Right good afternoon like to call to order the special City Council meeting of Monday July 22nd 2019. Please join me in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Here, manty we're demske, absent Roby yeah bill Howard. Here. Why present? Thank you.

Thank you. First item on the agenda is public comment period? Is there anyone here that wants to speak about something not on the agenda? See none I'll, move on second item on the agenda is approval of the agenda. I move approval, the agenda. We have a motion by a Ville Hauer and a second by Y to approve the agenda any discussion, all those in favor signify by saying aye hi.

Those opposed signify by saying nay motion carries item. 3 is approval of modification to the development agreement with water tone, development, company and The Lofts LLC for downtown mixed-use development and I think should move that beyond the the executive session, so I'll need a little bit of help to make that right, because I want to go into executive session. So that's the item we're here to discuss.
