B
Preceded
that,
with
some
background
on
date,
August
of
the
morning
when
the
nature
of
the
work
that
the
service
provides,
particularly
both
personally
health
and
safety
risk
management
danger,
which
leads
into
the
what's
called
crossing
three.
This
is
one
of
the
technical
change
to
explain
how
we
assess
whistle
trees,
cela
methodology.
A
B
Private
individuals
have
also
never
changed
into
fully
works
and
so
we're
expanding
that
positive
evidence
of
council
departments
and
services,
which
is
policy
70,
and
then
we've
been
silent
previously
on
how
the
council
will
become
the
country's
woodlands
and
for
2004
parks
and
gardens
for
landscape
maintenance,
and
so
those
two
policies
which
are
you
18
and
19.
And
there
was
a
final
course
of
the
20
which
clarifies
the
decision
making
process,
whereas
a
conflict
between
a
council
need
and
deposit
the
wider
policy.
A
A
A
B
B
C
C
A
Think
that's
the
one
problem
with
with
the
LED
lights
for
certain
in
certain
situations,
if
there,
if
there
are
74
but
perhaps
not
to
James,
if
there
are
the
courage
and
I
tune
around
because
they
don't
don't
spill
over
football,
it's
quite
dark
if
they're
on
the
back
edge
of
the
footpath
footpaths,
fine,
but
maybe
they
they're
not
spilling
out
into
the
road.
But
what
I'm
saying
is
that
I
think
can
we
make
sure
that
people
are
kind
of
aware
of
that
difference?
Now
it's
happening
rather.
D
A
D
A
C
B
A
D
I
may
I
mean
I,
think
I
think
what
the
policy
is
trying
to
do
is
to
say
that,
like
any
asset
that
the
trees
are
not
there,
they
need
to
be
managed
in
a
sort
of
risk
management
way
and
what
the
policy
sets
out
is
a
risk
managed
way
to
manage
our
tree
stock
in
the
most
efficient
way
possible.
Given
the
resources
we
have,
what
it
does
allow
is
given
Ward
funding
as
a
sort
of
policy
development
of
the
council.
D
The
policy
now
reflects
that
ability
for
members
to
go
actually
might
be
outside
of
the
policy,
but
this
is
something
that
I'd
like
to
see
happen
in
my
ward.
So
it
gives
a
bit
more
flexibility
around
that
for
members
to
see
things
deliver
to
it.
The
two
bits
are
sort
of
linked
together
about
how
we
approach
doing
what
is
critical
in
terms
of
looking
after
trees
in
the
second
bit,
which
is
they're
almost
the
nice
to
house.
If.
A
A
Moved
it,
it
was
a
council
property.
New
tenant
moved
in
it
shouldn't
be
their
responsibility
to
move,
remove
that
hedge
that
nobody
wanted.
It
was
not
doing
any
good
to
anybody
and
it's
those
kind
of
issues
that
we
can
perhaps
streamline
the
process
as
well,
without
taking
Harvey
out
of
the
equation.
But
there
were
some
things
where
he
kind
of
he
doesn't
we
can
lighten
his
load
then,
in.
A
We
need
to
make
sure
we
can
spend
more
committee
money,
although
on
those
kind
of
things
as
well,
so
I
think
that
I
definitely
think
that
that
policy
allows
what
committees
to
pay
for
that
work.
Is
it's
a
great
step
forward,
because
there
are
frustrations
out
there
of
trees
that
are
perfectly
there's
no
reason
under
the
tree
policy
to
do
anything
with
them,
but
clearly
they
are
affecting
residents
and
all
their
residents
who
are
unable
to
do
either.
A
Do
the
work
themselves
or
to
pay
for
the
work
so
I
think
that
it's
right
that
we
should.
We
should
do
this.
The
other
comment
that
makers
that
some
of
the
comments
that
come
on
actually
didn't
relate
to
toilet-related,
hedges
and
things
in
public.
This
policy.
We
do
love,
have
policies
for
inspecting
hedges
and
write
English
residents.
I
just
think
that
I
think
with
a
lot
of
those
things
it
gets
frustrating
because
it
moves
quite
slowly.
A
Obviously
have
specific
concerns,
but
they
might
raise
issues
that
have
a
city.
You
know,
there's
a
citywide
implication.
I
would
like
you
to
perhaps
go
back
and
talk
to
how
these
officers
about
the
concerns
about
the
lighting,
and
can
you
bring
back
a
further
update
to
the
end
e
MDS
in
six
months,
just
a
double
check
that
we've
actually
picked
everything
up
we
haven't
found
it
now.
