A
A
B
C
He'll
give
you
a
brief
through
in
a
second
there's,
also
second,
annex
which
documents
are
successful
funding,
but
the
City
Council
are
leading
on,
which
is
the
your
future
flood
resiliency
a
funder
projects
which
I'm
happy
to
expand
on
or
take
any
questions
on
if
you'd
like
to
it
later,
but
I
think
for
now.
The
main
content
of
the
paper
is.
C
D
A
D
A
D
D
Tell
you
quickly
through
it
an
update
on
the
I
think
on
the
key
cells
as
I
say
at
the
moment,
and
then
we
can
still
move
to
questions
after
that,
so
the
first
cell
is
is
before,
which
is
ska
bridge
to
bridge,
which
is
just
down
by
the
river
here.
Officers
on
site
progressing
well,
you've
exactly
air,
so
so
so
that's
moving
fast.
D
We've
obviously
got
a
nice
closure
on
the
part
of
the
road
there
again
that
work
is
progressing
to
to
plan,
and
the
aim
today
is
to
finish
the
full
members
Sunday
to
allow
the
parades
that
we
all
working
fast
into
the
moment.
We
are
programmed
to
finish
it
before
that,
so
that
should
all
be
okay,
as
you
move
down,
probably
clement
thought
v8
is
an
excel
again.
We
are.
It
is
with
the
pine
forest
moment,
so
we're
waiting.
Okay
in
called
into
area
committee.
B
D
Road
closure,
the
time
it's
closed
for
or
even
potentially
keep
a
walkway
open
along
there.
So
we
all
look
at
those
options
and
we
should
quite
quickly
have
a
an
idea,
whether
that's
possible
or
not.
It's
looking
positive
at
the
moment,
but
I
don't
want
to
sort
of
say
too
much
because
until
I'm
the
engineers
gone
through
into
more
detail
actually
said,
will
this
potentially
stand
up
and
kinda?
Can
they
construct
it
within
this
space?.
D
And
we
then
move
on
to
the
South
Bank,
which
is
part
of
the
Clemmie
Thorpe
cell
and
again,
that's
we
looking
at
P
here
for
starts
property
for
resilience.
So
this
a
measures
on
people's
properties.
At
the
moment,
we've
had
quite
a
poor
response
of
around
30%,
so
about
a
third
of
people
that
would
would
get
benefit
from
from
them
have
actually
responded
back
to
us,
so
we
are
going
back
to
them
and
knocking
on
doors
and
trying
to
get
their
further
people
to
respond.
D
A
A
D
Do
so
we
do
have
spoken
to
them.
There's
been
a
lot
of
them
evening.
Meetings
has
been
a
lot
of
engagement
with
that
community.
I
think
the
key
thing
is
we,
some
of
these
properties
are
quite
marginal
and
whether
they
would
actually
how
frequently
thought
they
probably
ever
flooded,
there's
also
in
some
of
the
properties.
It's
a
quite
transient
or
a
rented
market
as
well.
D
A
C
A
A
D
So
as
we
move
down,
then
cliff
turnings
or
clicked
in
a
row,
click
the
columns
for
the
cell
50
rings
again,
that's
in
the
planning
process.
At
the
moment,
our
standing
is
that
it
will
be
taken
to
committee
in
September
now
so
we're
waiting.
We
work
with
upon
us
to
resolve
any
issues
that
were
previously
there,
so
hopefully
so.
D
Then,
on
as
we
come
down,
so
what
could
be
eleven?
So
that's,
basically
simply
to
school,
so
long
that
section
became
we
start
to
work
there.
So
that's
about
raising
the
embankment
along
the
school
which
protects
of
school
would
also
protects
a
lot
of
properties
behind
the
school
as
well.
So
it's
not
just
for
school
and
then,
along
with
that,
that
we
works
next
year.
Further
work
on
the
embankments
next
year
and
also
along
front
of
the
properties.
B
D
D
So
again
it
we
looking
at
glass,
paneling
and
along
there
and
then
work
in
the
park
which
is
like
I
think
to
be
23
in
2021
now
and
that's
to
work
with
the
people
who
couldn't
use
the
park
as
I'm
sure
you
wear,
but
around
sort
of
semi,
the
wedding,
photography
and
other
things,
along
with
that
they're.
Also
looking
at
having
some
temporary
temporary
instructions
in
place,
I
was
able
to
go
out
if
we
get
in
a
large
event,
that's
likely
to
overtop
that
embankment.
D
A
D
A
D
B
D
Impact
of
any
works
that
we
do,
and
so
it's
useful
to
get
those
messages
out
there.
We
do
tell
people
we
do
publicize
it,
but
sometimes
those
messages
don't
necessarily
get
received
so
yeah.
Thank
you.
Okay,
it's
move
down,
then
new
walk!
Very
briefly,
again,
that's
a
you
know.
The
pfr
wants
us
an
opposite
side
to
Clem
and
Thorpe.
Again,
we've
got
much
greatest
take
up
along
there
and
but
the
residents
were
really
keen
to
move
it
on
very
quickly
as
well,
so
we
are
working
with
them
and
the
councillors
along
there.
D
A
D
D
Well,
we
can
arrange
de
near
future,
we
can
come
round,
have
a
look
around,
have
a
look
walked
and
so
far,
so
the
focus
of
that
has
been
very
much
to
the
pumping
station
element.
So
it's
been,
you
know
again,
as
you'll
notice
were
you
being
on
resident
the
buildings
a
lot
bigger,
but
that
is
full
of
lots
of
equipment
to
operate
the
pumps
and
to
increase
the
capacity
of
that
point.
So.
