A
All
right
we'll
call
the
order
G
school
board
agenda
workshop
for
July
25th.
Welcome
any
citizen
to
take
this
opportunity
to
thank
you
for
taking
time
out
of
your
busy
schedule
to
attend
today's
school
board.
Meeting
this
meeting
is
our
opportunity,
as
your
elected
representatives,
to
collaborate
openly
and
make
decisions
that
will
decide
the
future
direction
of
our
public
schools
and
the
education
of
our
children
in
this
county.
There
will
be
an
opportunity
for
the
public
to
ask
questions
at
the
end
of
the
workshop
presentation.
Your
participation
is
welcome
and
appreciated.
A
C
B
C
B
Do
pay
them?
We
do
play
the
monthly
basis.
So
only
thing.
This
presentation
will
be
just
to
up-to-date
everything
that
our
partnership,
how
our
partnership
has
involved
in
existent
and
they'll,
be
able
to
do
analytics
about
funding
that
we
have
saved
and
then
out
and
then
money
that
we
have
saved
overall
and
then
money.
We
have
put
back
into
our
pockets
and
money
that
we
have
paid
them
in.
D
A
B
All
right
so
c2
is
the
Dell
purchase
agreement.
As
you
know,
technology
is
oftentimes
as
soon
as
you
buy
it
somewhat
obsolete.
So
we
need
to
a
part
where,
as
we
continue
to
purchase
material
equipment,
especially
the
Chromebooks
in
bulk,
we
continue
we
own
them
and
as
we
continue
to
move
forward
six
months,
one
year,
two
years
say
someone
become
obsolete,
even
though
they've
become
functional.
So
here
in
this
Dell
purchase
agreement
is
for
student
Chromebooks.
B
This
is
for
the
district
to
enter
in
a
three
year
degree,
a
three
year,
lease
agreement
instead
of
outright
purchasing
the
units
window,
and
this
allow
us
to
purchase
an
additional
sixty
two
hundred
devices
and
up
to
eleven
thousand
Chromebooks
per
year.
This
allows
us
to
meet
the
technology
me.
It
needs
in
the
demands
of
our
school
district
and
assist
our
students
become
digital
natives.
Ultimately,
we
have
21,000
computers
within
our
school
district
now,
which
the
majority
of
these
computers
are
for
years
are
older,
which
really
puts
us
away
from
cutting-edge
technology.
B
A
B
A
B
E
Silbert,
a
Schneider,
a
couple
things
I
remind
the
board.
This
is
the
Super
Bowl
season
for
HR,
as
we
get
close
to
the
beginning
of
school
year.
It's
dessert.
This
is
our
our
peak
time,
so
there
will
be
changes.
New
names
will
be
added
hourly
to
it
will
be
a
final
version
and
Thursday
at
the
end
of
the
day.
One
week
prior
to
the
board
meeting,
so
you'll
see
a
bunch
more
names,
people
tend
to
be
transient.
E
They
sometimes
tell
you
that
they're
not
leaving
until
light
now
when
they
get
a
job
in
another
state
or
whatever.
So
look
for
a
lot
of
changes
and
names.
An
additional
thing
has
to
do
with
the
school
board.
Attorneys
secretary,
okay,
we're
going
to
put
any
job
description
on
there
by
Thursday
because
it
occurred
that
there's
no
job
description,
that's
confidential
in
nature
and
the
secretary
wins.
The
school
board
attorney
should
be
confidential
due
to
the
nature
of
the
information
that
they
deal
with.
E
In
addition,
in
regard
to
that,
there
would
be
no
allocation
addition
needed
because
in
the
contract
for
the
school
board,
attorney,
you've
already
approved
the
assessment
it's
written
into
his
contract,
so
before
I
put
it
on
there,
I
wanted
to
address
any
concerns
that
folks
might
have
you
know
about
that,
but
pretty
pretty
standard
stuff.
Thank
you.
Okay
and.
B
To
go
back
to
the
del
Agreement
I
want
to
make
certain.
