B
This
report
gives
an
overview
of
the
performance
of
the
how
to
safely
share
service
between
north
of
Canada
Council
or
the
City
of
York
Council,
it's
wonderful
to
report.
Clearly,
it's
also
quite
an
ongoing
investigation
that
she
measures
in
place,
probably
the
ground
for
tower
fire
in
London,
along
with
initial.
B
Your
work
underway
around
high
risk
assessments
is
your
cows.
In
the
stock,
we've
got
a
report
to
you
in
October,
20,
70,
outlining
the
actions
of
council
or
anything
to
take,
and
mike
is
here
from
housing
to
cover
any
questions
that
you
have
around
the
earth
date.
That's
getting
to
you
between
paragraph
7,
which
is
a
restaurant,
that's
been
denouncing
importantly,
then,
move
into
paragraph
11
they
would
hear,
is
the
one
that
security
being
undertaken
by
them.
Judith
Hawkey.
B
B
The
main
focus
is
you're.
Aware
of
the
review
is
in
relation
to
Iran's
housing.
Was
the
council
has
a
review,
a
few
buildings
that
can
be
defined
as
high-rise?
There
are
buildings
across
the
city
which
will
meet
the
criteria,
so
the
five
key
finding
of
the
interim
recall,
which
is
summarized
at
paragraph
14
as
apparent
that
the
current
regulatory
system
for
ensuring
classify
safety
high,
rising
complex
buildings,
is
upon
us.
B
The
best
of
paragraph
14,
which
goes
on
to
the
next
couple
of
pages,
summarizes
the
main
Magnusson
that
review
today.
Each
section
summarizes
that
different
aspects
of
the
review,
but
it
is
possible
from
the
slingers
to
see
clear
direction
of
travel,
around
regulation,
complaints
and
public
reassurance
and
involvement,
particularly
if
they
have
concerns
it
will.
A
B
Time
before
any
of
these
actions
will
will
be
pinned
down
the
regulation
food
we
can
all
start
working
towards
them.
Consequently,
city
said:
shall
we
continue
to
work
towards
reducing
the
risk
of
fire
where
practicable
and
there's
two
areas,
particularly
coming
after
the
review
than
we
were
already
making
some
progress
towards?
Obviously,
the
virus
risk
assessment
works.
We've
been
undertaking
for
a
number
of
years
now.
B
B
B
That
we've
recently
brought
to
the
attention
to
our
council
management
team
directors
is
that
there's
currently
a
disconnect
between
those
who
could
construct
a
building
and
those
who
then
occupy
it
on
a
day-to-day
basis,
particularly
around
risk
health
and
safety
risk.
And
so
the
council
management
team
is
currently
reviewing
these
arrangements
across
the
council
and
looking
at
ways
to
ensure
the
counselors
is
fulfilling
its
responsibilities
and
its
partner.
B
A
B
There's
a
number
of
key
projects
that
we
have
I'm
going
to
address
key
risk
areas
around
alcohol,
drug
and
substance
misuse
policy
under
protection
under
a
general
update
of
our
health
and
safety
compliance
Arrangements
we're
starting
to
look
at
asbestos
in
each
another.
It's
due
to
be
completed
by
the
end
of
the
world.
B
In
addition
about
there
is
a
reactive
development
as
they
work
at
the
health
and
safety
service,
responding
to
and
supporting
managers
in
looking
at
investigating
incidents
and
accidents.
As
that
work
is
quite
considerable
unconscious.
You
haven't
got
missus
statistics
around
like
this
report,
but
we
will
bring
you
those
of
future
meetings.
What
is
data
technical
issues
were
resolved
without
going
up,
I
could
bring
you
that
information.
C
B
That
members
of
the
team
have
been
doing
it
been
working
with
DNC's
director
management
teams
to
develop
action
plans,
so
we
spoke
to
them
their
service
areas,
and
now
we've
got
a
combined
team
structure
that
is
now
completed
and
have
all
skills
in
place.
