B
A
Item
two's
open
bids
for
the
sale
of
123
West
Thomas
Street
we
haven't
received
any
so
we
will
continue
to
advertise.
B
B
A
B
A
B
C
This
would
be
the
final
pay
estimate
for
project
a
which
was
bug
b
Avenue.
This
was
reviewed
by
the
inspector
Brian
Pettit
myself.
We
recommend
total
payment
of
322
418.94,
along
with
five
thousand
dollar
retainage.
A
Item
six
Street
construction
project,
B
from
Sons
Incorporated
change
order;
number
two.
C
So
this
is
for
a
pull
box
right
out
here
in
front
of
City
Hall.
It
was
difficult
to
try
and
find
the
owner
of
this
and
we
really
sort
of
struck
out.
The
only
way
we
could
find
out
who
it
was
was
by
contacting
the
locators
and
they
said
they
was
owned
by
norlight
and
then
to
come,
find
out
that
it
was
norlight.
I
think
was
bottled
by
Windstream,
so
I
tried
calling
Windstream,
eventually,
I
got
a
ticket
for
repair,
but
after
multiple
calls
and
they
lead,
they
lose
the
tickets.
C
So
we
just
had
to
move
forward.
So
we
recommend
payment
of
this
change
order
for
one
thousand
five
hundred
dollars:
five
hundred
thirty
nine
dollars
and
twelve
cents.
C
This
is
also
a
final
payment
for
Project
B,
which
was
Fourth
Ave
and
Fourth
Street
reconstructions.
C
C
We
pushed
our
inspectors
to
get
these
final
numbers,
so
yeah
I
think
we.
C
This
change
order
was
for
the
sanitary
tie-in
at
Townline
and
tourney,
because
we
were
not
connecting
directly
into
a
manhole.
We
had
to
estimate
what
the
elevation
is
where
we
were
tying
in,
so
we
wouldn't
have
to
get
into
Townline,
but
using
our
calculations
that
came
in
at
a
different
grade
when
they
reconstructed
Townline.
C
C
Again,
this
is
final
payment
less.
We
do
have
some
pavement
markings.
This
project
got
done
too
late
and
the
payment
was
too
cold
for
the
payment
markings
to
go
down
so
that'll
be
completed
in
the
spring,
but
this
was
reviewed
by
myself
and
the
inspector
Matt
guptail
and
recommend
payment
of
167
754.19
with
a
retainage
of
ten
thousand
dollars.
B
B
A
And
item
number
ten
make
a
motion
to
go
into
closed
session
pursuant
to
section
1985
1g
of
the
Wisconsin
statutes
for
the
purpose
of
deliberating
on
claims.