You
know
that
that's
being
spent
with
the
penny
sales
tax,
the
BCC
one
thing
we
can
around
1.7
million-
are
here
so
that
money
will
be
engaged
in
every
single
year
and
that's
a
good
part
of
giving
back
to
community
dollars.
Giving
back
to
our
kids.
C
B
C4
is
a
contract
with
bricks
markets.
This
is
our
after-school
enrichment
program
which
focuses
on
stem.
This
is
this
is
where
students
actively
engage
in
stem
activities
related
to
Lego,
Lego
programs
for
our
students.
This
is
where
they
get
a
port
to
have
inquiry
based
learning.
They
get
it
apart
to
be
able
to
problem-solve
do
analytics,
and
it's
currently
right
now
in
fifteen
of
our
schools,
and
this
has
fully
funded
by
parents.
You
want
to
do
elect
to
be
involved
in
this
process.
B
B
We
went
from
87
pages
of
21
pages,
there's
a
lot
of
stuff
that
really
didn't
need
to
be
engaged
involved.
So
we
kind
of
mainstream
this
misinformation
and
we
highlighted
all
changes
as
outlined
on
this
document,
but
this
really
defines
how
we
select
and
purchase
materials
in
our
school
district.
It
defines
a
state
and
county
policies
and
procedures
for
structural
materials.
It
defines
the
adoption
process
ease
and
also
looks
at
how
we
define
the
instructor
material,
how
you
challenge
the
ability
to
challenge
that
process.
B
C6
is
a
boob
for
how
to
County
travel
student
travel.
Here
we
have
a
number
of
schools
for
minors,
going
to
dance
teams,
the
linked
to
a
number
of
competitions.
Oakley
football
is
went
to
FC
a
football
camp
high
school
also
FFA
went
to
a
to
a
Leadership
Conference
as
well,
and
then
high
school.
We
go
into
a.
G
H
B
C7
is
renewal
of
the
corporate
agreement
with
a
school
board
in
our
Department
of
Juvenile
Justice.
This
is
where
the
agreement
for
educational
practices
for
students
who
are
returning
from
justice
to
a
school
system
to
make
sure
that
we
have
educational
experiences,
address
mental
health,
but
also
social
work,
Rona
and
academic
endeavors.
This
is
defined
a
relationship
that
shares
what
our
instructional
strategy
will
be,
and
also
how
we
information
for
accepting
students
and
sharing
personal
information
with
students
as
well
c8
is
the
agreement
between
the
school
board
in
Clay,
County
and
AMI.
B
This
is
again
one
of
our
systems
that
we
have
for
our
metal
students,
who
maybe
experience
you
know
academic
in
our
behavioral
difficulties.
This
is
a
contract.
It
allows
us
to
have
up
to
44
students
and
clay
high
school
in
this
program,
focused
on
counseling
credit
recovery,
life
skills
and
positive
interactions
with
our
kids,
and
it
also
allows
them
to
meeting
age
and
community
services
as
well.
G
B
C9
has
a
renewal
of
our
dual
enrollment
articulation
agreement
between
the
school
district
and
the
board
of
trustees
for
st.
Johns
River
College.
This
is
the
annual
articulation
for
basically
two
enrollment.
As
you
know,
we've
earned
around
thirty
over
3,300
credit
hours
last
year
within
our
school
district,
which
is
awesome
in
total
cost
of
two
hundred
forty
two
thousand
dollars.
As
you
know,
we
got
a.
We
pay.
B
B
Next
one
is
C,
ten,
its
collegiate
high
school
contract
between
the
school
board
and
also
the
trustees
of
st.
John
for
college.
This
is
again
another
acceleration
program
for
Orange
Park,
High
School,
and
we
will
be
ordered.
Renew
people
had
a
ninth
and
tenth
graders
this
for
a
second
year
launched
Park
High
School,
where
we
have
41
students
who
or
where
being
10th
grade,
and
we
have
61
60
to
61
students
that
will
be
in
ninth
grade.
