All right call to order the board of public works for tuesday august 11th item. One is the approval of the minutes of the july 28th and august 4th meetings.

So we'll review those and bring them back to the board recommendation item three discussion and possible action regarding approval of the loan draw for the plaza hotel, nedis holding company and jg.

So um the council approved a loan of 190 000 for plaza hotel and the terms of the loan agreement. We've been working with quarles, who wrote the development agreement on some questions that we had. The agreement called for the city to contribute parapursu to their um other funding sources.

So in your pack it was a draw or the architect had certified 328 000 completed to date, and there was a hundred and ninety thousand dollar um certified check and then, subsequent to that yesterday or whatever friday. Maybe um we also received another certified check copy of a certified check and um documents from their engineering firm for another check that had gone out for 255 000.

So those two certified checks, if you divide them in half since we're supposed to be only providing half of the amount, um is exceeds the 190 000. So I believe that we would be able to issue them a check for the full 190 000 of the loan. Okay,.

We did verify that we had the other documentation as required in the agreement, such as a budget and the loan approval documents.

Aye item 4 2019 street construction project c, jake's, excavating, landscaping, final payment.

This is project c from last year, jake's finished up the miner restoration items and they're requesting final payment. This was reviewed and approved by kurt simrow.

Item five is the 2020 bridge street bridge repair project from london, construction or pay estimate number one.

This is for the bridge repairs. The pay app was reviewed and approved by myself and heirs associates our consultant.

Item six 2020 bridge street bridge pedestrian crossing project, sd ellen becker pay estimate number one.

This is the first pass meant for the pedestrian signals going on bridge street. I uh review and approve this pay.

Item seven 2020 sewer, rehab project, hydroclean change order, number one.

uh With hydroclean so.

You I think this was the reduction in the pipe size.

So there was a reduction because they switched from a 15 inch to a 12 inch, but then there was also some cost because they had to mold back in and then re-clean some lines and bypass some lines. So it is a net reduction, but you'll see it's not a one for one. There are some additional costs for coming in for mobilizing and re-cleaning the lines, but I reviewed this with ryan and we're both comfortable with the change order. So I'd recommend approval.
