A
A
C
D
D
There
are
some
different
details:
information
in
the
report
about
what
services
is
going
to
be
able
to
it's
going
to
be
aimed
at,
and
it
will
target
those
that
they're
going
to
be
tripping
work
that
are
traditionally
hardest
to
reach
in
terms
of
gang,
successful
employment
outcomes.
So
it's
going
to
be
looking
at
focusing
on
people
who
are
working
across.
D
So
twenty
percent
of
people
we
focus
on
those
who
are
working,
16
hours,
lots
of
work
and
37
resources.
We
focus
on
that.
We
were
aiming
to
work
up
to
16
hours
and
so
the
defunding
as
they
will
be
much
funds
and
the
total.
Possibly
the
toast
bit
of
the
DWP
funding,
is
two
hundred
and
seventy
thousand
pounds.
So
that's
the
faster
the
waiting
to
work
program
fairly
high
level
summary
and
then
the
other
part
of
it
is
the
humans
will
help
support
programs
which
is
successfully
for
the
other
hundred
cable
funding.
Both.
D
They're
looking
to
be
split
over
two
year
time
period,
the
peer
mental
health
program
is
suggested.
It
causes
high
levels
in
the
around
youth,
mental
health
and
well-being
that
have
been
identified
in
the
city
that
are
linked
to
kind
of
hide
hospital
admission
rates
which
for
children
right
into
mental
health,
high
rates
of
self-harm
and
some
of
the
some
of
the
reasons
of
student
health
needs
assessment
findings
that
Vikings
might
medical
organization.
D
There
is
some
some
breakdown
of
budget
further
on
Spence
get
changed
if
everyone's
in
reports
I
think
at
the
moment
is
probably
fair
to
say
that,
given
that
were
suggesting
that
the
project
is
managed
through
the
early
intervention
group
that
they
will
sort
of
clarify
exactly
some
of
those
details
in
is
a
bit
more
of
a
developer
project
and
then,
in
terms
of
timelines,
we'd
be
looking
to
start
running
this
program
over
a
period
of
two
years
and
I
think
realistically.
In
order
to
discuss
it
absolutely
is
successful
and
it's
sustainable.
D
B
B
Have
stopped
young
quite
happy
to
chair.
First
of
all,
it's
really
good
to
see
this.
This
money
can
be
for
the
reporters
to
spend
there
and
I'd
like
to
just
understand
more
how
we're
going
to
in
some
kind
of
detail,
support
the
young
champions
within
the
schools.
I
think
the
programming,
what
you
talked
about
of
looking
at
something
that's
already
there
and
developing
it,
but
I
am
concerned
about
the
level
of
support
these
young
people
need
gets.
They
themselves
get
out
there
yet
not
support
websites
and
when.
D
B
D
Very
much
still
still
formulating,
but
yeah
that's
first.
Definitely
a
key
consideration
and
I.
Think
that's
why
partridges
been
identified
to
ensure
that
there
can
be
additional
is
also
brought
into
existing
support
arrangement
so
that
that
might
be
that
the
lead
group
chooses
to
to
improve
or
enhance.
The
amount
of
support
is
available
through
Alice's,
bye-bye,
maybe
backfilling
posts,
or
by
supporting
and
additional
capacity
within
the
way
sterling.
D
B
Procedures
that
are
already
available
to
young
people
in
schools,
particularly
and
I,
see
you
talk
about
the
other
organization.
So
what
kind
of
process
do
you
have
behind
things
to
make
sure
they
not
maybe
stepping
on
other
people's
toes
you
build
on
the
surface
rather
than
reinventing
service,
which
may
upset
us.
D
So
I
think
primarily,
that's
us
linking
it
through
and
having
a
project
management
through
the
through
the
creatives
identified.
The
lead,
I,
keep
saying
the
Greek
cooking,
but
about
I
think
primarily
will
be
that
the
way
that
we
will
ensure
that
we're
taking
account
of
other
work
streams
that
are
going
on
I
think
there
were
some
further
further
work
programs
that
are
coming
on
online,
which
we
can
look
to
link
enter
through
through
other
means
as
well.
D
So
one
of
those
is
is
through
the
student
health
needs
assessment,
the
identification
of
the
need
to
develop
a
a
peer
support
program
in
a
university
environment.