H
H
F
F
B
The
first
initiation
is
having
a
3.0
GPA,
which
sounds
like
both
of
those
kids
qualify
if
they
have
to
look
at
that
whole
aggregate
of
academic
histories,
but
they
have
a
3.0
and
then,
from
that
point,
they're
able
to
apply
for
the
an
application
process
and
then
st.
John's,
along
with
our
chief
of
signa
education,
work
together
to
identify
kids
in
order
to
go
on
this
program.
I
can
get
you
I
will
send
to
you.
F
H
B
H
B
B
Okay,
c11
is
the
name
is,
is:
is
opening
high
schools
edition
of
the
Navy
National
Defence
Cadet
Corps?
This
is
where
this
is
a
precursor
to
in
JRTC.
This
is
initiation
to
start
a
process
at
Oakland,
High
School.
We
there
is
a
an
exciting
opportunity
for
kids.
We
have
58
kids
that
are
currently
enrolled
in
this
process,
we're
going
to
cap
between
75
and
100
kids.
B
This
will
be
an
opportunity
for
Fraga
our
kids
to
be
engaged
in
understanding.
Citizenship,
understand
value
the
value
of
citizenship
service
to
to
our
us
understanding
the
the
ins
and
outs
of
the
Navy's
personal
responsibilities,
self
accomplishments,
and
this
will
cost
a
district
one
hundred
thousand
dollars,
and
the
reason
for
this
is
that
cost
this
year
is
because
there's
always
a
start-up
team
and
we
pay
half
of
the
salary
of
the
instructor,
and
then
we
have
additional
funding
would
probably
around
thirty
five
thousand
dollars.
B
I
would
say
our
forty
thousand
dollars
if
you
got
pay
for
uniforms
and
then
you'll
have
additional
supplies
that
that
we
live
in
the
board.
Once
we
start
to
grow
this
program,
we
would
then
move
move
to
meet
all
the
criteria
and
indicators
to
become
a
recognized
in
JRTC
program
at
Oakland,
High,
School.
B
G
G
B
I
B
J
C
J
J
Much
you
can't
participate,
however,
there
are
these.
The
ones
that
are
listed
are
primarily
the
users
on
this
page
right.
What
are
you
expenditures?
That
means?
Typically,
it's
like,
for
instance,
if
you've
got
a
VPK
program
and
they
need
to
buy
some
snacks
immediately.
They
ran
out
of
snacks
in
the
afternoon,
it'll
run
down
to
the
Walmart
or
the
convenience
store,
that's
close
by
use
their
own
dollars
and
then
open
the
receipt
and
we'll
bring
the
school
reimbursement
back
for
it.
J
B
B
F
J
C
J
B
B
F
B
Is
the
name
of
a
school
school
member
selection
committee?
Here
this
is
for
school
y
as
a
right
now
we
have
a
committee
has
been
created
of
a
board
member
to
principles
that
are
in
that
area
for
high
school
and
also
for
an
elementary
we
have
for
community
members
and
in
reference
to
sac
members
from
every
one
of
the
surrounding
schools,
within
that
within
that
community
we
have
two
community
members
that
have
been
identified.
A
B
In
a
since
he's
taking
on
a
new
role
or
no
role,
we
still
continue
to
be
interesting,
so
this
committee
will
work
will
work
to
identify
five
names
that
they
come
up
with
after
a
number
of
interactions
with
each
other
and
then
from
that
point
after
they
will
submit
five
names
to
me,
we
will
submit
three
names
to
the
board
and
allow
the
board
to
select
what
to
be
the
school
name,
to
be
most
popular.
There's
number
of
ways
that
we
can
create.
This
is
a
criteria
for
the
selection
process.
B
C23
is
countywide
Civic
engineering
services
awarded
contract.
This
is
where
we
have
awarded
a
contract
annually
for
further
for
Civic
engineering,
provide
the
design
to
manage
inspect
projects
within
our
district.
As
you
can
see,
CH
W
and
Michelle
Aviv
have
been
selected
as
award.
Those
contracts
by
the
committee
c24
is
a
countywide
architect
contract
as
well.
This
again
is
the
opportunity
first
day
of
design
Mina's
respective
projects
within
the
organization.
