A
A
B
I
have
spoken
to
parents
who
refuse
to
walk
their
children
to
school
or
allow
them
to
cycle,
which
is
contrary
to
the
council's
own
cycle
to
school
policy.
Many
of
these
comments
and
examples
of
safety
issues
can
be
found
on
the
questionnaires
which
I
would
encourage
you
on
officers
to
read
some
which
hgv
mounted
the
path
as
I
was
walking.
With
my
baby
in
his
pram
inches
from
the
pram,
the
mums
call
the
footpath
towards
the
school
on
the
right.
B
The
walk
of
death,
in
addition
to
which
we
commissioned
a
traffic
survey,
also
enclosed,
which,
on
a
relatively
quiet
Thursday,
showed
265
large
vehicles
moving
through
the
village
in
a
12
hour
period.
Please
say
a
small
selection
of
photographs,
which
shows
some
of
the
damage
caused
to
the
back
side
and
vehicles.
Endeavoring
to
pass
I
would
be
happy
to
be
there
to
show
firsthand
these
problems
and
would
respectfully
ask
that
officers.
Consider
the
residents
request,
backed
by
the
findings
and
fully
supported
by
the
parish
council.
B
A
weight
limit
would
merely
restrict
those
vehicles
using
the
village
as
a
cup
through
as
farm
traffic,
and
those
did
ring
would
be
exempt.
Should
you
have
any
queries
on
any
of
them?
Irv
I
am
more
than
happy
to
discuss
further
and
arrange
any
meetings,
as
required.
I
will
meet
any
costs
for
this
exercise
through
Ward
funding.
A
year's
hard
work
has
been
put
into
this
priority
for
Elving
two
residents
and
I
would
therefore
ask
to
be
advised
of
progress
and
work
with
the
officers
concerned.
B
I
also
have
a
note
of
support
from
the
Calvin's
and
parish
council.
The
Parish
Council
unanimously
and
unreservedly
supports
the
campaign
by
our
award
councillor
to
have
a
weight
limit
imposed
on
the
road
through
the
religion.
Ellington.
The
public
consultations
resulted
in
unprecedented
attendance
at
a
drop-in
event
and
then
an
unprecedented
response
rate
to
leaflet
drop.
Both
exercises
produce
an
overwhelming
and
unanimous
message
that
a
weight
limit
has
to
be
imposed
on
the
road.
B
C
It
considers
to
be
a
comprehensive
and
objectively
written
report
on
what
is
a
somewhat
complex
matter
and
without
repeating
too
much
of
the
detail
within
the
report
I
just
like
made
of
following
points
in
support
of
the
college's
application.
Firstly,
while
the
current
footpath
now
runs
through
an
operational
part
of
the
college
site
and
presents
a
number
of
issues
regarding
the
safeguarding
of
both
students
and
animals,
the
path
wasn't
known
to
subsist
when
the
site
was
developed.
C
The
facts
and
the
background
to
the
case
may
therefore
have
some
bearing
on
the
expediency
of
making
the
orders
with
regard
to
the
principal
tests
be
considered.
It
must
be
recognized
that,
while
section
1
1
a
to
the
Highways
Act
provides
powers
for
the
extinguishment
of
recorded
right-of-way.
That
is
not
needed
for
public
use.
There
is
no
requirement
to
show
that
the
application
route
is
not
used.
C
In
fact,
legislation
expressly
recognizes
that
have
made
you
subject
to
some
use,
yet
still
not
be
needed,
and
any
such
use
is
taken
into
consideration
and
the
test
for
confirmation
of
the
order,
and
this
will
include,
amongst
other
things,
the
provision
of
the
alternative
route.
In
this
case,
we
do,
of
course,
have
the
benefit
of
the
user
evidence
that
was
submitted
when
this
path
was
added
to
the
definitive
map,
and
some
of
this
no
doubt
was
completed
or
collected
by
objectors
to
the
current
proposal.
