B
Projects
resulting
be
proposing
to
you,
and
it's
obviously
individually
of
those
who
are
directly
affected
in
terms
of
their
household
budgets
discriminated
so
that
the
increase
would
be
effective
in
opening
53
and
another
5
million
are
most
content,
and
the
perpetrators
approach
is
that
the
subsequent
lodges,
changements
and
cruisers
optical
image,
changing
variable
and
low
cost,
providing
that
service
and
CEM
proposal
is
that
the
public
cost.
All
three
terms
will
be
using
service
and
public
application
under
15
cannon.
B
We
will
be
checking
internal
purposes,
appropriate
placement
to
live
if
and
state
the
repeatable
observable
prefer
to
move.
They
would
be
supported
to
do
so
as
long
as
you
know,
that
would
be
precious
to
Louisville
or
absolutely
little
wishing
and
the
surface
charge
has
been
calculated
include
and
provision
under
employed
of
the.
B
B
B
Over
which
acquiring
and
places
cutting
heads
of
hair
engagements
and
and
that's
then,
probably
the
single
biggest
changes
in
order
to
support
other
people
to
negative
result
possible
to
prevent
veggies
and
delay
beautiful
and
we're
into
residential
care,
and
we
will
be
providing
an
on-site,
a
single
to
that
24/7.
The
level
resulting
vary
across
a
hundred
bag.
Of
course,
when
we
do,
project
will
have
the
greatest
need
and
they
fast
will
be
available
to
respond
to
any.
B
A
You
I
watch
Louise
I've
got
a
couple
questions
off.
Fifty
you
and
Tom.
First
and
I've
got
a
couple
comments
after
that
I
supposed
to
starting
off
with
a
comment
very
supportive
of
this
sort
of
arrangement.
Extra
cares
also
very
very
much
welcomed
I
think
it's
very
important
that
we
put
in
additional
capacity
to
help
residents
with
dementia
in
high
care
needs
to
live
independently.
As
long
as
you
can,
they
can,
as
you
already
alluded
to
and
I
just
wondered.
Obviously
the
business
case
behind
doing
a
lot
of
this.
C
C
If
you
then
project
onto
2013,
which
is
probably
bit
too
far
away
without
further
increasing
the
provision,
it
will
go
up
to
150
a
shortfall.
So
so
it's
not
an
exact
answer,
but
nonetheless
it
sort
of
gives
you
some
idea
of
where
we
are.
So
it's
suggesting
that
there
is
a
need
for
this
style
of
accommodation
and
will
continue
to
be
a
need
for
it
and
makes
it
place.
That's.
A
On
just
a
second
question,
looking
to
the
report
and
the
benchmarking
done
in
acts,
1
is
very
helpful
when
you
look
at
the
other
officers
out
there
in
terms
of
extra
care.
Obviously
we
were
talking
earlier.
It's
mentioning
the
report
about
living
independently
for
as
long
as
they
can
it's
good
for
the
authorities.
It's
good
for
the
individual
as
well.
I
just
wondered
a
ballpark
point
of
view.
How
much
cheaper
an
extra
care
apartment
is
versus
full
residential
care
to
this
part
of
you,
okay,.
C
C
C
That's
if
you
can
get
into
one
of
those
schemes,
normally
the
the
the
costs
range
is
between
anything
between
650
and
800,
passed
away
and
obviously
I'm
personally
familiar
with
this
situation,
given
that
my
mother
has
recently
gone
into
residential
care,
London
and
that's
four
thousand
pound
a
month,
so
I
salute
says,
is
a
profit,
quite
a
wide
range
and
obviously
it
depends
on
the
quality
of
the
home
as
well.
You
know
sometimes
that
obviously
better
than
ours
we
go.
B
A
B
A
B
A
Just
want
to
touch
on
the
intensive
housing
management,
human
strength
and,
as
mentioned
comrades
in
the
report,
I
think
it's
positive
that
the
way
in
which
this
has
been
designed,
the
recipients
of
Housing
Benefit,
which
is
the
vast
majority
of
people
at
Glen
Lodge,
won't
be
directly
affected
by
these
changes.
That
being
said,
there
are
obviously
people
whose
self-fund,
who
will
be
directly
affected
by
now,
and
that's
the
way
in
which
we
hope
to
mitigate
that.
C
A
A
A
week
increase
every
year
we
paid
every
week
and
obviously
the
increase
in
that,
as
you
said,
the
majority
of
that
comes
because
the
increase
in
staffing
levels
as
well
and
as
it
aligns
the
report,
the
harmonization
of
those
two
levels
of
pay
would
would
happen
over
ten
years.
I
think
it's
very
positive
that
we've
committed
to
helping
any
resident
who
chooses
or
feels
that
they
want
to
relocate
or
move
elsewhere,
that
they
will
be
supported.
A
That's
really
positive,
and
just
in
in
concluding
that
alluded
to
earlier
I'm
personally,
very
supportive
of
this
type
of
accommodation
I
think
it
fits
in
really
well
with
the
themes
that
this
council
is
trying
to
do
and
all
its
work
through
prevention
and
early
intervention
and
trying
to
allow
future
costs
and
also
difficulties
for
individual
residents.
As
you
said,
a
lot
of
people
prefer
to
live
independently
for
as
long
as
they
possibly
can.
