potential
work,
which
would
leave
us

releasing
1.9
million
dollars
to
myron
construction
and
steve,
would
that

pay
estimate
or

would
that
work?

drinking
water,
construction
oversight.
I
believe
it's
I
these.
It
was
money
withheld
from
pay
estimates,
16
and
17..
So
essentially
the
only
money
it.
We
would
simply
take
the
money
out
of
the
safe
drinking
water
loan.
So
I
believe
we
would
just
put
forward
another
disbursement
request
for
the
1.9
million
on
this
and
clarify
in
that
request
that
there
would
be
about
300
000
remaining
from
payoff,
16
and
17..

It
was
an
extensive
amount
of
work
where
the
contractors
had
to
blast
off
all
of
the
existing
coating
and
reapply
a
new
prime
coating,
while
the
fittings
were
in
place,
so
there
was
lots
of
covering
and
protection
that
was
also
needed
with
to
complete
the
work
they
completed,
the
work
in
may
on
the
remediation
and
that
work
is
done
and
overall,
it
appears
to
be
very
well
done.
There's
always
little
touch-ups
here
and
there,
but
nothing
that
is
of
concern
or
out
of
the
ordinary.

would
say,
however,
we
do
have
a
substantial
amount
of
cleaning.
Some
of
it
is
either
difficult
to
reach
places,
or
it's
staining
of
concrete
and
there's
going
to
be.
The
contractor
is
either
going
to
have
to
do
an
extensive
amount
of
cleaning
to
do
that
getting
on
scaffolding
and
do
something
or
propose
an
another
method.

In
addition
to
that,
you
know,
the
the
construction
teams
are
still
talking
about
additional
costs
to
the
city
associated
with
this
work.
There
was
some
key
investigations
that
had
to
be
done
or
specific
investigations
to
confirm
the
method
of
remediating
the
work
and
then
also
some
additional
construction
oversight
by
the
engineering
team.
So
we
have
a
reservation
in
there
for
those
costs
as
well.
So
that's
what
amounts
to
the
three
hundred
thousand
dollars.
