Relationship
item
4,
which
is
the
objections
developer
to
ask
proposal
for
residence
parking
on
the
Danes
real
estate
and
the
plot
of
the
location,
shows
that
where
I
live
is
just
outside
of
the
area
of
the
proposed
restrictions,
so
you
know
one
arguably
I
may
be
impacted
in
displacement
parking,
but
I'm
not
affected
by
the
actual
proposal
in
in
any
way
as
a
resident
in
the
area
affecting
so
I'd
have
to
declare
that
interest.
I
would
also
declare
an
interest
in
that
people.
I've
got
three
registered
speakers.
A

C
A
D
A
A
Be
excited
meet
a
couple
participation
and,
in
addition
to
the
public
participation
relating
to
the
residents
parking
for
the
Dames
media
states,
I
have
councillor.
Fenton
is
registered
to
speak,
how
to
present
a
petition
in
relation
to
verify
for
residents
Association
calling
for
resident
parking
scheme
on
the
revival
estate
near
Erskine
bar
roundabouts,
on
former
college
site
and
for
speed
limit
on
the
estate
to
be
lowered
from
the
30
mile
an
hour
to
$20.
Now
so
don't
if
you
want
to.
E
B
D
The
students
from
your
college,
who
are
using
the
state
housing
as
a
free
car
park
and
we've
so
far,
has
two
accidents
reporters
and
by
the
students,
which
is
then
significant
damage
to
vehicles
and
property
on
this
state.
But
fortunately,
so
far,
nobody
has
been
injured
and
there's
also
been
very
several
sightings
of
students
doing
reckless
driving
around
this
day,
as
they
often
have
races
against
each
other
on
the
way
out
of
the
estate.
D
The
current
parking
situation
during
the
day
times,
causing
danger
and
inconvenience
to
residents
when
trying
to
access
their
homes,
and
it
significantly
increases
the
volume
of
traffic
on
his
state.
It
also
creates
access
issues
for
delivery
vehicles
and
it
poses
for
worrying
saved
us
needle
rows
of
emergency
vehicles
to
access
new
properties.
The
action
that
we've
taken
so
far
as
residences
that
we
have
involved
in
a
state
parking
group
to
try
a
place
that
we
can
resolve
this.
But.
D
Both
the
college
and
we
counsel
the
Phantom
to
look
at
that
various
army
used
to
call
the
solutions,
one
of
them
being
the
use
of
field
asking
bark
around
science
or
increasing
the
room
parking
spaces
at
the
college
for
students,
unfortunately,
both
of
which
have
been
unable
to
progress
any
further
for
various
reasons.
So
our
proposed
solution
is
to
implement
the
residents
parking
permit
scheme
alongside
a
restricted
speed
limit
of
tens
of
miles
power
such
as
those
that
are
operating
in
many
of
the
areas
of
your
content
and
streets,
very
narrow,
our
state.
Our
third.
B
D
D
So
it's
not
an
inconvenience
residents
to
significantly
the
main
for
the
majority
of
the
dental
parking
issues,
of
course,
by
the
students,
as
advised
by
a
castle
fence,
and
we've
conducted
an
opinion
survey
of
all
the
residents
to
investigate
their
support
for
both
the
parking
permit
scheme
at
the
original
speed
limits
attached
and
distributed
a
copy
of
all
they're
being
reviewed
sign
that
petition,
and
that
goes
back
to
us.
So
specifically,
responses
included
the
houses
on
principal
Ry's,
Academy,
Drive
college
court,
bursary
court,
chancellor
Grove
and
teachers
growing
more
modern
estates,
acts
for
222
houses.
D
A
You
feel
representation
which
we
will
we'll
be
noted
and
I
understand.
The
procedure
is
that
this
will
be
actual.
We
will
come
back
to
a
future
meeting
of
these
decision
sessions
with
officer,
recommendations
and
comments.
I
think
you've
got
two
elements
to
to
the
resident
parking
question
will
be
put
forward
to
government
of
a
waiting
list
of
areas
for
prisoners
parking
skate
the
park.
The
speed
limit
question
would
be,
as
probably
this
dealt
with
as
a
separate
item.
Some
would
be
two
separate
reports
if.
G
C
B
A
C
A
For
problems,
but
it
isn't
that
sort
of
staffing
issue
and
the
residents
have
given
quite
a
clear
indication
but
of
what
they
want,
but
they,
the
council,
will
does
have
its
own
internal
process
to
to
give
an
independent
check.
If
you
like,
on
that,
the
residents
have
worked
very
hard
by
the
looks
of
things
to
produce
this
information.
The.
A
Across
now,
the
proposal
just
so
clear.
The
proposal
that
we
considering
today
is
only
relating
to
the
things
we'd
escaped.
It
doesn't
include
the
cross,
and
the
reason
for
that
is
this.
There
are
some
issues
around
the
land,
that's
associated
with
the
same
Skating
Center,
which
are
actually
helping
that
back.
While
we
try
and
resolve
exactly
what's
happening
to
that
so,
but
I
am
hopeful,
but
well
I've
been
informed
with
that
is
due
to
going
to
be
executive
in
August
for
a
decision
about
which
will
then
three
are
moving.
C
A
On
on
forth
across
which
has
indicated
57%
of
the
residents,
responding
were
in
faithfulness
getting
people
to
Christ,
so
the
proposal
today
it
is
specifically
relating
to
the
Danes
meat.
This
state
and
I've
got
three
speakers
we
want
to
present
before
we
make
a
decision
on
this.
First
speaker
is
kids
here,
brown
on
behalf
of
Stein.
H
C
H
B
H
Proposal
but
as
the
only
option
we
were
given
was
a
ten
minute
waiting
time
and
we
just
had
no
choice.
We
have
looked
at
because
because
it
would
not
have
been
aimed
to
give
enough
time
to
guarantee
families,
particularly
of
kindergarteners
children
and
families,
with
younger
siblings
parking
on
the
dentist,
a
dropping
off
at
the
school
door
and
getting
back
to
the
car
within
that
time
limit,
and
so
nothing
all.
C
H
Issues
we've
got
two
letters
already
that
have
got
all
of
that.
I
just
wanted
to
reiterate
a
couple
of
points,
so
one
of
the
only
Steiner
schools
in
the
whole
of
the
north
of
England,
the
next
one
South
is
not
another.
Next
one
North
is
Edinburgh,
so
we're
not
your
typical
school
with
a
local
catchment
area.
We
have
a
lot
of
families
coming
in
from
all
over
the
north
of
England
and
at
last
check
about
three
months
ago,
we've
got
seven
families
traveling
from
leaves
nine
from
cell
b10.
H
H
Pupils
in
the
school
from
the
ages,
3
up
to
14
and
between
the
ages
of
3,
&,
8,
all
or
some
of
their
days
finish
at
half
past
12.
So
again,
with
the
scheme
going
on
till
4:00
or
5:00
in
the
afternoon,
that's
gonna
impact
on
the
pick
up
off
those
children
we're
an
independent
school.
So
we
don't
have
any
funding
from
the
government
and
we
employ
around
about
60
members
of
staff.
So
you
could
say
we're
a
local
business.
H
H
In
places
like
a
cafe
for
the
children's
lunch
and
helping
in
lessons
with
reading,
so
that
means
parents
need
to
be
in
school
for
more
than
a
couple
of
hours
at
a
time
as
the
schools
have
a
business
wing
which
has
around
25
different
individuals
and
businesses
with
that
8
parking
spaces
that
are
available
with
no
option
to
get
any
further,
so
they
deliver,
they
have
deliveries
visitors.
They
rely
on
the
parking
particular
on
day
means
for
that,
and
that's
my
three
minutes.
H
A
H
A
I
B
I
A
H
J
J
J
J
Implemented
than
I
believe-
and
this
is
supported
by
finite
field
status
bourbon
in
there
objection
with
the
effectiveness-
will
be
to
concentrate
the
parking
on
broadway
west,
the
sole
access
roads
have
been
tamina
state.
So
the
fact
that
this
is
really
rather
ironic
is,
if
my
understanding
of
the
sequence
events
is
correct.
The
plans
that
we
were
currently
addressing
were
instigated
because
of
an
accesses.
J
J
J
A
A
F
It's
difficult
to
give
it
a
definite
day
because
the
truck
duck
we've
asked
the
Department
for
Transport
and
they
could
take
up
to
12
weeks
to
get
that
authorization
from
when
we
submit
an
application.
Obviously
they
can't
submit
an
application
until
we
have
a
decision,
so
remember
catch-22
that
we
do
require
from
your
decision
on
any
of
the
options
except
option.
Six
we
would
require
that
involves
implementation.
We
do
require
a
12
week
notice
anyway
for
parking
services.
It
so.

