If
the
national
system
can't
get
hold
of
you,
the
details
will
be
passed
to
us
before
calling
we
will
text
you
to
let
you
know
to
expect
a
call
from
us.
We
will
try
three
times
in
24
hours
to
speak
to
you
and
because
it
is
so
important
that
we
speak
to
you.
If
you
have
tested
positive
for
coronavirus,
if
we
still
can't
get
hold
of
you,
we
will
visit
you
at
home.

Our
priority
is
your
well-being.
We
will
ask
how
you
are
feeling
and
let
you
know
about
the
support
available.
This
could
be
support
in
collecting
food
and
medicines,
social
support
or
how
to
access
financial
support,
because
we
are
public
health
professionals.
We
can
answer
any
questions
you
have
about
coronavirus
or
any
of
the
local
restrictions.

Isolating
people
that
are
covered
positive
and
finding
and
isolating
their
contacts
is
one
of
the
most
important
things
we
can
do
in
the
fight
to
slow
the
spread
of
coronavirus.
Thank
you
to
everyone,
who's
already
engaging
with
us.
We
are
here
to
help.
We
know
it
is
a
difficult
time,
but
everyone's
support
and
patience
is
appreciated.