C
The
utilitarian
use
of
the
footpath
will
actually
be
better
served
by
this
will
be
shorter
and
also
more
convenient
by
virtue
of
the
fact,
by
virtue
of
there
being
no
need
to
negotiate
the
lawful
limitation
on
use
of
a
style
or
Rails,
which
would
have
to
be
climbed
over
that
the
a64
boundary,
even
with
the
path
fully
open
and
available
for
those
who
enjoy
the
recreational
benefits
of
walking
alongside
the
a6
to
toward
your
carriageway.
The
alternative
route
adds
no
more
than
five
minutes
to
walk
inside.
E
Thank
you
for
giving
me
the
opportunity
to
speak
here
today.
The
council
will
have
received,
and
hopefully
digested
the
witness
of
missiles
outlining
our
objections.
In
addition,
I
wish
to
stay
as
follows.
One
I
wish
to
raise
a
further
fight
regarding
the
safety
of
the
proposed
alternative
route.
The
footpath
runs
along
one
side
of
the
world,
Metis
approximately
two
meters
in
width
and
is
bordered
by
hedges.
In
two
places.
The
path
is
divided
by
entrances
to
the
adjacent
Kappa,
the
minimum
width
of
footpath
recommended
by
various
councils
and
the
countryside
axis
services.
It's
two
metres.
E
However,
this
width
must
be
way
to
whether
our
hedges
along
side
a
to
account
the
growth
of
the
hedge
impinging
upon
the
path.
The
proposal
of
the
alternative
footpath
does
not
take
into
account
the
growth
of
hedging
impinging
upon
the
width
of
the
path,
meaning
that
the
footpaths
should
be
wider
to
enable
safer
access
throughout
the
year.
E
From
this
perspective,
the
alternative
footpath
is
simply
not
widely
to
cater
for
safe
when
impinged
access
throughout
the
year
and
cannot
be
widened
without
knowing
the
world
and
the
hearing
of
the
dear
member
of
up
number
19
December
16
councillor
Gilles,
as
the
college
representative
with
the
Berlin
area
for
boobie
fenced
and
the
web
said
that
it
could
be
done.
Surely
this
would
have
entailed
less
effort
and
expense
than
the
college
is
putting
into
the
various
applications
and
would
ask
why
this
straight
for
adoption
was
not
pursued
by
the
college.
E
Instead
of
opting
to
stop
up
the
footpath
I
would
draw
the
council's
attention
to
power
11
and
to
the
fact
that
her
so-called
temporary
traffic,
miss
fiction
order
has
been
extended
several
times,
whereas
we
understood
that
no
more
than
one
extension
was
allowable.
The
vast
leeway
with
regard
to
extension
leads
one
to
wonder
just
how
the
college
managed
to
justify
extension.
After
extension
and
what
further
obstructions
the
coach
has
been
able
to
create
with
importuning
t
over
that
timescale.
I
referred
to
the
council,
the
article
of
your
press,
article
on
the
30th
of
July
2018.
E
Regarding
the
four
factors
you
have,
many
parties
express
their
views.
A
brief
review
will
still
that
people
even
travel
to
use
the
footpath
I
have
personally
had
to
deal
with
queries
from
Walker's
them.
Do
not
recite
in
the
mid
immediate
vicinity
will
travel
to
use
the
footpath
only
to
find
it's
Dokdo
power,
13
and
report
draw
the
inference
that
the
footpath
is
not
needed
for
utility
use
solely
on
the
basis
of
the
offices.
Observations
as
regards
the
possible
destinations
to
which
parties
could
travel,
but
there
is
no
independent
evidence
to
support
her
views
generally.
E
The
view
stated
by
the
officer
also
ignore
the
recreational
aspect
of
the
path
which
forms
the
majority
of
usage.
Surely
the
number
and
nature
of
objections
in
these
matters
should
be
telling
the
council
something
regarding
the
weight
of
opinion
against
the
college's
application.
The
old
demonstrate
the
ecologist
plans
are
ill-conceived
and
an
acceptable.
I
echo
the
observation
of
my
counselor
in
Gillis
that
we
are
dismayed
that
it
has
come
to
this.