I
think
it's
a
the
data
am
I,
saying
this
right
very
well.
B
Today,
at
home
and
and
Harvard
and
Harvard
jolly
architects
have
been
selected
by
the
committee
for
continued
work
and
awarded
C
25
is
approval
of
petty
cash
or
change
fund
check
or
cafeteria
managers
do
in
nutrition
coordinators.
This
is
an
annual
process
for
petty
cash.
Are
all
schools
were
for
services
for
emergency,
only
and
small
expenditures,
as
just
discussed
this
has
been,
and
this
is
dr.
McNutt.
Those
identified
has
been
an
outline
identified
within
their
budget
and
accounted
for.
C
B
Been
after
on
food
drugs,
we
got
here,
November
and
I
will
tell
you
this
that
dr.
Calvin
and
miss
Glover
have
worked
extremely
hard
to
to
create
this
vision
for
it
to
come
reality
and
they.
This
is
an
awesome
on
paper.
Kids.
This
is
where
we
work
with
culinary
programs
for
students
to
engage
in
hands-on
experience.
They
can
look
at
developing
the
menus
and
create
they
have
the
ability
to
cook
to
prep
the
serve
to
to
kind
of
run
the
food
truck
as
it
is
a
business
and
to
really
identify
and
hone
their
skills.
B
This
is
will
be
paid
out
of
federal
funding,
and
you
know
we
will.
We
will
seek
to
have
very
creative
menus,
and
this
is
an
example
of
what
the
days
could
look
like,
but
creative
menus
for
each
culinary
program
to
implement
into
design
and
a
really
cool
thing
we
can
do
is
this
truck
has
to
be
designed
and
wrapped.
So
maybe
we
can
do
a
you
know,
have
our
kids
in
our
organization
and
our
school
districts,
this
design
that
the
wrap
and
I
select
the
best
one
to
implement
it.
This.
B
B
B
B
B
H
D
F
A
C
A
No
just
discuss
it,
just
bring
it
and
it's
just
three
differences.
The
impact
means
I
know
that
that
goes
before
our
County
Commission
in
September
and
I
wanted
to
discuss
with
the
board
the
collection
process.
I've
put
it
in
the
back
of
no
backup
at
the
statement
that
you
know,
I
want
us
to
maybe
consider
looking
at
the
collection
of
when
the
electricity
goes
on
instead
of
when
the
room
is
like.
First
of
all
that
talk
to
doctor
campin
mr.
A
Davis
about
it,
and
so
that's
a
discussion
for
the
board
and
decided
we
to
present
that
to
the
County
Commission
I
know
that
they
were
looking
at
it
and
just
shows
that
we're
working
with
them
and
wanting
to
be
on
the
same
page
as
our
County
Commissioners.
If
I
could
ask
the
question,
have
we
already
discussed.
K
C
B
I
A
Six,
nine
for
us
to
just
discuss
what
the
other
districts
are
doing,
how
we
feel
about
it
if
we
want
to
enter
in
or
not
it's
totally
up
to
the
board,
so
just
mr.
daggett
is
going
to
put
together
some
kind
of
memo
and
send
to
each
of
us
probably
before
the
board
meeting.
So
we
have
a
little
information
on
that
and
you
know
we
don't
have
to
act
on
it
their
goal,
but
I
just
thought.
It's
conversation,
the
five
of
us.
So
those
were
the
things
that
has
to
be
placed
on
there.
I
As
far
as
any
urgency
goes
Broward,
as
advised
you
know,
prior
it's
kind
of
at
the
helm
on
the
collective,
you
know
potential
collective
lawsuit,
I
think
you
know,
complaint
has
been
filed,
nothing
like
this
and
it's
a
matter
of
who's
going
to
be
on
board
who's
funding
such
that
they
shape
the
actual
complaint
and
the
lawsuit
and
I'm
told
by
Broward
General
Counsel
that
they're
going
to
want
a
commitment.
They
prefer
a
commitment
by
mid
August.
So
I
was
happy
that
this
was
placed
on
the
agenda
for
discussion.
I
know.
