Start

our

$30,000
contribution
to
the
school

and
they
supported
a
number
of
major
events
such
as
math
film,
a
rotary
science,
fair,
all
County
elementary
course
concert,
and
so
many
other
things
that
they
support
in
this
initiative:
stem
programs
and
robotics.
We
just
finalized
that
late
last
night,
so
it
just
got
put
in
here.
So
if
you
have
any
questions
when
you're
looking
through
this,
please
feel
free
to
reach
out
to
us.
But
this
isn't
working
the
partnership
and
it
wasn't
on
our
end.

is
our

ready
renewal.
This
is
for
vendor
for

I
believe
it
was
a
store
playlist
of
WWE.
My
understanding
is
that
dentistry
2014
to
2017
that
just
is
just
a
renewal
process
that
opens
it
up
for
2017
on
my
2020.
You
know
good
job
with
us
just
testing
our
systems
see
19
is
final.
Completion
of
the
culinary

renovation

completed.

C22
is
just
pre-qualification
for
contractors
on
the
monthly
basis
we
bring
to
the
board.
Its
annual
c-23
is
the
final
completion
of
the
replacement
of
HVAC
at
Wilkinson.
Generational,
very
psyched,
about
that
c24
is
the
loop
floor
with
the
ACE
testing
facility
at
phonon
high
school,
and
we
are
awarding
a
construction
in
the
contract
to
a
construction
manager
right.
You
go
things
good
with
that,
financially.
AH
Have
something
I
can
look
at
to
remind
myself
when
I'm
looking
at
these
kinds
of
things
kind
of
like
our
overall
list
like
I
know,
Bryce
has
an
overall
list
of
projects
and
we've
budgeted
out
what
they
cost.
But
then,
if
we
have
overruns
for
you
save
money
because
of
whatever
reason
we
we
do
put
some
takes,
but
then
sometimes
something
will
come
and
we
need
to
approve
a
little
bit
more
money
for
a
project
or
whatever
and
I
I,
don't
always
feel
like.
We
have
a
good
understanding.
AH
You
know
we
talk
about
what
we're
giving
up
for
that.
So,
like
you've
had
so
many
HVAC
issues
unplanned
this
year,
I'm
sure
there's
something
that
we're
having
to
delay,
because
you
don't
have
unlimited
funds
and
we've
talked
about
that.
I,
don't
know
I,
guess
I,
just
don't
always
feel
like
I
have
a
comfortable
feeling
when
we
approve
these
things,
which
I
have
no
issue
with
specifics,
but
and
I
do
trust.
You
and
your
department
that
you're
doing
a
good
job
of
the
balance.
AH
AH
Is
there
one
citizen
now
called
the
meet
me
in
a
news
media
and
he
he
disagrees
with
what
the
city
has
told
us
and
thinks,
but
anyway
it's
definitely
you're
here,
nor
there
I
just
know
at
some
point
we'll
have
to
talk
about
that
again
and
I.
Don't
know.
I
can't
have
a
conversation
with
when
the
newspaper
editor
called
me
and
said:
what
do
you
think
I
can't
have
a
conversation
about?
Well,
here's
all
the
other
things
we
have
going
on.
E
AJ
AH
AL
AM
C
AN
Threw
the
chair
that
to
you,
one
of
the
things
we've
actually
looked
at
is
there's
been
a
there's,
been
a
practice
in
the
past
that
kind
of
under
estimating
low-balling
projects
you
know
based
on
the
current
market.
Well,
I
can
say
it
up.
Just
do
the
hurricane
construction
prices
average
k12
constructions,
one
hundred
ninety
dollars
a
square
foot.
You