F
I'd
like
to
draw
your
attention
to
paragraph
21
on
page
13,
I
had
personally
experienced
two
incidents
of
dents
driving
by
students
within
the
college
campus.
The
first
one
I
was
driven
off
the
growth
of
the
games
head,
which
was
a
frightening
experience.
I
spoke
to
the
local
police
officer
assured
me
that,
although
this
was
classed
as
a
private
world,
she
could
help
me
if
this
happened
again
very
soon
after
this
match
hours
hit
by
a
student
driving
very
fast
and
erratically.
Coming
up
to
the
college.
F
He
had
given
the
student
deferment
talkative
and
assured
him
that
the
next
time
it
happened.
If
she
would
take
the
matter
further,
he
immediately
owned
up
to
dangerous
driving
and
said
he
was
sorry
after
she
left
the
college.
She
telephoned
his
parents
to
inform
them,
and
then
she
visited
me.
I
was
very
grateful
for
her
help
of
this
Deb,
but
received
no
support
from
the
college.
The
present
entrance
and
departure
tool
from
the
college
is
extremely
dangerous,
and
if
you
are
coming
or
going
at
Muslims,
you
do
not
have
a
chance
as
they
keep
together.
F
Octave
wait
for
at
are
the
primary
store.
Children
have
to
be
mad
about
that.
A
burst
of
the
nearby
bus,
stop
for
safety
reasons
and
I
have
been
told
by
the
parents
that
they
often
have
to
wait
long
periods
of
time,
because
the
buses
come
out
traveling
too
close
together.
They
cannot
get
through
and
the
bus
drivers
do
not
give
way.
Appalled
behavior.
F
This
is
also
very
dark
area
to
click
assuming
the
lights
are
not
working.
As
regards
paragraph
33
of
the
report,
I'm
sure
that
the
form
sent
to
Joanna
Cote
from
villages
and
past
uses
of
the
footpath
did
not
tell
her
every
30
God
is
healthy,
Department
of
but
explained
how
this
rule
was.
It
lovely
come
to
the
walk
from
the
village
and
back
to
the
billing.
Most
of
the
walk
has
used
the
route
right
down
to
their
64
then
turned
right.
Alongside
years
instable,
some
of
them
will
come
back
through
the
foot
at
their
long.
F
F
Your
proposed
alternative
route
is
far
from
safe,
as
was
mentioned
at
the
meeting
in
December
16.
The
route
should
have
been
only
then
and
only
needed
a
little
additional
fencing
and
would
have
had
no
impact
on
the
series
you
call.
The
zoo
license
was
granted
in
June
16
and
the
food
of
course
in
existence,
then
so
should
the
terms
of
the
license
of
recognize
the
existence
of
the
falafel.
G
It
stated
that
it's
expedient,
the
practice
doctor
on
the
ground
is
not
needed
for
public
use,
taken
into
account
to
conquer
and
creation.
We
object
to
your
legal
sections
inference
that
any
reopening
of
this
path
would
affect
the
safety
of
the
public
and
being
conflict
with
the
zoo
license.
At
present
they
land
to
the
east
of
the
footpath
is
used
for
farm
cat
farm
animals
rather
than
wild
animals.
G
If
you
look
on
their
leaflet,
you
will
see,
there's
a
they've
left
a
growing
gap,
the
sight
of
the
footpath
on
the
old
road
down
to
the
a
64,
and
we
don't
support
option
1,
who
we
support,
option
2,
because
we
don't
believe
there
are
any
legal
animal
enclosures
over
the
route
which,
in
any
case
of
self
contacting,
could
be
adjusted
and
paragraph
51
overstates
the
possibility
of
closure.
We
believe
your
legal
section
in
the
Secretary
of
State
I
misplaced
in
there
is
no
danger
to
the
public
as
high
by
users
in
trotting
Union
Park.
G
G
Similarly,
we're
not
told
the
words
or
worked
period
are
some
information
would
be
useful
if
fencing
is
necessary,
fancy
connected
on
either
side
the
public
footpath.
