Hi item twos make recommendation for the 22 street construction project c bids are open on july 19th.

After reviewing bids, we recommend that we go with the low bidder, a1 excavating contingent upon budget approval in the amount of 639 639 dollars.

Item three discussion possible action on the 2022 wausau municipal parking, ramp repairs, sears ramp. We are going to hold this until tuesday to get further legal review, so we'll bring it back on tuesday item 4 satoma street siphon pipeline crossing yonki general contractors. This is their final payment.

uh The reason this one uh was held was the dnr wanted further review of the river bottom to ensure it was close to or met pre-existing conditions. The survey was done again this early summer, dnr approved that the riverbed was put back within their requirements. So this is final payment for the project.

I would make a motion to approve the payment is in the amount of 47 dollar. Forty seven thousand two hundred twenty dollars a.

This project was completed last year and we just held 2500 for retainage uh just to make sure that the landscaping items were completed and they were so. We recommend payment.