know
right
now,
which
is
really
high,
I
mean
even
even
the
ACE
testing
facility,
which
is
a
school
funded
project
which
turns
out
at
150
dollars
a
square
foot.
AN
AO
AN
AN
As
a
result,
the
project
came
in
107
thousand
dollars
over
what
we
budgeted
so
I
would
prefer
to
do
less
projects
on
the
on
the
on
the
board,
so
to
speak
on
the
radar,
have
less
projects
for
the
year
and
over
fund
and
then
be
able
to
pull
a
project
in
as
opposed
to
have
too
many
projects,
and
we
can't
we
can't
fund
them
that
that's
the
strategy
has
changed
since
I've
gotten
here.
So
we're
going
to
start
over.
AH
AQ
AN
AR
AN
Storm
drain
recovery:
now
the
good
news
is
the
money
that
were
that
we're
having
to
spend
that
we
weren't
accounted
planning
to
spend
is
reimbursable
through
FEMA.
Eventually,
you
know,
we
don't
know
that
timeline
back.
That
might
happen,
but
we
can
provide
a
easy,
informational
and
update
for
you
to
let
you
know
what
projects
have
changed
or.
C
AN
There
was
a
change:
yes,
sir.
There
was
a
change
in
leadership
with
the
Catholic
Diocese
and
st.
Augustine,
and
we
superintendent
and
sent
a
letter
out
asking
our
interest
regarding
that
property
that
would
significantly
change
that
half
a
million
dollar
project.
If
that
property
was
available
behind
Keystone
up
to
that
Lake
area,
we
can
absolutely
do
the
a
better
pair,
pickup,
dishonest
and
at
the
front.
AN
You
know
when
I
got
here
in
February.
That
was,
we
were
talking
about
that
bin
and
it
came
in
way
over
and
so,
but
that
property
that
if
we
could
really
get
that
property
behind
Keystone
were
very
interested.
So
we'll
see
if
the
new
leadership
and
st.
Augustine
is
interested
in
entertaining
possibly
selling
that
to
us.
C
AZ
BA
BB
BD
BH
E
BJ
So
I
didn't
have
anything
to
the
names
either,
but
just
so
you
know
school
white,
it's
gonna,
be
a
stem
steam
focus
school,
we're
really
putting
and
puts
go
lab
and
they're.
So
hands-on
science
experiences
for
children
and
we're
real
excited
about
the
workers
where
it's
evolving
with
stem
enstein
and
I'll.
Give
you
all
three
fit
on
that
soon.
So.
BJ
BM
BJ
AU
C
When
you
go
and
you
this
is
a
vision
that
we
wanted
a
kids
to
have
more
opportunity
to
have
hands-on
inquiry
based
learning.
These
labs
are
phenomenal,
so
when
we
get
them
up
and
running,
we'll
have
a
kickoff
and
we
want
to
make
certain.
We
have
in
different
pockets
of
the
county
and
it's
gonna
be
awesome.
BM
BJ
Are
coming
from
the
title
funds
and
mr.
McCauley
and
I
have
teamed
up
to
take
the
incredible
foundational
work.
We've
done
in
this
stem
work
here
in
our
county
and
we're
embedding
that
in
the
core
curriculum
and
we've
had
a
kickoff
already
with
a
national
speaker,
dr.
Judith
Moss,
who
worked
at
the
show
of
Mecklenburg
School
District
super
inspirational,
the
next
time
and
I
would
love
for
you
to
stand
in
and
hear
her
basically
stem
is
not
an
add-on
curriculum.
BJ
It's
a
culture,
and
it
was
just
a
beautiful
way
to
say
that
we've
had
these
two
separate
functions,
it's
time
to
bring
them
together
the
money
money,
it's
going
away,
it's
