and
if
they
don't
agree,
they
can
write
a
letter.
They
can
appear
in
front
of
the
City
Council.
They
can
appeal,
you
know
they
can
plead
their
case
and
as
a
governing
body,
you
can
make
that
determination,
such
as
the
apartment
that
they
had
to
have
heat
on,
but
it
wasn't
an
apartment
in
function
as
an
apartment,
and
you
allowed
that
variance.
They
will
still
have
that
right
to
do
that.
C
C
F
About
it,
we
make
those
services
available
12
months
a
year,
24
hours
a
day.
You
know
if
I'm
gone
for
three
months
so
be
it
I
mean
the
services
are
still
there
available.
If
I
want
to
come
back
month
early,
it's
not
like
and
be
a
big
deal
to
they're
there
so
and
I
think
our
budgets
are
set
to
operate.
You
know
if
the
garbage
truck
doesn't
not
go
down
that
Street
because
I'm
not
there.
You
know
it
just
still
goes
down
the
street
so.
I
A
D
C
C
A
Perfect,
so
I
would
look
for
a
motion,
a
second
for
further
discussion,
where's,
my
brew
second
by
Randy.
Is
there
any
other
questions
that
you
have
for
Shelley
on
this
hearing?
None
I'll
look
for
council
action,
all
those
in
favor,
say:
aye
opposed
motion
carried
number
12
authorization
for
the
mayor
to
sign
the
2014
MS
for
annual
report.
The
Department
of
Environment
Natural
Resources
Sarah,
has
discussed
this
earlier.
I'll
look
for
a
motion,
a
second
for
any
questions
for
her
motion
by
Beth.
A
Hearing
none
I
will
look
for
a
council
action.
All
those
in
favor,
say:
aye
opposed
motion
carries
number
13,
Sarah,
there's
about
four
of
them
here
that
I
think
you're
going
to
take
consideration
of
bids
for
the
uptown
alley
reconstruction
project.
So
if
you
want
to
jump
right
into
that,
you're
welcome
to
do
so.
I
will.
K
K
A
K
Kind
of
a
fussy
project
and
in
this
particular
project
we're
asking
the
contractor
to
come
in
and
do
the
removals
and
then
leave
for
a
while,
while
municipal
utilities
mobilizes
and
does
work
and
then
come
back
when
they're
done
so,
there's
a
big
advantage
to
a
local
contractor,
which
it
is
a
local
contractor
that
got
the
low
bid.
But.
K
A
K
A
B
A
K
Again,
we
got
four
bids
and
crest
own
builders
was
the
low
bid
on
that.
We
think
it's
a
good
bid,
it
was
less
than
our
estimate,
and
so
we
recommend
approval
of
it.
We're
not
completely
replacing
all
of
the
concrete
in
summer
wood
where
we're
doing
the
parts
that
need
it.
Some
of
it's
still
in
good
shape,
and
so
we
see
see
no
need
to
take
it
out.
I.
A
I
A
Great
time
so
I
do
have
a
motion
a
second
as
any
other
other
questions.
You
have
on
that
for
Sarah
hearing,
none
I'll,
look
for
council
action,
all
those
in
favor,
say:
aye
opposed
motion
carried
number
15
consideration
of
this
for
the
sanitary
sewer
rehab
project.
Now
look
for
a
motion,
a
second
for
discussion.
What's.
K
K
This
is
a
trenchless
project,
so
you
won't
see
excavation,
but
they
come
in
clean
the
line,
cut
the
roots
out
and
line
it
with
a
basically
a
fabric,
sock
that
goes
in
with
a
resin
that
cures
and
makes
a
very
strong
round
pipe
when
it's
done
and
the
low
bidder
was
a
one
sewer
and
drain
from
Rapid
City
and
their
bid
is
one
hundred
forty
one
thousand
two
hundred
sixty
seven
dollars.
Eighty
seven
cents
was
below
our
estimate.
K
K
A
Any
other
questions
for
Sarah
hearing,
none
I'll,
look
for
council
action,
all
those
in
favor,
say
aye
opposed
motion
carried
number
17
looks
like
Jay
you're
going
to
be
up.
Now
we
got
one
more
I'm.
Sorry,
sixteen
consideration
of
the
bids
for
the
sanitary
manhole
restoration
project.
Excuse
me
motion
is
second,
is
what
I
need
for
discussion
pushing
by
Bruce?
K
This
is
a
manhole
rehabilitation
project
that,
where
they
come
in
and
actually
coat
the
inside
of
the
manhole
instead
of
digging
up
the
street,
it's
considerably
less
expensive
and
less
disruptive,
because
manholes
are
generally
in
the
center
of
an
intersection.