A
B
Before
d5
is
a
pumpkin
for
advertised
annual
update
to
the
student
progression
plan,
this
is
from
last
month.
I
will
pass
this
out
and
I
will
upload
this
as
well.
I
just
wanted
to
give
it
to
you
before
I
uploaded
it.
This
is
every
change
so
that
we
can
give
there's
some
questions
about
what
changing
doors.
So
this
explicitly
identifies
all
changes
in
the
student
progression
plan
by
page
by
update
for
rationale
and
we'll
upload
this,
the
back
of
this
wall
for
ask
the
question:
what.
A
B
I'll
upload
that
information
d6
public
hearing
for
to
approve
the
ESC
special
policies
procedure
manual.
As
I
said
last
month,
the
only
three
minor
changes
that
students
receiving
treatment
in
children's
hospital.
They
need
to
make
sure
we
have
educational
services,
defined
speech,
services
for
kids,
who
need
supports
and
identifies
students
who
have
cannot
engage
in
IEP
meetings
before
being
staffed.
B
B
And
then
we'll
change
this
again.
This
is
one
thing
to
talk
about
with
distribution
of
photographs
and
images,
one
of
the
big
ones
and
the
more
technology
more
technology
placement
of
that
d8
is
consider
adopted
a
resolution
for
this
authorizing
the
sale
of
certificates
of
participation
for
the
series
2017.
B
This
is
where
I
know
that
in
March
2000
the
school
board
has
to
participation
for
series
2001
Fleming
on
in
high
school,
which
is
around
twenty
four
million
dollars,
and
then
we
refinanced
it
again
in
oh
five
and
we
refinance
it
to
a
went
from
five
point.
Seven
interest
rate
to
a
four
point:
two
five
interest
rate,
and
now
we
have
the
option
of
the
remaining
balance-
is
around
eight
point,
six
million
dollars
and
we
can
move
it
from
four
point.
Two:
five.
B
B
C
F
G
G
C
Okay-
and
my
question
goes
to
the
teacher
who
and
I'll
use
myself
as
an
example
who,
where
there's
books
from
splat,
stick
book
and
scholastic
sentence,
not
just
the
books
that
you've
ordered,
but
then
they
send
this
lovely
packet
of
free
books
and
you
go
ants
doing
then
we
see
somewhere,
Calcott,
winders
and
somewhere.
You
know
it
and
I
want
to
put
those
on
my
shelf
now,
at
what
point-
and
this
is
this-
is
gonna-
be
one
of
those
hearing.
C
C
B
Believe
that
everything
is
fair
game
I
understand
your
saying,
so
you
have
solid
curriculum,
which
is
the
inker
of
what
we
do.
Then
you
have
some
of
the
materials
and
the
kids
already.
They
love
it,
and
teachers
love
to
use
some
of
the
material,
so
they
go
in
and
gain
access
to.
I
would
say
that
at
any
point
in
time
that
any
curricula
is
in
front
of
kids
does
someone
have
the
ability
to
challenge?
B
Yes,
whether
it
be
three
years
for
three
months,
ten
years
old,
they
had
a
chance
to
review
so
I
guess
your
question:
are
we
going
to
ask
every
teacher
for
everything?
Do
they
bring
in
the
classroom
to
be
approved
through
our
process?
I
mean
that
can
be
long
and
a
lot
of
time,
a
lot
of
energy.
So
what
we
would
say
that
anything
that
we
use
for
big
bolt,
Tier
one
tier
two
and
Tier
three-
that
we
will
get.
B
B
C
C
And
and
that
I,
because
I
don't
mean
that
appropriate
for
5th
grade
not
going
to
go
on
the
trip
on
my
shelf
here,
I'm
going
to
send
you
junior
high,
fried
food
dishes,
but
that's
I,
know
and
most
teachers
will
be
aware
of
that.
But
there
are
books
that
and
I
hate
to
use
the
word.
Their
books
I
do
seep
into
the
curriculum
at
times
and.
C
B
B
What
we
don't
want
to
do
is,
is
it
be
big
brother?
That's
so
many
level,
it's
just
a
it's.