off
funding,
and
so
we're
really
excited
about.
What's
evolving,
we've
got
a
steering
committee
together
internally
doing
some
pretty
work
and
then
we're
in
the
middle
of
a
science
adoption
which
I'd
love
to
bring
come
back
and
share
with
you
in
mr.
BJ
Davis
permission
about
where
we
are
on
that
once
we
get
through
this
first
phase
of
teacher
committees,
Elementary
has
vetted
and
made
some
recommendations
already
for
last
week.
It
was
amazing
that
a
huge
committee
of
teachers
there
must
have
been
at
least
30
in
each
group,
if
not
more
I,
maybe
even
50,
in
the
3
to
6,
so
I'd
love
to
bring
it
share
with
you.
So
you
don't
get
that
cold.
There's
just
a
recommendation.
BJ
You
can
see,
because
science
is
always
a
hot
topic
in
the
community,
especially
in
ours,
with
one
of
the
standards
in
sixth
grade
that
we
don't
teach
in
clay,
and
it
has
cost
us
a
lot
of
money
to
buy
a
separate
book.
But
then
one
state
are
taken
out
we're
even
talking
about
it.
I'll
turn
into
that
which
is,
but
so
all
that
I
want
to.
Just
when
the
time
is
right.
Give
me
another,
probably
another
month
and
we'll
be
able
to
come.
BJ
I
want
y'all
to
see
it
hands
on
the
future
of
stem
and
science,
and
it's
going
to
be
very
different
than
you
and
I
know
it.
The
textbook
approach
is
pretty
much
gone
away
and
going
we'll
have
to
face
our
teachers
towards
that,
because
they
are
used
to
some
print,
but
right
now
the
number
one
choice
is
a
printed
document,
a
book,
but
the
future
in
five
years
will
be
much
more
electronic
in
the
form
of
digital
but
interactive,
electronics.
AL
Pendulums
and
use
it
with
paint-
and
it
was
the
coolest
thing
in
the
world-
they
did
designing
the
whole
thing.
It
was
incredible
and
they
were
so
excited.
We
doubled
the
number
to
Jerry's.
We
started
our
first
meeting
with
boards
as
a
voluntary
meeting
after
school.
Yesterday
we
had
so.
We
just
hope
that
each
month
we
dribble
and
they
ask
for
more
steam
activities
and
their
meanings.
C
BJ
H
BN
AE
E
Part
I
asked
to
put
an
agenda
review
for
our
organizational
meeting
I
like
that.
We
do
these
agenda
reviews
and
since
we've
got
a
second
agenda
at
the
same
time,
I
know
other
districts
do
it
and
they
they
actually
talk
about
the
time
today,
chairman
the
vice
chair
and
all
that.
So
let's
talk
about
it.
So
does
the
board
want
to
rotate
like
used
to
be
done
or
does
the
board
want
to
go
and
elect
a
new
chair?
K
F
BF
BF
BF
BQ
BR
E
F
E
W
E
I
think
I
think
you
really
would
be
in
my
my
choice,
but
you
know
like
I'm.
Just
being
honest,
this
is
how
I
feel
if
it
were
my
choice
of
be
careless,
chair
busy
advice,
it's
not
careless,
chair
I
would
probably
nominee
that
seat
chair.
You
know,
that's
just
my
feeling
on
it.
I
know.
You've
worked
hard
to
get
your
points
in
and
Carol.
You
maintain
your
as
you're
available
for
everything.
You
don't
miss
anything
you're,
you
know
you're,
always
you've
got
the
knowledge
of
the
district
in
it,
the
history
and
the
experience.
BS
Me
just
interrupt
her
real
quickly.
What
we
don't
want
to
do,
this
is
great
I,
think
it's
totally