This
was
in
fact
alluded
to
by
the
previous
definitive
map
officer,
but
we
are
not
aware
of
details
of
their
discussion
with
the
college.
G
I
was
using
the
path
when
fencing
adjacent
to
the
1/64
in
the
record
did
not
entirely
on
the
approved
line
and
when
told
by
the
contract,
they
would
be
cutting
a
gate
by
the
asics
before
to
maintain
public
access,
a
decision
not
follow
the
field
by
the
college.
This
was
just
the
first
of
several
illegal
structure
to
cross
the
lines
of
paths.
In
fact,
mention
was
made
of
the
fence
along
the
864.
When
this
was
being
considered
and
new
evidence
was
being
obtained.
There
was
no
offense
along
the
aged
64,
the
wooden
fence.
D
G
In
views,
we
support
the
views
of
other
objectives
in
the
use
of
the
proposed
creation
and
I
personally
felt
threatened
by
some
student
behavior
on
this
route.
At
peak
times,
the
college
appeared
to
run
rings
around
the
counters
and
I
was
anticipating
climbing
approvals
seeking
respective
approvals
or
ignoring
conditions
or
not
hopeful.
Any
conditions
will
be
followed
through
in
all
appoints
ampere
to
their
students,
and
we
support
option
2.
D
Thanks
chef,
I
won't
speak
for
long,
but
I
just
think
it's
one
of
those
issues
where
to
put
my
views
and
more
councils
on
the
record
in
terms
of
what's
proposed.
It's
an
issue.
That's
dragged
on
for
some
considerable
time.
I
have
had
a
lot
of
correspondents
from
residents
about
it
rightly
concerned
and
I.
Don't
think
the
college
has
behaved
particularly
brilliantly,
shall
we
say
and
very
much
understand
the
frustrations
of
the
residents.
However,
there's
a
lot
of
stuff
in
that
regard
that
hasn't
been
relevant
to
their
patient
ically.
D
So
thanks
to
officers
who
are
sort
of
caught
in
the
middle
and
Alison
who
I
think
has
worked
hard
on
this.
My
view
is
that
you
should
take
option
2,
which
is
to
reject
the
re-routing
of
the
rights
way
and
I
would
say
that
for
two
very
simple
reasons:
initiative,
the
first
point
is
I:
don't
actually
think
that
the
the
alternative
rights
way
is
better
in
any
way,
I,
don't
think
it's
safer
and
the
if
being
safe.
D
The
trade-off
seems
to
be
mainly
based
upon
the
fact
that
there
is
more
lighting,
whereas
of
course,
it's
intrinsically
near
its
of
Road.
As
you've
heard
from
previous
speakers
and
that
I
think
makes
it
more
dangerous
and
but
also
if
you
look
at
the
journeys
that
people
would
make
that
on
that
public
right-of-way
and
you
would
go
sort
of
left
ie
eastwards
towards
cotton,
Thorpe
workshop,
something
like
that,
we
would
go
right
on
westwards
from
from
ask
and
Brian's
wards
and
the
bottles
now.
D
Obviously,
if
we
had
the
proposed
change,
the
cotton
involved
journey
would
not
be
any
different.
The
buckles
journey
would
be
several
minutes
longer,
and
several
minutes
is
quite
a
significant
amount
of
time.
If
you
think
of
a
half-hour
journey,
never
mind
if
you're
thinking
a
base
of
the
earth
and
eight
to
ten
minute
journey,
it's
sort
of
such
a
50%
increase
in
time.
It's
not
a
footpath
that
I
have
ever
used,
I'll
be
honest,
but
it
is
clear
that
it
has
been
used
by
a
significant
number
of
people
over
a
significant
number
of
years.
D
D
D
So
there's
a
happy
medium
I
think
if
you've
got
a
public
rights-of-way,
as
the
respondents
been
asking
and
asking
Brian
its
cutting
straight
through
a
farmer's
field
and
most
people
walk
around
the
edge.
