All those in favor hey item two is a drinking water treatment facility minor in construction change, order. Number 10., um I've reviewed these items, one through ten, our Engineers have as well. Some are deducts, some are increases. uh The change order is an increase in the amount of 83 998.99.

Item threes make recommendation for engineering design, Services 17th Avenue Elm Street signal design. Proposals are open on November 1st.

So the rfps were reviewed by myself, Alan, weslowski and Rick bragalski. We then took the weighted score from each and the overall highest score was Ayers and Associates, which I recommend we award the project to.

Make a motion to award to Ayers that's in the amount of fifteen thousand five hundred dollars that.

Is yes, that is a projected cost? Okay, actual cost will be negotiated, but that is okay.

Item four discussion of possible action on an increase of estimated quantities of blacktop for asphalt patching for the utility, so the utility gets a unit price for asphalt, patching for plumber holes each year for brakes leaks things.

um You know that are unexpected this year, that what we estimated um has increased due to the number of repairs and and that that were um we have been doing throughout the year. So this uh isn't estimated of what we would need to um finish out the Year and have all those Palmer holes patched up before uh winter season.

Is a 2022 sidewalk project, SD Ellen Becker pay estimate number four um talking to TJ the quantities and stuff on these PA on this payment are correct, but it is over the cost. The budget that we have currently I have not received confirmation from Marianne about those additional costs in the budget that they've been transferred, so um I would recommend that we hold this and bring it back after that. Confirmation, okay, okay,.

um The item number six is a 2022 concrete, pavement repair project CPR um this also the quantities have been verified, but uh in the same instance, uh waiting on confirmation for finance that uh funds are transferred is appropriate for the.

Item seven is the 2022 pavement marking project brickline, Incorporated final payment.

Have been reviewed, these have been reviewed and recommended for approval by the inspector Kurt semrow uh final payment and the total amount of 79 393.54 cents.