So
there
will
be
a
similar
program,
universe
being
led
through
University
of
York
and
student
science
and
potentially
the
opportunity
to
kind
of
link
those
together
to
maybe
share
resources
and
share
learning.
I.
D
Think
there's
also
the
the
time
to
change
hub,
which
is
being
funded
through
public
health
money
and
that's
in
process
of
being
set
up
with
the
focus
of
challenging
stigma
around
mental
health
and
well-being,
but
primarily
targeting
around
young
people
to
try
and
help
reduce
self-harm
and
suicide
risk.
So
it
was
suggested
that
those
are
linked
into
to
the
group
so
that
you
know
those
projects
that
developed
in
collaboration
just.
B
A
couple
of
comments,
I
guess,
look
at
the
end
of
it
from
oh
and
I'm
very
supportive
in
this
document.
It
never
fails
to
amaze
me
that
the
imbalance
between
physical
health,
conscious
and
mental
health
issues,
or
anything
that
can
be
done
to
kind
of
put
those
on
a
more
level
playing
field
and
very
supportive,
and
some
of
the
figures
in
here
are
quite
frightening.
You
know
this
because
the
student
health
needs
assessments
finding
finding
that
people
who
replied
to
that
survey.
B
There's
45
percent
of
those
young
people
says
that
was
over
a
diagnostician
with
mental
health
always
had
concerns
about,
and
that
kind
of
puts
the
perspective
as
how
important
that
area
is
and
I'm
pleased
to
see
the
focus
on
it.
I'm
pleased
with
were
allocating
some
money
for
research,
I
think
they're
much.
A
Thank
you
and
Sonia
can
just
concentrate
on
the
adult,
specifically
the
paper,
although
it
was
clearly
there's
a
very,
very
invisible
line
between
being
a
young
person
and
being
an
adult.
The
sustainability
is
of
great
interest
to
me
if
it's
trained
mental
health
champions,
the
problems
are
not
going
to
be
there
just
for
the
period
of
the
funding.
The
problems
are
always
going
to
be
there
and
we
know
from
last
night's
cell
for
being
bored
that
the
demand
for
mental
health
services
in
the
student
population
in
particular
is
very
high.
D
A
D
A
D
That
will
allow
us
to
look
at
whether
there
are
opportunities
to
share
resources,
and
that
might
be
some
practical
things
like
students,
a
older
age
group
at
University,
who
have
gone
through
their
own
peer
training.
Can
you
can
offer
somewhat
again
supporting
to
the
school
school
existed
and
give
some
kind
of
experiential
information
about
all
these
lines
to
transition
across
them
into
adulthood?
So
there
are
some
real
practical
things
that
I
think
we
can
achieve
that
I
guess
the
detail
will
work
itself
out
and
in
a
particular
and
when.
D
G
We'll
also
aren't
coming
kissing
contest
people
kiss
kiss
course,
our
key
types
in
that
they
will
be
targeted
in
the
moment
being
proficiently
the
school.
Did
you
agree
that
we
societies
nice
for
people
painting
empirically
into
work?
That's
all
basically
long
and
its
success
criterion,
threshold,
Launceston,
interactive
challenge.
G
A
A
G
See
this
two
years,
one
etc.
The
news
is
that
almost
a
thoracentesis,
the
outcomes
for
rest
of
the
city,
the
amount
of
instances
where
successful
booking
men's,
certainly
the
accreditation
process
produce
the
full
complement
of
strategy
for
Bhutanese
community
conception,
solutions
for
human
being
etc.
So
it's
really
positive
effect
on,
while,
since
last
Monday,
a
lot
laughing
work
body
is
in
kind
swings
users
that
Gore
Regulatory
Commission.
A
A
G
C
A
C
C
D
A
A
And
we
know
that
when
people
get
to
work
it
improves
not
just
their
circumstances
but
their
mental
health
as
well.
They
feel
they
have
a
positive
outlook
and
a
purpose
to
life.
So
it's
a
really
important
thing
for
us
to
try
and
do
yeah.
So
we're
asked
to
approve
the
release
of
funding
to
support
the
provision
living
in
fear,
medical
support,
program
and
ways
into
work
project
cancer,
ruins.
Are
you
happy
with
that?
I'm
more
than
happy?