Not
it's
not.
You
know
worth
our
time
and
energy.
However,
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we
have
the
right
appropriate,
great
a-level
materials
and
funny
kids
so
because
the
teachers
are
going
to
find
stuff
all
the
time
do
they
have
on
their
show
that
they
want
to
implement
use
and
it
does
align
sometimes
even
better
know
what
we
have
identified
that
sometimes
I.
C
F
B
B
Me,
if
you
want
to,
and
if
there's
something
that
this
deeper,
that
you
wanna
dive
into
or
you'd
like
to
have
another
staff,
are
there
we
can.
We
can
schedule
that
appointment
as
well
and
we're
openly
ready
to
discuss
this.
This
is
I
wanted
the
community
to
know
the
state,
this
entire
organization
and.
C
I
have
really
from
day
one
this
been
true
when
Schwartz
from
day
one-
and
this
was
concise
and
as
broad
and
as
general
as
you
looked
at
it.
You
also
gave
a
lot
of
specifics,
which
were
incredible
and
reminders
of
what
we
do,
which
was
helpful
as
well,
and
the
requestor
and
more
of
the
questions
are
are
so
what
are
we
going
to
be
moving
form
yeah?
This
is.
B
So
it's
funny
kind
of
watched
a
little
bit
of
the
State
Board
meeting
and
I've
never
spoke
to
mr.
nor
whatever,
but
he
seems
to
believe
that
that
the
Addison
Davis
has
said
some
things
about,
but
nonetheless,
so
they
were
ultimately
terminated.
They
had
by
the
state
board
last
week.
They
they
have
every
opportunity
to
a
builders
feel
great
they
sent
over
five
students
in
which
they
believe
had
made
the
learning
gains
that
will
propel
them
from
an
activity.
B
Their
original
request
is
inaccurate
and
then
give
them
solid
data
behind
our
findings
as
well.
That
defines
and
articulates
what
a
learning
gain
actually
is
and
I'm
going
to
put
together
what
there's
the
kids
scale
score,
what
the
scales
score
they
needed
and
then
how
far
away
they
are
from
making
the
game
that
way.
It's
really
clear
for
them.
I
will
send
that
email
to
you.
First,
that's
board
and
then
I
will
send
it
in
to
them.
B
Second,
there's
been
also
another
request,
and
it's
in
the
sense
that
they
believe
that
they
would
like
for
us
to
fill
under
special
circumstance
in
the
sense
that
they
believe
that
they
did
not
obtain.
The
reading
supports
from
a
funding
standpoint
for
the
reading
intervention.
I
will
provide
a
document
to
them
today
that
identifies
that
they
have.
They
were
provided
funding
for
reading
initiatives
and
that
I'll
look
deeper
in
so
to
confirm
that
that
request
will
potentially
be
denied,
as
well
with
those
two
immediate
request.
We
will
send
the
letter
discuss
in
our
stance.
B
I
will
then
move
in
mr.
daga
to
talk
about
a
formal
letter
from
after
our
review
and
our
recommendation
for
for
termination,
and
then
I
will
meet
it.
We've
already
planned
out.
We've
got
a
letter
that
we're
going
to
send
to
every
kid
170
kids
that
attend
some
of
those
kids
are
from
Duval
County
in
other
counties.
B
We
still,
we
will
send
letters
to
every
one
of
the
the
students
and
let
them
know
the
state's
recommendation,
our
recommendation,
the
appeal
process,
the
school
grades
of
OPA
and
then
what
our
next
steps
will
be
and
we're
going
to
identify
your
kids
own
for
this
goal.
This
is
your
open
window
to
the
register.
We
will
meet.
You
we'll
give
the
school
names
we'll
address
everything
they
need,
so
it's
just
a
easy
process
for
them.
We
then
will
work
collectively
with
dr.
lococo
and
then
also
dr.
B
Kemp,
to
make
sure
that
we
have
an
inventory
list
of
all
everything
that
they
purchase
with
start-up
money,
capital,
money
or
our
money
that
we
equipment
that
we
can
absorb
back.
