Item two is open bids, make recommendation for the 21 ali paving.

Two bids merrell, gravel and construction: the amount of fifty two thousand six hundred sixty three dollars and fifty cents, an american asphalt in the amount of fifty four thousand forty eight dollars and seventy five cents.

I don't know what that's quite a bit over the budget. Okay, so I don't know what we want to do with that. I think um I think we have to go back to the budget, see if we need a budget mod uh and then you I don't know and then make a decision on whether we need to re-bed or or what that, what we need to do so we'll bring it back.

Item three is a wastewater treatment facility, improvement project, myron construction change order, number seven.

If you had a chance to review I've reviewed this um with donahue and uh contractors, everything came in so.

Item number five 2020 18th avenue, relocation, project, sunrise, trucking and excavating. This is their final payment.

Item number: six is the 2021 street construction project day, jake's excavating and landscaping. Pay estimate number one, so progress payment for this year's project.
