A
Okay,
everybody's
ready,
we'll
make
starts
the
meeting.
Welcome
to
this
meeting
of
the
local
time
working
group
for
Thursday
the
20th
of
June
in
terms
of
housekeeping
I,
think
everybody
knows
the
drill
and
the
way
the
fire
alarm
and
toilets
are
etcetera.
So
I
would
just
ask
everyone
to
make
sure
their
mobile
phones
are
switched
off
or
to
silent
item
one
of
the
agenda
declarations
of
interests.
Does
anybody
have
an
interest
to
declare
it
comes
to
cuff
person,
Thank.
B
You,
chair
and
I'm
advised
that
it's
not
technically
an
interest,
but
my
wife
and
I
live
in
ears
week
and
will
be
affected
by
the
proposals
in
front
of
the
working
group
tonight.
But
I'm
told
it's
not
a
pecuniary
interest
and
no
is
it
prejudicial,
so
I
hope
that
members
will
be
aware
of
that.
Thank
you
and
if
there
is
a
problem,
I
will
leave
the
room.
A
Any
other
declarations
of
interest
council
Widdowson
disturb
we'll
check
in
whether
you
have
a
declaration
of
interest.
Okay
I
do
also
have
apologies
from
councillor
Doughty
and
councillor.
Ollie
is
here
and
a
positive
councillor
all
and
councillor.
One
is
here
item
two:
an
agenda.
The
minutes
of
the
last
meeting
having
double-checked
I
believe
Ian
you're,
the
only
person
other
than
myself.
That
was
at
the
meeting.
So
you
happy
with
me
to
agree
those
as
a
correct
record.
A
C
You
to
graphs
new
members
before
Anna
talks
is
through
the
ears.
Weak
neighborhood
pliers
want
to
say
that
we're
gonna
organize
some
training
sessions
on
local
plan,
neighbor
plans,
middles
and
waste
plans
and,
with
the
chairs
permission
at
the
end
of
this
I'm,
just
doing
a
quick
fact
sheet
to
hand
out
to
you.
You
know
bounce
of
those
training
sessions,
but
gives
you
a
few
facts
and
figures
on
the
numbers
of
neighborhood
plans.
Some
of
the
processes
is
thrown
in
there,
but
without
further
ado,
I'll
now
hand
over
to
Alice
to
talk
through
the
document.
D
Thank
you
and
the
purpose
of
this
report
is
to
consider
the
results
of
the
ears
WIC
neighborhood
plan
referendum.
It
asks
members
to
recommend
to
the
executive
to
formally
make
or
adopt
the
neighborhood
plan
at
four
ears
WIC
and
bring
it
into
full
legal
force
as
part
of
the
development
plan
for
York.
This
paper
will
be
considered
by
members
of
the
executive
on
the
27th
of
June,
which
is
next
Thursday.
A
referendum
was
held
on
the
years
with
neighborhood
plan
and
on
Thursday,
the
second
of
May
this
year.
D
The
declaration
of
the
results
of
the
poll
are
contained
within
annex
a
to
this
report.
There
was
a
50.4%
turnout
to
the
referendum
and
the
results
on
whether
to
accept
there
is
with
neighborhood
plan
were
yes
of
ninety
four
point,
two
percent
and
no
five
point:
eight
percent.
It
was
obviously
a
positive
majority
at
the
referees
at
the
referendum,
and
it
means
the
council
is
now
obliged
to
make
the
neighborhood
plan
and
bring
into
the
full
legal
force
as
part
of
the
development
plan
for
York.
D
E
Best
emojis
I
got
used
to
that
yet
I've
no
question
is
only
two
I
mean
I'm
just
going
to
move
the
recommendation
house
in
page
nine
paragraph,
two,
it's
perfect
compliant
there's
been
a
referendum
in
favor
of
it
and
I
don't
see
any
point
in
wasting
a
huge
amount
of
time.
I'd
just
like
to
say
a
massive
congratulations
to
the
members
of
the
neighbor
and
working
party
in
ears.
F
A
very
quick
comment:
I
think
it's
just
a
typo
just
to
dot
and
cross
all
the
t's.
Just
on
the
annex,
a
I
just
noticed
number
of
ballot
papers
issued
is
three
five.
Nine,
if
you
add
up
those
recorded
with
spoiled
ballots,
it's
three
five,
seven.
So
there's
discrepancy
of
two
and
I.
Don't
know
whether
that
second.
