I
know
it
would
discuss
last
time
when
I
wasn't
here,
but
leaving
this
issue
of
merging
two
different
solutions.
Where
you,
you
may
have
an
individual
that
that
fulfills,
the
role
of
assistant
director
versus
you
may
split
it
to
a
number
of
different
people
and
I
have
absolutely
no
issues
of
the
idea
of
splitting
into
a
variety
different
people.
D
There's
no
reason
for
that
to
be
slow,
particularly
if
the
decision
was
made
that
you
couldn't
split
the
responsibilities
and
therefore
needed
to
go
out
and
internal
adver
and
to
have
a
panel
for
a
couple
of
hours
is
not
a
huge
thing
and
I
think
the
historically
that's
what
we've
always
done.
So
that's
what
we
did
not
with
the
loved
one
that
came
here
for
last
meeting,
but
the
one
before
for
Children
Services,
the
the
interim
was
appointed
on
that
that
basis.
I
think
it's
quite
important.
D
D
I
think
if,
if
the
solution
is
to
split
the
responsibilities
and
therefore
it's
too
complicated
to
involve
a
panel,
no
no
issue
at
all,
and
if
that
is
indeed
the
solution,
and
you
want
to
appoint
one
person
into
that
role,
then
I
think
it
should
go
through
a
member
panel.
Instead
of
just
the
portfolio
holder.
I
noticed
that
the
minutes
last
time
say
that
the
decision
at
that
point
haven't
yet
been
made
as
to
what
one
of
those
two
solutions
would
be
followed.
So
I
just
I
think
it's.

D
Yes,
if
we
you
know,
if
we
don't
think
that
there
is
the
existing
skills
in
the
organization
for
an
individual
to
do
that
wrong,
then
we
should
be
advertising
externally
and
internally.
If
we
do
think
that
those
skills
are
there,
then
I
would
have
hoped
them.
Those
working
in
that
area
would
have
had
a
slightly
clearer
idea
as
to
how
it
might
be
resolved
either
with
an
individual
or
different
individuals
involved,
and
the
important
point
is
the
principle
of
the
way
in
which
we
undertake
and
always
have
these
types
of
of
all.
D
D
D
Either
strawberries
bar
approximately
a
day,
but
nonetheless
that's
quite
an
important
principle
that
I
think
now.
Clearly,
if
we're
happy
with
just
the
two
exec
remembers
being
involved,
then
I
think
what
we
need
is
some
assurances
as
to
what
exactly
that
involvement
is.
Are
they
simply
being
given
a
done
deal
or
are
they
actually
involved?
G

D
E
E
E
G
Instead
of
being
given
to
them
as
a
doornail,
so
I
think
what
we're
saying
here
is
because
we've
got
an
opportunity
and
we
think
we
can
solve
it
and
quickly
know
maternally.
It's
absolutely
crucial
of
the
executive
members
protest,
chair
and
so
the
need
to
have
an
active
part
in
that.
So
I
think
in
many
of
that,
then,
the
matter
what
the
Constitution
says,
your
Aitchison,
because
it's
such
a
short
term,
because
we
think
we
could
sort
it.
But
the
detail
isn't
in
front
of
you.
