A
Right
good
evening,
everybody
a
lot
of
the
stuffing
really
matters
notice.
If
committee
am
I
nervous,
counseling
us
how
chair
this
committee
and
the
agenda
on
the
first
item
is
declarations
of
interest?
Are
there
any
flourishes?
Not
just
not.
Thank
you.
Exclusions.
Oppression,
public!
Well,
there's
none
here,
so
it
is
clues
them
to
approve
the
Sally
minutes
of
the
meeting
on
the
element
of
October.
A
There's
no
public
participation
and
moving
on
to
agenda
item
five
chambers
to
membership
changes
to
membership
as
it
paid
seven
and
therefore
its
its
approval
for
amendments
to
appointments
to
outside
bodies.
Detailed
in
the
report,
I
think,
there's
only
told
the
ones
that
we
need
to
talk
about
is
that
I.
B
Think
it
was
just
see
it
was
one
yes,
it's
if
I
could
chair.
This
is
again.
I
did
ask
that
this
would
come
to
staffing.
You
know,
as
you'd
see
rather
thing
they're
looking
for
canceled,
because
I
wanted
to
put
on
record
my
concern
that
it
extensible
approval
of
this.
This
minute
gives
councillor
Keith,
Myers,
33
years
of
trust
and
I
have
been
raising
this
matter
with
both
my
colleagues
on
either
side
of
me
and
predecessors.
B
That
I
feel
that
at
the
moment,
the
fact
that
significant
numbers
of
these
outside
bodies
are
taken
by
the
administration,
which
is
in
joint
administration,
which
means
the
opposition
has
been
excluded
for
certainly
from
the
oak,
museums,
trust
and
being
others
which
compassed
these.
This
particular
committee,
and
particularly
when
we
are
coming
to
the
very
end
of
of
a
sequence
when
there
will
be
elections
next
year,
and
it
does
seem
to
me
unfortunate.
A
Okay,
I
think
just
for
clarity
purposes.
I
did
ask
through
democracy
services,
democratic
services.
If
the
councillor
Myers
is
position
could
be
extended
until
next
May.
Purely
simply
because
we're
talking
about
you
know,
sort
of
five
six
months
left
of
his
tenure
and
I
was
told
that
that
couldn't
happen.
They
had
to
be
reelected
and
you
couldn't
really
like
for
six
months.
A
A
That's
going
on
with
the
museum's
trust
and
I
think
you've
got
to
take
my
word
for
it,
but
obviously
there
might
be
a
different
administration,
and
so
it
would
be
taken
out
of
our
hands
and
but
I
don't
think
it's
any
intention
that
by
this
is
put
it
forward
because
of
the
administrative
side,
but
I,
don't
think,
there's
an
intention
that
we
were
looking
to
keep
Keith
Myers
on
for
three
years.
Thank.
B
A
On
that
business,
I've
got
to
I've
got
to
I've,
got
to
nominate
him
because
I
can't
say
anything
other
than
that
or
that's
my
thinking
behind
it.
So
I
wouldn't
know
whether
if
he
smiles
as
our
representative
so
we'll
take
a
vote
on
that
show
sorry
I
used
to
do
a
say.
So
those
are
pities
my
eyes.
There's
a
very
gentle
culture
that
fits
my
house
is
duly
elected.
Okay,
I
do
have
to
do
for
my
work.