useful.
To
put
it
hold.
Everyone
have
an
open
and
candid
discussion
where
we
don't
want
to
do.
Of
course,
I'm
not
suggesting
anyone
is
done
that
yet
is
to
pre
cast
a
vote
during
this
yeah
right
and
we're
not.
This
is
it's
part
of
the
deliberative
process
here
and
discussion
should
be
expected,
but
the
elections,
of
course,
don't
don't
occur.
X
X
X
E
K
E
BU
X
Mean
I
agree,
the
chair,
I
may
be
the
first
one
here.
May
the
newest
one
thing
I
may
be,
but
it's
I
mean
and
I,
don't
believe
that
chair
being
chairs
necessarily
rocket
science
and
the
bottom
line,
is
that
all
five
of
us
on
this
board
to
support
each
other
and
to
support
the
children
of
this
county
and
in.
AC
E
BS
BW
E
Then
we
choose
the
date
time
than
chairman
and
that's
another
thing
we
can
just
discuss
now
so
that
we're
not
having
that
discussion.
It's
a
workshop.
We
can
talk
about.
Do
we
want
to
keep
the
date
and
time
the
same,
we're
doing
on
switch
I
would
say:
I've
had
feedback
from
people
that
would
prefer
the
third
Thursday
and
back
to
7
o'clock.
They.
F
E
Well,
the
7
o'clock,
because
you
know
getting
awful
work
and
getting
dinner
for
your
kids
or
sports,
was
easier
for
more
people,
I
personally,
like
the
7
o'clock.
Just
because,
when
we
finish
disciplines,
we
I
feel
like
we're
rushed
to
go,
get
something
to
be
back
advice.
AM
E
BX
C
I
mean
I
just
like
the
to
have
the
board
meeting
on
the
1st
of
the
month.
That
way,
we
can
really
talk
about
the
vision
for
the
month
and
the
work
of
the
month.
I
mean
we
get
to
the
third
Thursday,
we're
saying
hey:
this
is
bullying
month
and
I
mean.
May
we
do
something
I
mean
that
we
do
for
thinking.
That
now
has
to
be
pushed
pushed
way
back
and
make
it
happen,
but
I
think
just
sets
the
whole
month
up
or
it
gives
us
a
focus.
C
It
gives
us
a
some
energy
and
in
it
it's
not
and
then
I
believe
me
personally,
it's
just
awkward
time
to
have
it
and
then,
but
that's
just
the
way
I
feel
I
mean
in
the
day
I'll
I'll
do
whatever.
You
would
like
to
do.
I
think
we're
creative
enough
that
we
can.
If
we
see,
there's
a
projected
to
move
a
couple
of
meetings
due
to
holidays,
we
can
go
ahead
and
project
them
out
and
move
them
now
and
just
have
a
calendar
to
do
so.
That's.
C
E
BZ
AO
BF
E
C
Because
there's
new
systems
this
year,
the
first
time
it
would
not
be
a
challenge
moving
for
because
they're
way
under
chance
of
structure.
So
you
know
it's
to
us.
We
we
just
and
I,
say
that
it's
just
HR
understanding
it's
a
new
counter.
Now
we're
working
through
it.
We
know
that
we
are
in
other
talks
about
when
we
will
appoint
people.
BF
When
you
do
the
school,
showcase
and
and
the
kids
come
to
sing
and
so
forth,
it's
at
a
quarter
till
six
and
I,
don't
know
if
it's
televised
or
not.
But
I
would
like
to
see
that
start
at
six
o'clock
and
if
they
tell
me,
I
said
that
if
grandma
our
aunt
and
uncle
are
out,
there
will
receive
their
grandchild,
seen
right
there
on
TV
and
able
to
see
them.
If
they
can't
come
to
the
meeting
to
me,
it's
kind
of
weird
starting
at
a
quarter
till
and
then
calling
the
meeting
to
order.
Okay,.