That
will
happen
it
right
after
I
meet
with
with
mr.
daga
and
met
Ramona
in
our
recommendation
has
been
put
forth
in
a
letter.
B
If
we
seek
termination
and
then
we
will
have
continued
followup
with
outreach
to
to
these
parents
to
make
sure
they
know
that
Clay
County
school
district
is
ready
and
it
will
accept
them
and
welcome
them
with
open
arms
and
provide
their
students
with
a
high-quality
education
every
day.
So
we
stand
ready,
prepare.
D
F
D
D
B
Have
the
ability
since
opens
underarm
zone,
we
have
to
be
the
one
system
if
any
appeal
processes,
if
we
thought
it
any
way,
shape
or
form
that
the
appeals
were
warranted.
We
would
send
that
without
a
doubt,
and
we
would
fight
that
for
them,
but
we
cannot
send
inaccurate
information
for
the
reflection.
The
superintendent
I
can't
do
that.
I.
B
Will
keep
you
informed
all
the
way
you'll
be
the
first
response
any
before
any
communication
goes
out
to
mr.
Norwood
or
mr.
I
think
it's
not
reversed.
You
have
information
prior
to
us
and
that
information,
so
you
know
end
of
the
day.
I'm
not
you
know.
We
hope
that
we
can
get
every
one
of
the
students
that
attend
that
school,
but
again
they
have
the
right
to
attend
whatever
school.
They
may
want
to
that's
their
choice.
We
just
need
to
be
stand
ready.
B
G
F
B
Only
issue
is
we,
the
the
easier
and
cleanest
process
is
controlled,
open
enrollment.
As
the
window
is
closed,
we
want
to
try
to
push
them
to
their
neighborhood
schools
that
accommodate
them,
and
then
that
way,
it's
a
clean
up
process
and
then
try
to
market
additional
programming
for
down
the
road,
but
I
see
we
I
mean
it's.
G
B
F
H
B
Ma'am
that
we
think
they
just
say,
we
have
a
release
ready
to
go,
we
are
excited,
we
are
clean,
it
up,
it's
ready
and
it's
informative
and
as
soon
as
we
take
our
stance
and
I
engage
the
board
that
will
engage
dr.
Bursa
and
mr.
Norwood.
That's
going
to
be
lodged
immediately
before
the
letters
go
out.
B
J
If
I
may
speak,
that
is
one
of
the
categorical
funds
that
the
district
receiving
and
just
like,
the
other
categoricals,
they
receive
a
proportionate
share
of
those
dollars.
So
the
state
provides
us
with
a
template
that
identifies
specifically
how
much
dollars
they
are
into
they
are
receiving
so
on
a
monthly
basis.
The
way
we
receive
our
dollars
from
the
state
I
then
in
turn
distribute
those
dollars
back
to
the
school
and
it's
part
of
that
allocation
process,
and
it's
clearly
identified
that
they
received
it.
J
I,
don't
remember
if
it
was
this
year
or
last
year,
but
there
was
one.
Is
the
plan
changed
where
there
was
not
a
requirement
to
identify
if
they
were
going
to
participate
in
the
reading
plan,
they
were
automatically
going
to
receive
their
allocation,
so
there's
no
opting
in
or
update,
not
I,
don't
believe
it
was
this
past
year,
I
think
the
prior
years,
yes
and
the
reading
plan,
the
charter
schools
had
to
often
allow
okay
and
but,
as
far
as
when
I
read
that
I.
J
I
I
F
F
I
B
I
Fast
forward,
until
the
point
that
that
I
got
here,
there
had
already
been
scheduled
a
mediation
so
and
dr.
legato
was
put
in
a
strange
place
because
I
came
in
and
the
only
thing
that
I
knew
is
that
the
board
had
made
a
decision
on
this
so
I,
knowing
that
the
mediation
was
set,
I
advised
dr.
legato
and
our
counsel,
you've
set
mediation,
go
forward
and
mediation.
Please
note
that
you
cannot
find
the
board
to
anything
I'm,
not
sure
that
the
board
even
has
even
been
consulted
on
the
matter.