We
haven't
done
this
kind
of
project
in
the
past,
but
we
have
had
manholes
done,
as
example
projects.
So
we
think
it'll
be
a
a
good
thing
for
our
ancient
man
holds
that
are
falling
apart
and
save
us
some
money.
So
we
got
three
bids.
K
The
low
bid
was
from
key
contracting
out
of
Fargo
West
Fargo
North
Dakota,
and
their
bid
was
twenty
four
thousand
three
hundred
ninety
six
thousand
below
our
estimate,
and
that
includes
an
alternate
for
some
bench:
repairs
that
we
weren't
sure
if
contractors
would
even
be
interested
in
doing.
But
we
got
good
bids
on
that.
So
we
recommend
approval.
A
Hearing
none
I'll,
look
for
council
action,
all
those
in
favor,
say
aye
opposed
motion
carried
now.
I
can
move
to
number
17
consideration
of
bids
for
the
deep,
tiny
aerator
for
the
golf
course
I
think
what
we'll
do
Jay
I
we
do
have
to
do
them
in
two
motions,
but
we'll
let
you
talk
about
both
of
us
at
the
same
time.
So
what.
G
B
H
Skill
interactivo
in
council
chambers
on
February
23rd
we
had
three
beds
received
for
the
tractor
and
two
beds
receive
for
the
aerator
on
the
24th.
We
had
a
regular
Park
and
Rec
board
meeting
and
based
on
the
fact
that
neither
of
the
low
beds
and
let's
see
on
this
one,
the
low
bid
did
not
meet
the
spec.
The
specs
called
for
twelve
inches,
two
tines
to
go
12
inches
deep.
The
low
bid
here
would
only
go,
can
inches
deep,
so
the
Parks
and
Rec
board.
A
H
A
Any
other
questions
looking
at
you,
man,
hearing
none
I'll,
look
for
council
action
on
this.
All
those
in
favor,
say:
aye
aye
opposed
motion
carried
we'll
move
on
to
number
18.
You
touched
on
it
just
a
little
bit,
but
consideration
of
bits
for
the
utility
tractor
with
front-end
loader
for
the
golf
course.
This
time,
I
will
look
for
a
motion
in
a
second
for
discussion.
Push
my
Randy
second
by
Beth,
okay,.
D
H
And
again
on
the
tractor,
the
Park
Board
makes
the
recommendation
to
accept
the
bed
from
our
do
equipment
for
nineteen
thousand
six
hundred
and
forty
one
dollars
and
seventy
eight
cents,
and
the
primary
factor
there
is
is
that
it's
it's
based
on
the
lift
capacity
of
the
unit,
the
calls
for
twenty
two
hundred
pounds
and
the
low
bed.
There
only
would
left.
Fourteen
hundred
and
thirty
three
pounds
and
the
aerator
that
we
just
talked
about
that's
eighteen
hundred
pounds
alone.
So
basically,
the
low
bed
won't
even
lift
the
the
aerator.
A
H
Yes,
this
is
a
fencing
project.
It's
actually
a
three
part
project.
There's
three
separate
locations
where
we
want
to
replace
and
improve
the
fence.
One
is
the
boundary
fence
along
the
south
and
east
side,
where
some
of
it
is
in
bad
repair
and
other
parts
of
it
don't
meet
the
height
requirement
of
the
aza,
the
American
zoological
and
aquarium
Association,
it's
six
and
a
half
to
seven
feet,
and
it
needs
to
be
eight.
So
that's
one
part
of
it.
That's
about
thirty
one
thousand
dollars
worth
Sarah.
A
H
H
I
H
A
A
And
I
think
that
8-foot
fence
at
the
airport
has
and
Todd
is
here
he
could
explain
to
if
you
want,
but
that's
what's
going
to
go
to
the
backside
of
it
because
I
think
currently
you
have
eight-foot
ours.
Is
it
a
teraz?
A
10-foot
Todd
that
were
yeah,
see
I,
think
you've
got
eight-foot.
We
need
10-foot
to
be
according
to
the
aza
here's
what
they're
looking
for.
So
the
animals
aren't
jumping
out
of
there
so
yeah.
So
it's
gonna
be
very
nice.
You're
gonna
see
highway
20.
A
You
will
have
a
new
fence
which
will
probably
be
the
wrought
iron
fence
behind
behind
the
trees
and
and
where
you
have
the
the
trail,
that's
where
they
eight
or
the
10-foot
fence
will
go.