Actually,
either
a
have
to
change
our

which
we're
working
on
at
the
moment,
because
these
dates
don't
work.
Allocations
went
so
late
that
it
was
well.
You
saw
it,
it
was
precarious,
I
mean
we
really
had
allocations,

March
I
mean
April,
and
then
that
we
had
to
have
a
special
meeting
in
there,
but
either
a
go
back
to
the
third
Thursday
or
be
change
the
contract
and
the
allocations
earlier.
CG
We
used
to
do
the
you
know
and
our
theory,
you
know
the
evaluations
have
to
be
submitted
to
HR
by
the
1st
of
March,
so
everything
that
that
first
March
makes
it
a
problem.
Sometimes
you
know
in
the
whole
allocation-
and
you
know
you
had
an
on
so
many
things-
we're
a
growing
community
and
we're
going
to
keep
growing
them
and.

It

what
we

in

In

about

because
we

a

that

We

that's
another
thing
we
can
discuss

that
we're
not
having
that
discussion.
It's
a
workshop.
We
can
talk
about.
Do
we
want
to
keep

I
would
say:
I've

AK

AM

C
I
mean
I
just
like
the
to
have
the
board
meeting
on
the
1st
of
the
month.
That
way,
we
can
really
talk
about
the
vision
for
the
month
and
the
work
of
the
month.
I
mean
we
get
to
the
third
Thursday,
we're
saying
hey:
this
is
a
bully
month
and
I
mean.
May
we
do
something
I
mean
that
we
do
forward
thinking
that
now
has
to
be
pushed
pushed
way
back
and
make
it
happen,
but
I
think
just
sets
the
whole
month
up
or
gives
us
a
focus.
C
It
gives
us
a
some
energy
and
in
it
it's
not
and
then
I
believe
me
personally,
it's
just
an
awkward
time
to
have
it
and
then,
but
that's
just
the
way
I
feel
I
mean
in
the
day
I'll
I'll
do
whatever.
You
would
like
to
do.
I
think
we're
creative
enough
that
we
can,
that
we
see
there's
a
projected
to
move
a
couple
of
meetings
due
to
holidays.
We
can
go
ahead
and
reject
them
out
and
move
them
now
and
just
have
a
calendar
to
do
so.
That's.
E
BZ
AE
BF
E
C
Because
there's
new
systems
this
year,
the
first
time
it
would
not
be
a
challenge
before
because
they're
way
under
chance
of
structure.
So
you
know
it's
to
us.
We
we
just
and
I,
say
that
it's
just
HR
understanding
it's
a
new
counter.
Now
we're
working
through
it.
We
know
that
we
are
in
other
talks
about
when
we
will
appoint
people
those
types
of
things
you
only
have
those
conversations
so
that
counter
is
kind
of
already
being
pre
build,
so
I
think
we're
solving
on
what
we
have
now
I
think
we're
getting
accustomed
to
that
work.
BF
When
you
do
the
school,
showcase
and
and
the
kids
come
to
sing
and
so
forth,
it's
at
a
quarter
till
six
and
I.
Don't
know
if
it's
televised
tonight,
but
I
would
like
to
see
that
start
at
six
o'clock
and
if
they
televised
so
that,
if
grandma
or
in
an
uncle
or
out
there
wanting
to
see
their
grandchild,
see
right
there
on
TV
and
able
to
see
them.
If
they
can't
come
to
the
meeting
to
me,
it's
kind
of
weird
starting
at
a
quarter
till
and
then
call
it
a
meeting
to
order
a
tea.
Well.

Was
a
change
at

There
was
a
change
in
leadership
with
the
Catholic

and
stand
on
this
team,
and
we,
we
superintendent,
had
sent
a
letter
out
asking
our
interest
regarding
that
property
that
would
significantly
change
that
half
a
million
dollar
project.
If
that
property
was
available
behind
Keystone
up
to
that
Lake
area,
we
can
absolutely
do
the
a
better
pair
pickup

instead
of

front.

was
we

way
over

so,
but
that
property
that
if
we

very
interested.

we'll
see

possibly

we're
really
putting

puts
go

they're.
So
hands-on
science
experiences
for
children
and
we're
real
excited
about
the
workers
where
it's
evolving
with
stem
and
steam
and
I'll
give
you
all

