I'll, second, that all those in favor aye item two, it's a 2022 Street seal coating project for Farmer asphalt, sealers pay estimate number one. This was reviewed by our engineer, technicians and um city engineer. A mega motion to approve.

Those in favor, aye and item three is the 2022, oh I'm. Sorry I should put um that payment in the amount 159 000 fourteen dollars and six cents.

So it's basically the whole payment minus the retainage. That's correct: okay, yeah.

Item three as a 2022 alley, Paving project from Hassan's Incorporated pay estimate number one. This IO is approved by a project inspector as well as city engineer as well. I would make a motion to approve.