We
should
be
able
to
meet
the
requirements
to
support
all
the
work
you
have
action
plans.
B
The
clearly
also
have
been
supporting
our
key
risk
areas
in
our
buildings
and
supporting
risk
assessment
work,
particularly
at
they
a
newly
opened
mountain
house
in
in
their
recent
difficulties
and
challenges.
We've
had
around
crematorium
and
a
Western
West
offices
during
the
recent
maintenance
work.
And
finally,
just
to
summarize
we
did
say
we
would
use
these
reports
to
update
you
on
internal
audit
work
and
as
to
Ensenada
quick
pieces
of
work
aware
below
and
what
is
the
health.
C
A
C
Things
have
changed
in
the
sense
that
what
has
been
is
an
anticipation
at
work
yeah.
So
for
some
we
have
an
in-place
program
of
a
secular
successors.
Will
communal
areas
for
council
property
and,
as
we
know
when
we
did
this
resolve
one
of
them
for
breakfast
that
we
spent
our
to
bring
all
of
the
all
of
the
properties
where,
when
we
needed
to
device
across
distance
assessments,
it's
one
year
effectively.
So
with
all.
B
C
C
The
the
other
thing
that
we've
been
doing
is
that
we
want
the
surveys
of
the
winning
not
for
service.
That
sounds
to
fall
for
these,
for
the
house,
analysis
were
actually
undertaking
more
spacious
of
skills
and
that's
what
our
aim
is,
that
is
to
make
sure
that
these
these
assessments
are
done
annually.
It's
on
skis,
fallen
into
a
place
and
with
all
that,
I
can
to
make
sure
those
stations
are
being
undertaken.
Those
generally
speaking
that
those
inspections
will
be
looking
at
communities
anything.
C
C
The
first
30
garment-
this
is
some
250
of
the
summit
of
average
across
your
hazard
has
a
magic
contract,
so
we
provide
some
warehouses
is
in
Tennessee
services
for
13
group
in
some
books,
we're
responsible
for
one
second
for
sector
risk
assessments
are
managing
fire
safety
measures
in
others
would
not,
because
it
was
very
on
that
the
only
sure
that
was
particular
so,
for
example,
some
works
where
we're
agreed
developer
and
the
fire
safety
assessment
is
outsourced
to
another
provider
service.
The.
C
Safety,
so
one
of
the
things
one
of
the
things
we
did
very
early
on,
we
were
in
a
field
fire
safety,
fire
rate
that
was
to
cover
the
the
duties
in
each
of
those
blocks,
so
make
sure
we
understood
clearly
where
we
needed
to
undertake
my
Secretary's
assessments,
and
we
did
and
also
for
us
to
be
aware,
where
third
parties,
on
the
second
for
our
sector
assessments,
what
those
assessments
actually
said,
what
their
recommendations
were.
So
we
did
all
this
at
work.
A
C
A
A
B
A
B
Specifically,
work
for
the
council
is
quiet
rather
than
relying
on
the
contractor
to
make
sure
they
have
a
responsibility
to
make
sure
1,000
safety
considerations
are
built
into
the
design
of
duty,
but
obviously
whatever
it
is,
it's
being
constructed.
But
then
we
need
someone
on
health
and
safety
of
client
side
to
say
actually
the
needs
of
the
people
that
are
going
to
actually
be
in
the
middle,
using
the
buildings
hanging
into
configuration.
B
B
B
A
B
B
That
will
be
what
we've
been
asked
to
develop.
The
action
plan
will
work
together
and
take
it
to
the
joint
health
and
safety
committees,
because
because
it
is
the
directorate
special,
but
it's
not
just
ours,
as
health
and
safety,
or
live
reactions
and
signing
off
throughout
those
meetings.
So
it's
around
yeah.
There
is
a
corporate
turbulence.