CK

AL
BJ
C
When
you
go
and
you
this
is
a
vision
that
we
want
kids
to
have
more
opportunity
to
have
hands-on
inquiry
based
learning.
These
labs
are
phenomenal,
so
when
we
get
them
up
and
running,
we'll
have
a
kickoff
and
we
want
to
make
certain.
We
have
in
different
pockets
of
the
county
and
it's
gonna
be
awesome.
AQ
BJ
Go
back
so
you
are
coming
from
the
title.
Funds
and
mr.
McCauley
and
I
have
teamed
up
to
take
the
incredible
foundational
work.
We've
done
in
this
stem
work
here
in
our
county
and
we're
embedding
that
in
the
core
curriculum
and
we've
had
a
kickoff
already
with
a
national
speaker,
dr.
Judith
Moss,
who
worked
at
the
show
of
Mecklenburg
School
District
super
inspirational,
the
next
time
and
I
would
love
for
you
to
stand
in
and
you're
hurt.
BJ
Basically,
stem
is
not
an
add-on
curriculum,
it's
a
culture,
and
it
was
just
a
beautiful
way
to
say
that
we've
had
these
two
separate
functions,
it's
time
to
bring
them
together
for
money
money,
it's
going
away,
it's
off
funding,
and
so
we're
really
excited
about.
What's
evolving,
we've
got
a
steering
committee
together
internally
doing
some
pretty
work
and
then
we're
in
the
middle
of
a
science
adoption
which
I'd
love
to
bring
come
back
and
share
with
you
and
mr.
Davis
permission
about
where
we
are
on
that.
BJ
Once
we
get
through
this
first
phase
of
teacher
committees,
Elementary
has
vetted
and
made
some
recommendations
already
the
last
week.
It
was
amazing
that
a
huge
committee
of
teachers
there
must
have
been
at
least
30
in
each
group,
if
not
more
I
might
be
even
15
3
to
6,
so
I'd
love
to
bring
it
and
share
with
you.
So
you
don't
get
that
cold.
There's
just
the
recommendation.
You
can
see.
BJ
Cuz
science
is
always
a
hot
topic
in
the
community,
especially
in
ours,
with
one
of
the
standards
in
sixth
grade
that
we
don't
teach
in
clay,
and
it
has
cost
us
a
lot
of
money
to
buy
a
separate
book,
but
then
once
they
are
taken
out
we're
even
talking
about
it,
I'll
turn
into
that
which
is,
but
so
all
that
I
want
to.
Just
when
the
time
is
right.
Give
me
another,
probably
another
month
and
we'll
be
able
to
come.
BJ
I
want
y'all
to
see
it
hands
on
the
future
of
stem
and
science,
and
it's
going
to
be
very
different
than
you
and
I
know
it.
The
textbook
approach
is
pretty
much
gone
away
and
going
we'll
have
to
face
our
teachers
towards
that,
because
they
are
used
to
some
print,
but
right
now
the
number
one
choice
is
a
printed
document,
a
book,
but
the
future
in
five
years
will
be
much
more
electronic
in
the
form
of
digital
but
interactive,
electronics.
AL
Pendulum
and
use
it
with
paint-
and
it
was
the
coolest
thing
in
the
world-
they
did
designing
the
whole
thing.
It
was
incredible
and
they
were
so
excited.
We
doubled
the
number
to
Jerry's.
We
started
our
first
meeting
with
boards
as
a
voluntary
meeting
after
school
yesterday.
We
had
so
just
hope
that
each
month
we
dribble
and
they
asked
for
more
steam
activities
and
their
meanings.
BJ
Figure
out
with
missions,
kids
are
sitting
on
a
real
mission
of
problem
solving
mission
and
really
all
stem
and
steam
are
our
problem-solving
thinking
activities
and
the
investment
you've
made
in
art,
music,
P
and
median
every
school.
We're
capitalizing
on
that
with
again
we're
in
a
larger
school
district,
but
we
have
a
very
healthy
district
staff
that
are
working
together
and
collaborating
so
Katie
and
Mike,
and
Kari
and
I
were
all
trying
to
give
those
people
a
sense
of
value
and
so
they're
already
starting
to
work
together.
BJ
They're
looking
at
being
the
core
of
their
school
doing
more
steamin
stem
focused
activities,
we're
chasing
some
money
right
now
to
give
them
some
resources
to
do
that
kind
of
work.
So
there's
some
really
exciting
stuff
coming
on,
but
we're
working
on
the
works.
I
haven't
been
talking
about
a
lot
which
book
will
come
back
to
you
and
give
you
that
day
when
y'all
ready.

We
do
these
agenda
reviews
and
since
we've
got
a
second
agenda
at
the
same
time,
I
know
other

do
it
and
they
actually
talk
about
the
time
of

chairman
the
Vice
Chair
and
all
that
so
I
thought.
Let's
talk
about
it.
So
does
the

want
to
rotate
like
used
to
be
done
or
does
the
board
want

You

so,
let's
just
put

That's
I
think
you'd
make
a
great
chair.
You
know,

a
wonderful

Carol
has
experienced
issues
without

and
I
think
I
think
you
really
would
be
in
my
my
choice,
but
you
know
like
I'm.
Just
being
honest,
this
is
how
I
feel
if
it
were
my
choice
of
be
careless,
chair
of
its
he's
feisty,
it's
not
careless,
chair
I
would
probably
nominee.
E
You
know.
That's
just
my
feeling
on
it.
I
know.
You've
worked
hard