D
D
B
D
A
D
Focus
after
the
flooding
was
very
much
on
the
compensation,
so
we've
now
worked
up
a
project
say
to
replace
the
barrier
itself
along
without
the,
if
I,
the
greenhouse
apathy,
all
the
mechanism
of
greenhouse
both
the
various
so
we're
looking
to
and
that'll
be
done
in
very
short,
so
I'm
the
manufactures
off-site
bronze
side,
I
think
you're,
aware
that
will
be,
will
lift
the
old
stuff
off
if
the
barrier
out
it's
a
new
barrier
and
then
losing
you
it's
off
on
top
and
then
connect
it
all
up.
So
so
again,
that's
that's
all
progressing
nicely.
A
D
D
C
A
D
A
D
D
Hopefully,
well,
if
we
get
approvals
and
the
plants
are
planning
to
be
going
in
a
September,
maybe
October
time
will
need
planning
both
from
cyc
and
I
think's
right
right
now
as
well,
because
it
goes
over
those
boundaries.
If,
once
we've
got
that
we're-
probably
hopeful
looking
at
construction
starting
early
next
year,
so
it
may
be
April
next
year,
I.
A
D
Realistically,
probably
looking
at
two
year,
construction
window,
a
lot
of
the
works
and
what
call
earthworks,
which
we
struggled
during
winter
months
because
of
the
weather.
So
we
tend
to
do
them
from
about
March
time
to
sort
of
October
time
depending
on
the
weather.
So
it's
probably
two
seasons
to
finish
off
completely.
A
D
It's
important
we
work
with
the
unknown
at
the
Farmers
Club,
because
what
we
don't
want
to
do
again,
some
of
the
issues
been
that
whilst
they'll
be
areas
of
the
flood,
there's
also
areas
that
they've
drain
into
the
area.
So,
whilst
waters
odd
they're
concerned
around
what
happens
to
their
drains
and
so
we're
working
with
them
to
make
sure
that
they
don't
have
an
impact
or
is
limited
absolutely
so
they
can
do
so,
then
so
the
impact
on
them
is
no
greater
than
it
currently
is.
But
there
will
be
a
say.
D
D
So
I
think
that
brings
sort
of
a
soft
sell,
buy,
sell,
update,
engagement,
wise
the
whole
host
of
activities
ongoing
again,
that's
with
the
report
and
then
moving
down
there.
There's
a
few
tables
around
progress
and
some
facts
and
figures
around
some
of
the
solar
cells,
which
we've
already
talked
about
so
again,
more.
B
C
D
B
D
We
want
to
do
is
taste
without
learning
from
new
walk
and
thousands
of
clever
thought
and
look
to
try
and
engage
in
a
better
wait
with
some
of
those
communities.
I
think
you're,
quite
right
scaling
has
been
fairly
quiet.
We've
only
got
so
much
resource
from
our
point
of
view
to
to
invest
in
engagement
and
in
the
construction
work.
We
are
reaching
a
point
where
we
believe
we
delegate
that
probably
the
only
solution
is
likely
to
be
prompted
for
the
Brazilians
so,
but
we
need
to
stopped
now.
A
C
C
C
A
D
D
C
The
because
we
sitting
your
council
lead
in
Yorkshire
on
skills
developments
and
resource
and
various
strands
of
work
that
we've
done
within
the
your
provisional
flood
committee.
In
the
past,
I've
developed
a
scheme
with
assistance
with
all
of
the
the
local
authorities.
The
14
lead
local
food
authorities
across
Yorkshire
to
put
forward
a
bid
for
this
desponding
or
which
we
call
the
Yorkshire.
Future
flood
was
Pathfinder
and
what
definitely
a
want
is
a
scheme
where
a
physical
demonstration
site
is
developed
where
people
can
come
for
maybe
continue
continuous
professional
developments.
C
You
know
for
artists
of
bears,
or
builders
or
etc,
or
communities
or
schools
can
come
and
actually
learn
about
resilience,
products
and
build
resilience
techniques
and
also
an
outreach
method
of
taking
that
into
communities
to
build
awareness
and
understanding.
What
is
what
resilience
is
to
actually
hopefully
boost
the
uptake
of
property
flimsiness,
because
that's
what
just
heard
with
several
foot
cells
in
our.
B
C
Scheme
there's
this
misconception
about
what
resilience
is
or
what
it
can
actually
do,
and
we
were
successful
and
the
funding
starts
this
month
until
2021
Airport,
winces
21
and
our
bid
is
really
it's
utilizing.
Some
the
work
that's
already
been
doing
whole
there's
a
fantastic
project
and
whole
water
project,
which
is
whole
city
council,
inviting
of
your
council,
the
Environment
Agency
in
Yorkshire
Water,
working
together
on
a
few
very
geographically
specific
issues
and
that
hole
in
each
landing
area.
C
C
Hall
is
you
know
quite
an
outlier
competitor
means
certainly
the
Western
of
Yorkshire.
So
we're
going
to
be
training
up
three
resilience
officers
who
are
going
to
have
various
tools
and
equipment
available
to
take
on
the
road
so
for
the
final
year
of
the
project,
they'll
be
going
out
to
all
of
the
different
local
authorities
and
booking
in
slots
where
they
can
actually
train
and
build
awareness
on
food
resilience
and
resilience.
Products
and.
C
C
A
C
A
lot
of
things
that
we've
talked
about
before
with
in
the
your
committee
area,
about
how
we
reach
out
to
the
local
colleges
and
start
to
build
relevant
courses
and
the
other
course
work
or
just
opportunities
to
get
a
foothold
in
the
relevant
courses
are
out
there.
Whatever.
What
are
the
causes
are,
but
that
was
a
physical
demonstration
as
well
sounds
great.
