A
Okay,
welcome
back
folks,
we
just
came
out
of
executive
session
and
I
do
need
a
motion
in
a
second
for
the
authorization
for
the
mayor
to
sign
a
purchase
agreement
with
the
Watertown
development
company.
Conveying
that
portion
of
lot
eight
in
the
Hanten
industrial
park
not
currently
occupied
by
the
rail
spur
for
12,000
per
acre
for
an
economic
development
purpose.
So.
A
Emotion
by
Dan
and
second
by
Mike,
any
quick
questions.
Hearing
none
all
those
in
favor,
say:
aye
opposed
motion
carried
number
two
I
also
will
need
a
motion
and
a
second
to
authorize
a
mayor
to
sign
a
construction
facilitation
agreement
with
coho
incorporated
defining
the
repayment
obligation
of
coho
incorporated
for
construction
of
8th
Avenue
southeast
and
a
portion
of
26th
Street
southeast.
So
I
have
a
motion
by
Randy
second,
by
Bruce
any
questions
hearing,
none
all
those
in
favor,
say:
aye
opposed
motion
carried
folks.
I.
Think
that's
it
I
do
need
a
motion
in.
B
A
second
I
got
one
comment:
okay,
just
encourage
all
the
councilmembers
to
try
to
get
to
the
Municipal
League
this
week
gets
you
an
opportunity
to
talk
to
other
council
members,
other
staff
from
all
around
the
state,
and
you
find
some
real,
interesting,
interesting
things
that
go
on
around
the
state
whoo.
We
think
we
have
problems
or
issues
or
things
here,
you'd
be
amazed
at
what
else
goes
on
and.
A
I
would
encourage
any
and
all
of
you
there
there's
two
opportunities
on
Tuesday
at
2
o'clock.
Council
members.
You're
welcome
to
either
go
golfing
at
2
o'clock.
There's
a
nine-hole
Edward
Jones
has
been
gracious
enough
to
give
prizes
for
all
the
for
all
the
pins
I
think
they
call
pin
prizes
or
you
could
go
to
in
the
woods
with
us
and
shoot
sporting
clays
and
that's
we
meet
at
1:30
and
we'll
be
done
at
two
o'clock
or
start
at
two
o'clock.
So
yeah,
it's
like
20
bucks
to
do
it.