your
points

You
maintain
your
as
you're

You
don't
miss
anything
you're,
you
know
you're
always
you've
got
the
knowledge
of
the
district
and
that
the
history
and
the
experience.
So
that's
that's
my
feeling
on
it.
Let.
BS
Me
just
interrupt
real
quickly.
What
we
don't
want
to
do
this
is
great
and
I
think
it's
totally
useful
for
them.
Don't
hold.
Everyone
have
an
open
and
candid
discussion,
but
we
don't
want
to
do
course,
I'm,
not
suggesting
anyone
is
done.
That
yet
is
to
pre
cast
a
vote
and
we're
not.
This
is
it's
part
of
the
deliberative
process
here
and
discussion
should
be
expected,
but
the
elections,
of
course,
don't
don't
occur.
It's
by

Have
something
I

when
I'm
looking

these
kinds
of
things
of
kind
of
like
our

we've

then,
if

save

HVAC
issues
unplanned
this
year,
I'm
sure
there's
something
that
we're
having
to
delay,
because
you
don't
have
unlimited
funds
and
we've
talked
about
that.
I,
don't
know
I,
guess
I,
just
don't
always
feel
like
I
have
a
comfortable
feeling
when
we
approve
these
things,
which
I
have
no
issue
with
specifics,
but
and
I
do
trust
you
and
your
department
that
you're
doing
a
good
job
of
the
balance.
I
have
total
confidence
in
that
I.
AH
Just
don't
think
I
can
speak
to
it
when
we,
when
we
talk
about
what
we've
given
up.
So
if
we
have
a
parent
call
or
a
citizen
call
there's
there
the
parking
issue
he's
done
on
the
chicken
run
away,
yeah
cuz,
then
one
citizen
now
called
the
meet
in
a
news
media
and
he
he
disagrees
with
what
the
city
has
told
us
and
things,
but
anyway
it's
definitely
you're
here,
nor
there
I
just
know
at
some
point
we'll
have
to
talk
about
that
again
and
I.
Don't
know.
AH
I
can't
have
a
conversation
with
when
the
newspaper
editor
called
me
and
said:
what
do
you
think
I
can't
have
a
conversation
about?
Well,
here's
all
the
other
things
we
have
going
on.
I
said
I
would
find
out
and
get
back
to
you
and
then
I
went
through
some
of
my
papers
that
I
had
and
I
was
able
to
answer
the
question
which.

AN
Hurt
the
chair
to
you,
one
of
the
things
we've
actually
looked
at
is
there's
been
a
there's,
been
a
practice
in
the
past
that
kind
of
under
estimating
low-balling
projects
you
know,
based
on
the
current
market.
Well,
I
conveyed
it
up.
Just
do
the
hurricane
construction
prices,
average
k12
constructions,
one
hundred
and
ninety
dollars
a
square
foot.
You
know
right
now,
which
is
really
high,
I
mean
even
even
the
ACE
testing
facility,
which
is
a
school
funded
project.
AN
It
turns
out
at
one
hundred
and
fifty
dollars
a
square
foot
so
right
now
consider
it's
not
a
good
time
to
be
looking
to
see
contracts
for
or
technical
construction,
but
there's
we've
been
overestimating.
This
I've
been
I
would
rather
overestimate,
have
money
left
over
to
applaud
another
project.
As
for
the
parking
project
for
Keystone,
just
saying,
hey,
that's
a
perfect
example:
we
took
architects
estimates.
We
took
the
current
market
estimates,
we
put,
we
put
a
budget
together,
the
location
of
Keystone
created
a
problem.
AN
You
know
not
a
lot
of
vendors
at
the
time
did
a
lot
of
work
here
with
elsewhere,
not
lend
a
lot
of
vendors
participated.
As
a
result.
The
project
came
in
one
hundred
and
seven
thousand
dollars
over
what
we
budgeted
so
I
would
prefer
to
do
less
projects
on
the
on
the
on
the
board,
so
to
speak
on
the
radar,
have
less
projects
for
the
year
and
over
fund
and
then
be
able
to
pull
a
project
in
as
opposed
to
have
too
many
projects,
and
we
can't
we
can't
fund
them.
