A
B
The
service
level
agreement
proposed
with
Citizens
Advice
York
is
contained
at
annex
a
to
the
rapport.
The
funded
element
in
respective
our
element
of
the
agreement
is
to
provide
128
thousand
pounds
core
funding
for
one
year
to
March
2019,
an
increase
of
five
and
a
half
thousand
from
the
previous
annual
agreement
of
1920
2500
we're
just
at
the
end
of
that.
B
Within
this
agreement,
importantly,
it
will
allow
our
Citizens
Advice
Europe
to
offer,
within
its
core
funding
three
drop-in
sessions,
with
a
greater
number
of
Budweiser
advisors
available
than
is
currently
provided
on
over
the
four-day
agreement.
Those
sessions
are
anticipated
to
be
more
effective
and
reach
more
service
users
than
currently
for
daily
sessions.
The.
A
B
B
The
one
here
everyone's
busy
lessons
very
similar
to
the
previous
three-year
agreement.
Whilst
the
Citizens
Advice
you're
fundamentally
reviewed
our
funding
arrangements
and
also
having
their
services
going
forward,
they
will
work
in
partnership
with
key
stakeholders
over
the
next
few
months
and
with
service
users
on
how
City
says
I
brush
a
little
bit
better,
serve
their
needs
and
with
within
the
available
resources
available
to
them.
Of
course,.
A
B
A
B
Facilities
are
available
to
our
residents,
not
just
as
funded
by
the
council,
but
importantly
in
line
without
financial
inclusion
strategy.
Agra
funding
scheme,
improving
finances,
improving
lives
just
provide
one-off
funding
above
hundred
in
2000
just
over
102
thousand
pounds.
So
this
is
the
service
level
agreements,
it's
not
the
only
fund
in
the
council.
But
yes,
that's!
The
citizens
are
by
Jacque
agreement.
The
welfare
benefits
unit
have
service
level.
Agreement
is
of
the
same
amount
as
previously
agreed
in
the
current
agreement
of
22
2007
hundred
a
year.
B
The
fundamental
change
in
this
agreement
is
is
that
it's
for
a
four
year
period
rather
than
a
three
year
period
and
the
reason
because
the
reason
for
that
is
because
in
the
last
financial
year
not
the
current
one,
not
your
account
council
agreed
a
five-year
funding
agreement
with
Citizens
Advice
Europe,
of
which
there
are
four
is
left
so
for
the
sustainability
of
sorry
profit.
Then.
A
A
B
A
B
They
are,
they
are
doing
some
of
the
things
that
we
are
less
able
to
do
just
from
this
of
their
involvement.
So
we
believe
it's
a
critical
service
for
us
to
continue
and
again
the
council
hasn't
just
contributed
to
the
core
funding
of
this
service.
They
have
also
received
one
one-off
funding
for
a
scheme
under
improving
finances,
improving.
B
A

A
A
B
A
Good,
yes,
well
I'm
more
than
happy
to
make
those
decisions,
I
think
the
work,
the
Citizens
Advice,
your
does,
and
the
welfare
benefits.
You
is
really
very
important
for
Financial
Inclusion
work
that
we
want
to
promote
as
a
council
and
I'm
happy
to
accept
the
recommendations
you
have
made.
Thank
you.