F
You
very
Billingsworth,
since
we
had
a
built-in
handle
anything
and
then
so
this
week.
Next,
is
where
every
Christian
worker
going
on
seven
people
services
are
working
feverishly
to
sort
of
get
the
furniture
and
setup
ready
to
open
courses
on
the
24th
in
the
notice.
We
sort
talk
through
just
remind
useful
about
changes
that
happen.
Excellent
shape,
users
is
starting,
so
they've
got
to
have
you
seen.
F
Educating,
can
constantly
you've
got
voluntary
energy
sector
partners
in
your
margins
of
your
pathways
optical
losses
on
first
law
and
then
from
the
end
of
October
early
November,
safe
latencies.
Do
you
think
that
will
be
provided
by
a
detective
are
yet
to
be
resolved.
Defense
procurement
exercise,
co-teachers
that
helps
us
Albert
and.
H
F
F
The
problems
they
can
pay
for
ground
just
working
arrangements
that
go
into
this
project,
so
I
think
I'd
be
a
great
example.
Partnership
working
both
with
any
model
to
council
services,
noticing
car
lots
of
colleagues
involved
in
quality
service,
energy
sources
and
and
comments
with
health
conscious
sector
as
well.
Moving.
B
F
F
Final
product,
the
reports
of
briefing
manual
thoughts-
there
are
a
number
of
the
safeguarding
sort
of
consent.
Issues
will
be
right,
through
course,
the
project,
yet
you
say
in
parallel
and
at
least
as
that,
the
partners
in
experts
involved
and
consulting
with
over
six
months
to
sort
out
those
risks
potential
answers
will
come
detecting
actions
in
that'll
talk
about
the
fire,
pay
preserves
of
risk
assessments
from
schools
that
we've
developed
start
reading,
that's
happened
and
in
terms
of
the
building
design,
work
is
going
into
the
plan
to.
B
F
F
H
A
B
B
B
Oh,
he
didn't
say
that
happiness.
It's
quite
encouraging
to
see
that,
so
that
facility
is
there
for
that
integration
in
the
crossover
and
the
report.
I
actually
only
received
a
few
minutes
ago,
but
I
do
have
a
quick
quickly
through
really
really
pleased
to
see
that
the
safeguarding
issues
that
councilman
scible
mentioned
and,
in
fact
work
were
in
the
last
joint
meeting
and
raised,
and
one
of
the
MINIX
that
we've
just
approved
previous
today
have
been
addressed
within
the
12
X.
We
did
the
toilets,
the
the
CCTV,
the
engines,
the
glass
door,
etc,
etc.
Really.
B
A
F
F
Detective
all
that
process,
yet
so
they
found
people
using
service
in
24
in
terms
of
the
more
general
sort
of
publicity.
Normally,
we
look
at
a
project,
remind
intercept
letter
services,
betting,
a
little
bit
and
then
physical
things,
probably
sort
of
it's
like
August,
Palace
or
Twilight
type
events.
The
case
they
covers
the
air
service
city
managers,
keep
artists
coming
out
of
the
ground,
talk
to
some
of
the
skew,
scarf
gala
building
and
then
rounding
out
same
times
of
the
day.
F
Ten
of
them
they
divert
venema
barbecue
weather,
permitting
it'll
back
for
services,
and
your
brother
partner
agencies,
in
my
view,
need
to
know
about
what's
playing
out
chemistry.
So
that
was
our
thinking
in
terms
of
the
events
in
terms
of
press
releases
and
when
we,
when
of
the
timing
of
that
weakness
or
beautiful
things,
repaired
and
ready
for
what
I.
A
E
E
A
B
B
We
can
make
inroads
into
areas
of
need
that
we
know
about,
but
actually
that
that
one
hit
publicity
on
opening
roles
in
further
further
forward
and
gives
an
opportunity
to
engage
with
particularly
young
people,
who
maybe
don't
have
the
knowledge
base
behind
that
service
even
being
available
to
them.
So
it's.
B
H
H
The
existing
uses
of
what
signal
house
from
from
castle
gate,
so
you
can
come
to
the
number
good
engagement
with
and
the
more
bad
audience
is
already
that
taking
the
border
and
feathers,
you
suggest
is
very
much
an
MI
as
a
setting.
We've
got
a
platform
from
which
to
do
that.
Once
we've
established
things
from.