F

F
F
A
A
We
want
up
till
nine
o'clock,
Wickham
Park,
it's
the
issue
is
more
of
the
middle
of
the
day
in
terms
have
a
collection
at
the
end
of
the
school
day,
and
so
on
that
basis,
I
would
propose
that
we
adopt
option
4,
which
would
mean
us,
which
is
a
thirty
minutes.
Maximum,
which
was
does
allow
a
little
bit
more
leeway
without
I.
A
Think
the
difficulty
with
the
three
hours
is
a
lot
of
residents
will
feel
that
that
is
considerably
different
from
being
advertised
and
therefore
we
we
would
need
to
reconcile
before
adopting
that
that
option,
which
again
you
know,
adds
to
the
the
delay
and
uncertainty
for
people
I'm.
Also
conscious
of
the
fact
that,
obviously,
the
school
term
starts
from
September
now
we
can
quite
clearly
not
going
to
be
in
a
position
to
have
it
implemented
from
September.
A
B
A
Holders
and
as
I
said,
I
am
keen
that
Fulford
Cross
will
be
brought
forward
as
as
soon
as
we
can
as
soon
as
the
issue
about
land
as
being
resolved
and
in
terms
of
broad,
very
West,
which
was
this
street
I
live
on
me.
If
we
do
have
a
knock-on
effect,
I
would
expect
that
we
would
then
be
consulting
the
residents
there
to
see
whether
they
feel
differently
from
how
they
felt
when
it
was.
The
original
consultation
took
place.
