D
From
powerful
and
environmentally
damaging
use
of
fossil
fuels-
and
it's
essential
to
do
that-
to
reduce
the
council's
carbon
emissions
of
course
and
demonstrates
the
council's
commitment
to
the
declared
family
emergency.
A
deck
I
understand,
of
course,
that
they
can
all
stay
committed
because
it's
either
four-year
contract
with
in
power.
I.
D
D
Can
only
change
within
that
contract
and
not
beyond
it,
but
in
the
long
term
and
post
that
contract
I
will
encourage
the
council
to
use
it.
It's
mine
how
to
support
companies
that
only
invest
in
renewable
energy,
such
as
eco,
tricity
and
good
energy,
but
there
are
others.
These
are
companies
that
take
the
climate
emergency
seriously
and
do
not
maintain
any
degree
of
fossil
fuel
burning
to
aid
their
profitability.

C
This
paper,
it
is
related
seeking
a
change
in
the
current
tariff
on
the
electrical
supply
contract.
We
enter
the
new
new
contract
with
npower
1st
of
april
2019
for
four
years
and
within
the
contractual
arrangements
we
have,
we
do
have
the
opportunity
to
switch
tariffs
to
Anna
green
electricity
electricity
tariffs.
C
The
paper
sets
out
the
existing
tariff
arrangements
now
in
terms
of
how
they
they
supply
relation.
Firstly
in
terms
of
using
coal
and
natural
gas
and
other
fuel
sources,
the
news,
the
new,
the
green
tariff
is
slightly
more
expensive.
Currently,
we
paint
12.4
two
kinds
of
per
kilowatt
hour
and
a
new
tariff
will
be
twelve
point:
four
seven
pence
per
kilowatt
hour,
which
would
potentially
haven't
and
overall
impact
on
on
the
budget
in
terms
of
7,000
pounds
and
paragraph
12
when
in
the
report,
gives
a
breakdown
where
those
cost
like
not
necessary.
C
All
of
those
rely
directly
on
cyc
revenue
accounts,
and
so
there's
someone
to
come.
Some
of
the
cost
we
make
back
to
schools,
which
is
separate
budget
and
again,
your
explore
is
the
library
service,
which
is
completely
separate
organization,
but
those
organizations
do
piggyback
our
contract
arrangements.
C
York
Explorer
have
confirmed
to
me
that
they
are
willing
to
move
with
us
to
occur
in
tariffs
and
we've
reacted
to
have
formal
conversations
with
schools
yet,
but
we
all
have
those
start
and
commence
before
April
and
that
and
we
don't.
We
believe
it
about
the
majority,
if
not
all
will
switched,
because
the
the
overall
impact
on
their
budget
will
be
a
similar
level
to
York,
explore
libraries
in
terms
of
100
200
pounds
at
worst
case
for
a
secretary
school.