But
here
on
this
sort
of
thing,
where
it's
a
fundamental
change
in
the
route,
I,
don't
think
we
should
be
doing
it
and
so
I
hope
you
will
take
option
two
and
reject
this
we're
eating.
Thank
you
much.
I
I
After
disagree
with
a
lot
of
the
stuff
that's
written
in
this
report,
this
road
was
open
for
many
many
years
prior
to
the
new
entrance.
This
shouldn't
be
to
being
established
and
it
was
close
to
the
sugar
sugar,
beer
wagons.
It
remained
closed
and
then
opened
to
just
the
buses
when
the
buses
changed
their
rules
and
the
visibility
on
the
corner
agreed
is
not
great,
but
I
don't
consider
to
be
dangerous.
I
Having
spent
many
years
and
living
in
poverty
and
about
50
years
living
in
Port
and
I,
can't
recollect
any
any
accidents
there
and
when
I
was
a
police
officer,
I
didn't
deal
with
any
and
as
far
as
peak
times
at
Millfield,
Lane
and
Poppleton
Lane,
which
is
actually
where
the,
where
the
paragraph
18
I
think
refers
to
I.
Think
it's
actually
a
little
poeple
to
me.
I
There's
never
any
any
very
few
additional
vehicles
coming
out
of
there,
and
it
also
says
in
paragraph
21:
if
there
are
six,
is
a
pizza
rap
there
to
be
relaxed,
the
route
would
become
less
safe.
This
is
not
to
actually
open
this
up
when
the
schools
are
in
there.
There
is
a
cycle
path
that
runs
alongside
the
road
for
cycles
and
and
pedestrians.
So
to
me
it
doesn't
make
any
difference
whatsoever.
I
The
road
safety
review,
the
routes
and
signage
would
need
to
be
changed
if
the
alterations
in
terms
of
restrictions
of
the
types
of
vehicles
exempted
were
to
be
progressed
and
the
estimated
cost
of
25
to
25,000
pounds.
If
that's
what
it
costs.
Well,
that's
what
it
costs,
but
there's
no
reason
why
we
can't
change
it
and
we
could
perhaps
help
with
the
cost
of
that
from
Ward
funding.
As
far
as
anything
else
is
concerned,
one
thing
that
is
missing
from
this
this
and
they
go
from
every
other.
I
Every
other
report
that
officers
tend
to
use
is
air
quality,
nothing
about
air
quality,
but
yeah
go
on
there.
They
want
to
keep
pushing
vehicles
through
the
center
of
the
village
to
stop
at
the
crossing,
which
can
take
up
to
eight
minutes,
as
opposed
to
less
than
20
seconds
on
Milky
Way
and
as
far
as
I'm
concerned.
I
I
think
this
can
be
adapted,
I,
think
to
open
it
in
the
evening
were
beneficial
to
the
residents
of
Halton,
who
have
actually
made
it
clear
to
me
that
that's
what
they
would
prefer,
not
everybody
I've
got
to
say,
but
what
they
would
prefer
and
I
think
what
I
would
like
to
see
is
to
maintain
the
I.
Don't
want
it
to
be
taxis
and
private
higher
buses,
exactly
as
it
is
now,
except
from
7:00
p.m.
to
7:00
a.m.
in
the
evenings
to
be
any
fun.
J
Thank
you
yes,
I'm
here
to
talk
about
the
Opera.
This
field
of
new
Junction,
proposed
local
safety
scheme
well
I
say,
propose
local
safety
scheme.
There
is
already
a
safety
scheme
in
place
running
from
north
of
yob
drove
down
to
the
roundabout,
probably
about
20
meters
further
south.
So
there
is
no
new
scheme.
The
scheme
that
was
put
there
has
been
left
to
deteriorate
over
the
years.
The
markings
have
disappeared.
The
so-called
green
squares
have
gone.
The
Advisory
recycle
lanes
that
out
there
again
there
are
no
permanent
cycle
lanes
here.
They
are
advisory.
