A
C
Thank
you.
When
we
send
you
the
final
draft,
we
hadn't
got
the
under
phone
consultation
period
so
having
color
for
the
end
of
the
consultation,
we
have
facially
Liberty
to
make
some
subtle
but
significant
changes
to
some
of
the
wording
to
ensure
that
we
reflect
things
that
people
have
said
back
home.
C
If
you
had
an
hour
to
spare,
it
will
give
you
an
hour,
but
if
I
quickly
show
you
on
the
summary
on
a
page,
the
nuance
that
we
wanted
to
pull
or
under
sensual
to
do
number
five,
which
was
Girl
Scouts,
be
sure
to
do-
is
to
re-emphasize
the
sectors
that
we're
putting
a
priority
on
in
the
next
few
years,
not
to
say
that
the
other
sectors
aren't
important.
It's
just
the
ease
of
the
ones
that
are
currently
got,
Facebook
feeds
and
skill
shortages
both
now
on
coming
up
in
the
future.
C
So
the
nuances
are
including
rail
under
construction
and
infrastructure,
and
also
highlighting
that
under
tourism,
it's
the
cultural
offer.
That
is
very
important.
We
had
some
feedback
from
the
cultural
education
partnership
that
quite
rightly,
was
saying
in
the
economic
strategy
the
bid
to
UNESCO
becoming
well
heard
about
City
of
media
arts
that
they
felt
the
cultural
offer
hadn't
been
drawn
on
significantly.
C
So
that
is
your
summary
on
a
page,
which
was
one
of
the
things
that
people
were
asking
for
and
what
people
were
asking
for.
In
is
the
executive
summary,
which
is
a
quite
a
longer
12-page
document
is
that
where
there
were
some
appendices
in
the
full
version
of
useful
labor
market
information,
so
information
about
all
the
key
priority
factors:
society,
the
economy,
the
number
of
jobs
where
the
talent
pool
is
coming
from
the
fact
that
primary
school
kids
will
be
hitting
the
job
market
2020
2030.
C
There
were
quite
a
few
people
that
felt
that
those
pieces
of
labour
market
information
ought
to
be
in
the
executive
summary
because
they've,
nobody
reads
the
full
version.
They
wouldn't
get
a
flavor
of
what
the
whole
economy
looks
like
in
York.
So
those
are
the
two
changes
that
we've
married
and
what
we've
also
highlighted
on
page
8
of
the
executive
summary
it's
that
IP
digital
skills
are
a
skill
gap
across
all
sectors.
C
A
A
One
of
the
quizzes
are
this
week:
laughing
learn
to
get
in
their
economy
and
place
of
quality
development.
Scrutiny
of
committee
yeah
was
that
bit
about
the
eighties
on
getting
on
to
higher
value,
not
in
the
economic
strategy
versus
the
tension
between
learning
skills.
So
the
media
focus
activity
that
perhaps
that
gives
some
of
the
sales
that
the
high
heavens
all
series
and
the
push
to
attract
that
the
a
CR
and
forcing
for
those
negatives
and
Felicity
I
think.
B
What
we're
trying
to
do
as
well
is
highlight
the
fact
that
even
in
those
sectors
which
traditionally
people
think
are
lonely
paid,
there's
a
full
range
of
opportunities
and
there
are
highest
skills,
jobs
within
it.
So
you
know,
within
the
care
industry,
for
example,
highlighting
the
fact
that
if
there
are
shortages,
all
levels,
including
management,
yeah
and.
C
If
you
take
construction
infrastructure,
the
importance
of
areas
that
we've
got
to
help
people
to
understand
that,
yes,
there
are
entry
level
jobs,
but
actually,
where
there
are
shortages,
there's
also
things
like
quantity
surveilling.
So
it's
the
full
gambit,
so
I
think
what
we've
got
to
do
is
educate
hearts
and
minds
that
actually
there
are
high-value
jobs
in
every
sector,
albeit
the
majority
of
the
jobs
are
perhaps
not
the
high-value
ones.
Yet
in
those
sectors.
A
Yeah
from
local
conversations,
when
people
are
you
that
they
ask
them,
given
the
range
of
causes
of
the
universe
that
will
compile
and
apprenticeships
where,
where
the
mismatch
is
it
just
that
the
jobs,
the
famous
people
to
do
in
York
I'm,
not
connecting
with
the
particular
courses
that
York
is
offering?
Hence
people
are
going
for
needs
which
did
get
a
five
thousand
Americans
do
the
same
job
and
this
what
actually
nearing
the
end
of
the
sort
of
scheme
to
actually
understand
what
an
important
but.
C
So
we've
got
a
second
problem
of
actually
helping
the
universities
to
open
up
the
minds
of
undergraduates
to
the
opportunities
that
are
available.
Okay,
bird
problem
back
in
education,
sort
of
pre,
eighteen
and
pre.
Sixteen
is
that
I
T
in
terms
of
recruitment
subject
is
being
squeezed
out,
so
we
have
less
young
people
who
are
now
taking
any
form
of
IT
qualification.
So
your
college
is
already
seeing
a
downturn
in
the
number
of
applicants
coming
through
to
level
through
type
advanced
programs.
So
we've
got,
we've
got
a
challenge
with
our
pre.
Sixteen
education
that
already.
C
C
We've
done
one
joint
career,
fair
with
the
NHS
trust,
though
it
was
a
health
and
care
recruitment
event
back
in
March,
which
is
very
successful
in
recruited
to
position
and
we're
doing
that
again.
This
September,
we
have
tried
with
the
hospitality
sector
it's
a
challenge
such
as
kids,
on
tube
in
chef,
unsociable
hours,
lowly
paid
we've
got
to
chip
away
at
night,
I,
don't
think,
there's
any
quick
wins
there.
I
but
yeah
in
terms
of
digital
technology
and
construction.
What
we're
looking
at
is,
though,
what's
that
specific
activity?
C
C
I,
because
the
importance
of
this
plan
is
that
is
everybody's
business.
So
there's
no
one
team,
that's
delivering
against
it!
It's
it's
everything
within
the
council
in
terms
of
external
partners,
the
first
big
event
will
be
the
economic
strategy
review
event
in
September,
which
I
know
you
and
Mary
will
be
fronting.
So
what
I've
suggested
to
mark
and
wanted
to
propose
to
yourself
and
Mary?
C
Is
that
obviously
this
under
things
essential
to
do
number
three
in
the
economic
crash
chief,
so
it
would
be
useful
launch,
has
not
to
take
away
anything
from
the
economic
structures
that
sort
of
Philippine
to
show
that
this
is
aligning
with
and
as
people
want
to
get
involved,
make
and
get
involved.
So
that
would
be
the
first
big
event
I
and
then
in
terms
of
the
different
areas,
hi
yalter
engaged
and
we're
looking
at
some
goods
to
the
industrial
strategy
that
should
have
curriculum
development
and
then
it's
finding
the
right
forum
with
school
winter.
A
A
C
B
C
To
show
this
is:
why
is
there?
This
is
something
that
we've
done,
and
this
has
been
the
impact,
then
I
think
there
will
be
more
appetite,
because
the
skills
plan
in
itself
is
quite
dry
and
all,
and
it's
trying
to
bring
its
life
of.
Why
we're
doing
this?
What
difference
does
it
make
but
a
likely
idea?
So
if
we
can
get
and
we
will
be
able
to
kick
off
a
case
study,
we.