So
this
will
be
a
nice
project
for
you.
So
are
we
looking
for
a
motion?
A
second
for
authorization
to
advertise.
I
am
looking
for
motion.
A
second
I
got
a
motion
by
Don.
Second
by
was
it
Russ
any
questions
that
you
have
for
Jay
on
that
hearing?
None
I'll!
A
Look
for
council
action,
all
those
in
favor
say:
aye
aye
opposed
motion
carried
number
19
bead,
which
is
yeah
thanks,
Jay,
looking
for
authorization
to
sign
the
resolution
for
Senate
bill
2
to
send
to
the
committee
that
is
working
on
the
the
River
Basin
natural
resource
at
pier,
so
I
am
looking
for
the
authorization
to
do
that.
I
need
a
motion
in
a
second
motion
by
John
second
by
Randy.
Is
there
any
questions
on
that
hearing?
None
I'll!
Look
for
council
action,
all
those
in
favor
say:
aye
aye
opposed
motion
carried
there's
any
old
business.
A
E
L
L
For
you,
no
person
gets
a
tax
break
if
he
gives
it
as
a
city
or
property
is
given
to
the
city
just
strictly,
because
the
city
can
use
it
I
wanted,
it
seems
the
benefit
to
the
taxpayer,
seems
to
get
lost
in
the
system
and,
of
course,
I'm
a
free
enterprise
not
and
I
believe.
There's
a
city
owns
property.
How
do
I,
as
a
taxpayer
more
than
then
we
I
lost
my
place
here,
I
believe
the
free
enterprise
system,
and
if
the
city
owns
property,
how
does
this
help
me
as
a
taxpayer?
L
More
than
that
we
have
Watertown
Development
Corporation,
that
is
in
direct
competition
with
the
free
enterprise
developer.
So
here's
my
request:
could
the
city
do
a
power
explanation
in
detail
on
how
much
return
on
investment
we
receive?
The
city
runs
on
tax
dollars
and
if
we
take
property
off
the
tax
rolls,
how
much
are
we
losing
when
we
remove
that
from
a
tax
roll?
How
are
the
taxpayers
making
money
on
water
tone
development?
L
We
put
a
hundred
thousand
dollars
a
year
out
of
the
city
to
help
the
water
town
development,
plus
all
the
land
and
buildings
they
receive,
that
they
either
get
the
rent
or
they
get
to
sell
it
and
and
how?
Where
is
the
benefit
to
the
taxpayer
and
how
much
return
on
investment
does
the
taxpayer
receive
in
place
of
this
I?
Don't
have
a
clue
as
to
how
complicated
that's.
A
Now
I
do
know
like
the
the
undress
family
that
just
gave
the
property
up
on
tenth
10th,
Avenue
or
12th
Avenue
up
there,
that
that
row
of
trees
for
attacks
a
tax
benefit
also,
but
that's
going
to
be
a
nice
addition
for
for
the
city
of
Watertown
and
and
what
would
that
will
turn
into
is
kind
of
a
park?
You
know
and
I
think.
K
A
D
L
A
D
A
L
A
A
L
L
L
Yeah
and
we're
trying
to
raise
that
forty
two
hundred
fifty
dollars
so
that
we
can,
because
this
is
a
match
with
the
Watertown
community
and
and
so
if
we
can
get
that
match
raised,
then
we
can
go
ahead
and
finish
the
landscaping
and
stuff
that
we've
got
going
in
there
and
there
in
the
spring
right
away.
So
I
would.
A
Also
like
to,
if
I
may
Mike
I'd
like
to
thank
you,
we
had
a
meeting
at
upstairs
here
about
a
week
or
so
ago.
I
believe
it
was,
and
it
was
the
the
building
committee
for
for
a
multi-purpose
facility
and
the
questions
were
coming
out
about
precast
and
we're
kind
of
wondering
well
who
understands
precast
in
Watertown
and
I,
said
well,
I,
think
Mike
does
so
I
called
him
up
and
Mike
came
up
there
and
explain
to
us
exactly
how
precast
works,
whether
he
could
do
that
type
of
work
or
not.
A
Any
other
new
business,
or
that
we
need
to
talk
about
any,
lays
on
reports
that
you'd
like
to
discuss
hearing
none.
Is
there
any
reason
to
go
into
executive
session
hearing
none
at
this
time?
I
look
for
a
motion
in
a
second
for
adjourn
pushed
by
Randy.
Second,
by
Beth,
you
guys
want
to
stay
a
little
longer
or
should
we
vote
on
it
all
in
favor,
say
aye
opposed.
We
are
adjourned.