J
They've
never
had
the
right
house
cycle
lanes
that
roundabout
has
been
a
blank
since
a
day
was
put
in,
and
even
if
I
was
completely,
the
cyclists
went
into
the
middle
of
it
late
at
night
it
has
been
an
embarrassment
to
this
city
for
safety.
More
accidents
have
happened
since
he's
been
putting
than
there
were
before.
Their
father
is
question
assitive,
who
is
making
what
decision
and
where?
And
why
is
it
that
this
game
is
worse
now
than
it
was
before?
When
there
was
no
scheme
in
place?
J
We
have
issues
on
that
road,
particularly
on
the
round,
well,
because
of
the
faculty
gives
way
to
east
feel
w
and
has
done
ever
since
the
site
was
putting
on.
When
I
said
I
said
you
say,
the
site
is
a
safety
site
down
number
of
claims
in
near
the
speed
limit
on
the
approaches
to
the
roundabouts
are
considered
appropriate
police
regularly
so
last
year
for
the
speed
farm
across
the
that,
in
the
side,
road
and
I
think
directly
off
the
wrong
back.
J
An
irregular
speed
was
recorded
45
to
48
miles
an
hour
on
doors
coming
down
from
the
village,
so
it
isn't
an
appropriate.
It
is
excessive.
The
scheme
has
never
worked.
It
is
time
that
office
has
accepted
that
I
actually
started
going
back
to
the
drawing
board
and
saying
right.
We
need
to
come
up
with
a
scheme
that
is
safer.
We
also
need
to
look
at
this,
this
direction
of
moving
traffic
from
this
field,
Avenue
in
front
of
everybody
on
York
Road.
That
then
makes
your
throat
back
up.
J
J
As
I
said
before,
there
are
no
cycle
lanes,
they
are
according
to
this
tree
balloons.
They
are
advisory,
mounts
on
the
road.
They
are
very
nervous.
What
you
should
be
looking
at
with
the
scheme
is,
is
to
actually
widen
the
section
north
of
the
roundabout.
It
is
very
narrow.
It
creates
issues
with
cyclists
and
vehicles
because
of
its
weight.
I
hope
he
will
take
these
points
into
consideration,
I,
review
your
processes
and
actually
come
up
with
a
scheme
that
works.
Thank
you.
A
A
A
It
is
a
difficult
decision
to
make
recommendation
is
to
support
the
application,
authorize,
the
assistant
director
legal
government
to
make
an
advertised
concurrent,
extinguishment
and
creation
orders
to
come
firmly
over
the
son
of
course
dollars.
Even
objections
are
received
or
rejected
a
receiver
with
draw
because
objects
already
ever
seen
and
I'm
sure
in
the
future
should
that
be
necessary,
Alton
qualification.
K
Is
it
worth
Aizen
explaining
what
would
happen
if
you
did
preserve
the
Secretary
of
State,
so
Secretary
of
State
with
them?
He
knows
so
that
that
suggestion
you
think
they
missed
out
these.
Obviously,
if
the
orders
are
one
of
those
said,
that's
not
going
to
happen
in
the
event
of
the
objections.
Obviously
get
referred
to,
Secretary
of
State
in.
L
A
A
L
That
the
action
that
the
council
would
take,
that
should
be
its
genuine
concern
to
us,
but
that
can't
be
taken
into
consideration
when
determining
whether
or
not
to
make
the
orders.
So
if
we
don't
make
the
honors
that's
what
we'll
have
to
do
anyway,
if
we
do
many
orders,
because
the
planning
inspector
we.
H
A
A
M
Just
to
highlight
that
previously
that
rope
was
wide
enough
for
two
way
traffic
carriageway
was
narrowed
when,
in
the
month
at
school
sites
is
being
instructed
to
provide
a
safe
route
to
school.
With
enough
rope
psychopath,
we
widen
the
carriageway
we
lose.
That
facility,
albeit
if
it's
7
a.m.
to
7
p.m.
or
so
maybe
it
would
be
just
us,
is
in
conflict
with
that
route
to
school,
but
it
would
we
can't
have
both.
We
can't
away
concurrently
on
that
road.
