If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
B
From
there
I
will
do
that
hey
this
is
tim
sheen,
I'm!
Actually,
president
ceo
of
the
watertown
chamber
and
the
city
has
helped
there
helped
us
out
in
the
past,
with
the
some
funding
for
the
coconut
con
pesca.
It's
been,
it's
been
wing
fling
and
it's
been.
B
A
All
right,
so
your
request
is
to
fund
that
program
itself.
I
mean
we
work
with
the
chamber
of
commerce
on
a
lot
of
different
things,
but
this
specifically
is
for
the
one
event
and
the
money
that
that
you
request
pays
for
what
part
of
it
or
do
you
not
break
it
out?
Well,.
B
It's
it's
a
couple
years
ago,
probably
three
or
four
years
ago,
when
we
started
this-
is
that
the
the
money
was
actually
set
aside.
The
first
ten
thousand
was
set
up
for
as
a
backstop,
we're
actually
the
prize
money
for
the
kcbs
teams
to
come
to
town
that
really
helped
us
out
with
not
using
the
gate,
money
and
our
the
food
vendor
sales
and
all
other
sponsors
to
fund
that
and
to
get
the
teams
here
to
town
and
hopefully
get
a
lot
of
people
out
there
to
try
the
food
and
some
of
the
entertainment.
B
Well,
you
know
we
do
have
a
pretty
good
system
on
our
gates.
It
we
have
a
lot
of
volunteers
in
each
each
each
hour
we
have
increments,
where
we
we
tally,
how
many
people
came
in
how
many
children
came
in
as
well
as
our
sponsors.
Our
sponsors
also
get
wristbands
ahead
of
time,
so
we
can
measure
the
gates.
We
also
measure
the,
of
course.
B
Our
beer
sales
is
a
great
a
great
barometer
on
on
the
number
of
people
that
attend
and
if
the
weather
is
good,
we
do
really
well
the
other
thing
we
can.
We
use
and
we
can
gauge
the
success
of
the
barbecue
event
is
the
number
of
teams,
and
last
year
we
had
50
teams.
We
had
one
dropout
that
the
last
the
second
to
the
last
day,
so
we
had
49
teams,
which
is
the
largest
in
the
state.
A
B
Going
to
have
three
days
out
there,
so
we'll
have
three
nights
of
entertainment.
So
if,
if
those
three
all
work
out
well
with
the
weather,
we'll
do
really
well.
In
the
past
couple
years,
we've
had
two
years
where
we've
had
either
shut
down,
or
we
just
got
out
of
there
just
in
time.
Volunteers
is
a
big
thing.
We
kind
of
we
always
seem
to
pull
it
off,
but
that
would
be
our
only
obviously,
this
is
the
volunteers,
and
the
weather
would
be
our
biggest
challenge.
B
Well,
you
know:
we've
grown
this
from
in
years
past.
It's
been
just
a
one-day
event
years
ago.
It
was
a
two-day
event,
but
it
just
didn't.
We
didn't
have
the
sponsorships
back
then
to
make
it
a
second
night,
so
we
could
only
really
afford
only
one
band,
but
the
way
I've
done
things
this
year
is
I've
got
sponsors
for
thursday
night
friday,
night
and
saturday
night.
B
So
with
that
help,
we
can
actually
bring
in
some
really
good
entertainment,
which,
by
the
sponsorships
coming
out
there
and
actually
they're
bringing
their
their
employees
out,
we're
actually
feeding
them
as
well.
So
it's
by
them
coming
out,
it's
going
to
be
bigger,
but
so
that's
what
I
really
want
to
get
to
is
draw
with
more
sponsors
and
more
of
them
not
just
funding
it,
but
coming
out
and
enjoying
it.
