Welcome to the decision session of the executive member for housing and safer neighborhoods I'm counselor Jennie Brooks. The first item is declarations of interest. Now I don't have a declaration. Second, one is minutes of the last meeting.

There's no public participation, so we go on to the main agenda item: introduction of fixed penalty notice, the household waste duty and air offenses I'd like to just give very brief.

Yes, so this report asks for your authorization for the neighborhood Enforcement Team to issue fixed penalty notices for those fantasies and the offense these other households. If you don't check that someone's license before they take waste away on your behalf and they've been flighted that list you're also liable for enforcement action at the moment, the only options of elders who is our prosecution or an informal warning letter.

So the introduction of the fixed penalty notices introduces some improved proportionality, we're proposing a fine level 250 pounds reduced 150 for early repayment, and this work contributes to a range of initiatives that were currently undertaking across the city to reduce fly. Sipping.

We've been working with our regional Network, Yorkshire and environmental enforcement group, and we have aimed just that. It's a consistent flying level across the county. That's fine.
