and
welcome
to
the
decision
session
of
the
executive
member
for
cultural
election
communities.
It's
wednesday,
the
14th
of
october
2020..
This
is
one
of
one
of
the
many
remote
meetings
we're
having
at
the
moment.
The
first
item
of
business
on
the
agenda
is
declarations
of
interest.
I
don't
have
any
that
aren't
on
my
register
of
interests.
So
that
concludes
item.

Obviously,
since
then
things
have
changed
significantly
and
we've
moved
into
a
different
model
of
using
hubs
which
have
been
hubs
that
have
been
closed
to
the
public
but
have
been
delivering
food
and
medication
and
acting
as
a
place
for
volunteers
to
come
and
pick
pick
things
up
and
take
them
out
to
the
community.
So
this
is
a
paper
really
just
to
talk
about
how
we
see
those
hubs
moving
forward
and
sort
of
transitioning
into
a
more
recovery
mode
and
then
moving
forward
to
the
model
of
hubs
that
we
talked
about
in
the
november
paper.

I
think
that's
the
outline
of
it
and
we're
we're
in
that
set
place
at
the
moment
where
we're
we're
transitioning
our
way,
we're
sort
of
in
recovery,
but
also
still
providing
all
of
the
resources
that
we
have
been
doing
all
the
way
through
the
pandemic.
So
it's
about
reaching
out
now
to
to
other
people
and
trying
to
connect
all
those
networks
that
are
happening
across
the
city
and
move
forward.

I'm
happy
to
to
record
that
I've
approved
the
recommendations
set
out
in
the
report,
which
concludes
the
only
substantive
item
of
business
on
the
agenda
today
item.
I
think
it's
five
is
that
urgent
business-
I
don't
have
any
urgent
business
for
today,
unless
anybody
else
wants
to
just
to
surprise
surprises.
So