A
A
M
M
O
That
was
just
running
through
the
issue
of
HGTV's,
because
I'm
currently
H
TVs
can't
goes
through
that
position
24/7
if
we
change
it.
So,
as
we
were
talking
through
saying,
there
isn't
buses
and
cyclists
from
committee
7:00
to
7:00
p.m.
and
then
7:00
p.m.
to
7:00
a.m.
it
would
be
open
to
all
traffic.
We
would
also
we
would
have
to
put
an
H
TV
restriction
on
there
to
prevent
a
TVs
going
down
there.
If
that
is
the.
A
A
M
O
N
There
more
successful
only
because
the
China
vintage
shopping
on
TV
team
fennel,
that's
in
the
signs,
will
care
enough.
Actually
we're
going
to
go
beyond
what
the
dota2
certainty
and
Sundays
Rex's
stated.
So
it's
a
definitional
thing
in
there
as
well.
So
it
is
quite
complex
and
I'll
say
it's
not
doable,
but
there
will
be
I
think
when
the
scheme
is
implemented.
Subsidy
or
final
approval
agreement
with
CRO
they're
consistent
happens
is
that
we'll
have
to
pull
you
look
at
and
just
seeing
how
the.
K
We
will
go
away
so
in
terms
of
things
important.
So
in
terms
of
your
decision,
what
you
say
this
is
to
prove
the
trro,
to
ask
offices
to
go
away
and
work
up
a
restriction
that
only
runs
from
7
to
7
in
terms
of
all
traffic
except
HGVs,
which
you
want.
The
pendant
battle
will
go
away
and
try
and
work
and
I
helped
to
do
that
and,
if
that's
possible,
we'll
bring
that
back.
H
A
M
A
A
Would
like
is
that
you
actually
amend
around
about
yourself
to
the
left
on
East
via
W.
There's
plenty
of
grass
version
things
which
would
bring
the
bushes
across
to
give
them
time
to
see
to
the
south,
which
is
where
the
biggest
problem
is,
as
they
come
on.
They're
crossing
that
deliberately
brought
across
because
of
the.
J
Where
D
to
decide
that
the
world
is
a
nice,
fit
that
you
and
then
they
have
to
go
rather
south
around
to
the
right
to
go
left
to
get
to
go
north
and
that's
the
point
where
the
is
in
character.
Cyclists
have
a
major
issue.
If
the
junction
was
taken
to
the
left
on
Easter
weather
is
plenty
of
ground
and
they
could
see
to
the
right
lot
easier.
A
J
Comes
to
ramp
up
your
horse
to
go
to
the
right
as
he
comes
around
it
when
he
coming
from
the
regular
your
foster
girl
left.
When
you
come
out
of
this
field,
you
know
thought
left
already
approaching
your
thoughts
directly
and
she
got
a
disparity
with
Indian
and
you've
got
people
coming
in
there
different
animals.
It
has
to
be
a
pointer.
J
K
K
M
M
M
M
I
mean
you
know,
the
reason
for
the
deflection
is
on
your
road
because
it
would
be
straight
through
otherwise.
Easeful
doesn't
require
that
deflection,
because
in
effect
it's
a
t-junction
and
you
would
have
given
my
anyway,
so
it
doesn't
require
deflection
to
slow
you
down
the
roundabout,
but
you
have
to
turn
I
thing
right
or
left.
You
can't
just
go
hurtling
straight
through
so
that
I,
don't
think,
is
part
of
the
issue.
I
think
there
is
potentially
sorry
issue
with
the
visibility
which
we're
looking
to
address
in.
M
A
M
A
there's,
a
light
column
sound
person
to
take
out,
which
is
a
wide
base
of
culture
that
does
have
more
impact
than
just
the
difference.
Just
simply
pole
as
well.
You
want
me
to
take
it
out
and
then
there's
a
telegraph
pole.
So
all
three
together
do
create
a
bit
of
a
blockage
to
visibility.
I
think
we
look
at
take
that
sign
out
and
review
visibility
before
we
start
to
look
at
moving
anything
else
in
it.
