This services, recession, custom, goodness I'm the executive leader, but my properly corporate finance and performance we've got no members of the public present, so I don't have any declarations of interest. The minutes of the decision session on the 16th of July and 17th September I will approval and sign. There's no participating public participation and I took foreign agenda. Is the release of the restrictive covenant torchon weights working men's club at Mill, Street York? Are there any updates like? Thank you very much?

Having read the papers, it's always sad to see a demise of a formal working men's club that was very much a fixture in the city, but times move on and having read the papers and they restrict a good restrictive covenant that is placed on the club.

I have made the decision to go with the recommendation of to remove the restrictive covenant, and that is to enable the sale of the size of the club to proceed as no viable future, and that been my decision today and I have no further business and that's the end of the meeting. Thank you very much.
