In
17,
1960
I
think
what
would
a
good
point
Brandeis
great
in
terms
the
fact
that
there's
less
liability
so
that
people
are
paying
or
being
charged
less
for
the
council
facts.
But
worryingly,
we
wouldn't
have
expected.
Will
council
tax
customers
to
Catholics
all
this
was
to
fall
because
we've
not
even
as
a
crane.
C
C

D

C
And
I
think
one
of
the
things
that
we
need
to
sell
highways
and
the
council
outside
of
the
province
of
DHP
wifeĆs,
has
done
quite
a
lot
of
other
support
for
more
for
customers
across
the
city
residents
across
the
city
in
terms
of
helping
them.
So
we
have
to
always
call
gossipy,
don't
we
should
say
customers
new
prospects
for
the
courts,
but
unfortunately
droopy
desist.
We
do
that
to
be
able
to
touch
the
benefits,
but
rather
than
charging
under
a
pound
and
the
full
things
we
do.
C
Keep
that
the
minimum
20
pound
is
the
cost
of
doing
that.
We
try
to
make
that
easier
people
to
come
to
payment
arrangements
by
a
lot
of
people
to
make
the
bond
payment
where
it's
digitally
so
that
they
can
make
an
offer
within
the
boundaries
that
don't
need
to
speak
to
anybody.
They
need
that
payment
major
goes
into
place
in
a
revised
bill.
It's
an
interesting
way
of
doing
it,
but
actually
a
lot
of
customers.
Don't
want
to
talk
to
news
because
it'll
be
embarrassed,
so
he
gives
a
little.

David
asked
MP
John
when
somebody
comes
in
I
realize
that
the
main
problem
and
one
of
the
main
problems
seems
to
be
they've,
got
to
have
an
email
address
and
they've
got
to
be
enough.
Have
enough
knowledge
of
the
digital
system
to
be
able
to
log
on
plane,
and
do
we
walk
them
through
it?
Is
there
somebody
to
help
them
when
they
come
in
on
the
screens.
C
D
C
A
E
Approved
very
positive
little
stakeholders,
the
GP
surgeries
themselves,
are
really
quite
engaged
with
it
without
support
from
them.
It
takes
a
lot
of
pressure
off
the
clinical
frontline
and
it
allows
some
of
the
non-medical
matters
to
be
to
be
attended
to
through
through
appointments
in
the
fire
surgeries
in
which
is
placed
in
the
city.

B
E
A
very
much
reflects
direct
the
travel
that
we
as
a
council
are
moving
in
terms
of
getting
services
out
into
the
community
and
using
our
community
assets,
and
that's
working
very
closely
with
the
area
based
financial
inclusion
project
and
lots
of
other
internal
external
partners,
and
that's
proven
very
successful.
And
again
we
were
see
anyone
keen
to
develop
that
kind
of
model
working
to
take
the
services
into
the
community
rather
than
coming
just
to
West
policies
of
what
are
the
static
location,
I
think.
A
It's
a
big
shot
for
people
changing
from
weekly
paid
to
monthly
pay.
I
mean
it's
a
very
very
long
time
ago.
I
mean
you
have
to
me,
but
trying
to
make
your
money
stretch
for
a
month
when
you've
got
actually
a
lot
of
other
problems.
To
try
and
solve
is
actually
a
big
challenge
and
that's
where
people
need
support.
I
think.
A
E
D
E
A
E
A
I
think
that
there's
a
lot
of
good
work
going
on
it
is
one
of
our
priorities.
As
a
council,
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we
help
as
many
people
as
we
can
and
Financial.
Inclusion
is
really
really
important
in
that
any
other
comments
from
anybody
that
you'd
like
to
make
in
that
case,
I
have
noticed
the
impact
of
Universal
Credit
and
the
welfare
support
and
I'm
happy
that
that
is
continuing
in
the
right
direction.
A
I
think
that
the
range
of
support
and
early
intervention
advice
they
give
is,
is
very
wide
and
very
comprehensive
and
I
hope
that
anybody
out
there
who
is
really
struggling
or
know
somebody
who
is
will
will
get
them
referred
to
Citizens,
Advice
or
wherever
it
happens,
to
be
or
bring
them
into
West
offices
to
get
some
help
because
help
is
very
definitely
available.
Yes,
thank
you
very
much
everybody.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
