A
We
have
the
minutes
of
the
last
meeting,
which
is
agenda,
item
2.
The
only
comment
I
would
make
on
that
is
that,
since
the
mansion
house
is
real
and
the
visitor
numbers
of
being
as
good
or
if
not
better
than
we
expected,
so
it
looks
promising
for
the
use
of
the
mansion
house.
As
the
many
say,
this
will
really
huge
in
a
year's
time.
B
Mums
so
this
report,
chair,
proposes
to
service
level
agreements.
The
first
is
with
York
CBS
and
is
effectively
a
renewal
of
previous
service
level
agreements
that
they
have
held
once
again.
It
proposes
a
three-year
agreement.
It's
at
a
span
of
still
regular
funding,
ie
48,000
pounds
a
year
for
3
years.
B
The
service
level
agreement,
however,
has
been
updated
and
following
a
series
of
discussions
with
York
CBS,
and
it
really
aims
to
reflect
the
fact
that
the
council's
grant,
although
highly
valued
by
York
CBS,
is
a
relatively
small
part
of
their
overall
rate
income
and
whereas
the
previous
servlet
service
level
agreement
and
referenced
almost
all
of
CBS's
activity.
This
service
level
agreement
aims
to
focus
on
the
particular
things
that
the
council
wishes
York
CVS,
to
concentrate
on
in
return
for
our
grant,
and
it
really
highlights
three
things.
B
That
CBS
will
help
to
bring
forward
and
then,
very
importantly,
working
with
the
council
alongside
the
council,
in
really
strengthening
the
developing
of
resilient
communities.
They're
really
working
alongside
us
to
enable
our
communities
to
be
more
resourceful
and
to
come
up
with
their
own
activities
and
solutions,
and
you
could
see
examples
of
that
been
happening
in
the
last
period.
For
example,
they're
ready
for
anything
initiative,
helping
communities
to
be
ready
for
flooding
and
very
very
much
very
strongly
in
New
York
CBS's
involvement
in
the
cities,
volunteering
strategy,
people
helping
people.
B
Those
are
just
a
couple
of
examples
of
how
that
agenda
will
move
forward.
Then.
The
second
service
level
agreement
is
new
and
because
it's
new-
it's
just
proposed
for
one
year
at
this
stage,
and
it's
with
the
city
of
Human
Rights
steering
group
and
what
we
are
asking
for
in
return
for
this
10,000
pound
grant,
is
a
new
project
called
community
voices
and
the
purposes
the
purpose
of
the
community
voices.
B
This
project
is
really
to
find
new
ways
to
hear
the
voices
of
York's
various
communities
of
identity
and,
obviously,
those
communities
that
are
perhaps
least
well
heard.
Currently,
the
idea
is
that
this
should
replace
previous
arrangements
that
the
council
has,
through
its
equality
advisory
group,
which
was
attended
by
a
relatively
small
number
of
people
and
which
really
focused
on
topics
that
the
council
have
brought
forward
in.
B
Because
the
City
of
Human
Rights
doing
group
is
not
a
legally
constituted
body.
We
were
to
ask
York
CVS
to
be
accountable
body
for
this
money
to
be
to
receive
the
money
and
to
administer
it
on
behalf
of
the
steering
group
to
make
sure
that
it
is
used
for
the
purposes
as
set
out
in
the
service
level.
Agreement.
Thank.
